There is no elevator. So staying on the 3rd floor while traveling with a 9 month old snd all the crap a baby needs was awful. Definitely not family friendly. Very clean and modern though

We were there for one night. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is not soundproof. We could hear a child running above us. Parking was next to the building. Note there was an additional $15 fee to use the building's parking.

Great place for a long-term stay — centrally located and very convenient for getting around. The unit included parking and had a full kitchen that was well stocked with everything I needed. The self check-in and check-out process was straightforward and made the stay smooth and easy. The self-serve laundromat on-site was also a great bonus. Overall, very comfortable and practical for both short or extended visits.

Liked ease of virtual check in. Secure building, nice finishes, clean, spacious and located conveniently at walking distance to all downtown amenities. Small recommendations- sliding barn door to washroom didn’t work and needs adjustment and bed was on the hard side. I will stay again.

The space and the building are fantastic! Building is secure and renovated quite nicely and great location. The only downside is being close to railway and at night there seem to be some homeless around the area. I would definitely stay again, especially for extended stay…so nice to have a full apartment.

We loved our stay! The online checkin process was so easy. Loved the freedom. Good parking as well. The cable didn’t work great (kept coming in and out for some reason), but Netflix worked! The place is very modern and very clean and spacious. Loved having a fridge and coffee machine. Washroom was lovely with toiletries provided. We will happily book this property again!!

Apartment was clean and nicely decorated but had issues getting key code. Lack of crockery and equipment in kitchen. No sharp knives. Response to emails was good but there’s no one at the property to help with queries. Couldn’t use laundry because no detergent available even though I told cleaning staff. Area around apartment seemed quite run down.

Overall a good stay . I was a little disappointed with the lack of what I would consider basic items in the kitchen. There's no point in staying in a suite with a kitchen if you'd have to go out and buy so many items just to cook a basic meal, not even salt & pepper available. Also, there were no drawers in the bedroom to put clothes away .The remote control for the air conditioning unit had very confusing symbols and a card with simple instructions would have been nice . Finally googled the brand and figured out how to operate. Lastly , although I did not request nor require a parking pass , I was charged $45 plus tax for 3 nights parking which I am expecting a refund for.

We arrived to police cars, we had issues with entry code. Other guests were having issues as well. The bathroom door didn’t close properly so not a lot of privacy. It actually came off its hinges. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. We were in a studio room in the basement. The location and the decor of the place is what would bring a higher review.

The property is very well decorated and comfortable with everything you need. It’s near multiple good restaurants you can walk to. The only issue we had was the insulation; we got woken up early 3 out of the 4 days because there was a child running constantly on the floor above.

I enjoyed my lovely stay at this hotel. It was clean, modern, quiet, comfortable, and everything was perfect. Check in & out were a breeze. It was also the perfect location and walking distance from everything! Staff were so helpful and always available whenever we needed them. They even went the extra mile to call and let us know their phone systems are down and to email if we needed anything. It was my first time in Moncton and it was an amazing experience. Thank you!

This hotel was so hip with awesome decor. Problems getting in, not used to having no front desk. They didn't send an email with the code, called the number, woman kept making us search our emails instead of JUST GIVING US THE CODE! Very frustrating. But the suite was gorgeous.

Was a great location. We did struggle with the front door pin a few times because it wouldn’t work. But the property and room were very clean, had atmosphere, and all sheets were clean. For any travellers looking for things to do, it is nearby Cosmo’s which is a dance club! And is nearby several dining locations such as Korean and Mexican cuisine.

Absolutely stunning! Very clean studio in excellent condition with well equipped kitchen, gorgeous bathroom and bedroom, comfortable living area with great background music. Modern and very comfortable. The bed provided a good nights sleep. Private parking. The location was great, only a few minutes from the main street in Moncton. I would have loved to have stayed longer to take advantage of the space. This was definitely our favorite accommodation during our one-week road trip in the Maritimes. I didn't used the laundry or dishwasher but appreciated that laundry and dishwasher detergent pods were provided. The virtual reception desk staff responded promptly to my questions and were most helpful. The studios were easy to access with a door code and lock box. The only negative was that I couldn't find a way to turn the light off above the artwork in the bedroom - maybe some instructions might help. Overall, just amazing.

Absolutely stunning! Very clean studio in excellent condition with well equipped kitchen, gorgeous bathroom and bedroom, comfortable living area with great background music. Modern and very comfortable. The bed provided a good nights sleep. Private parking. The location was great, only a few minutes from the main street in Moncton. Excellent établissement au centre-ville et à proximité de nombreux restaurants. Seul hic, l’édifice a trois étages et n’a pas d’ascenseur. Donc, plus difficile d’accès pour les personnes âgées si vous êtes logés au troisième étage.
