Balcony was great, flat lovely and spacious, overall it would have been great until it got to night time. My friend found a bug on her bed and there were dead flies & hairs on my bed. Bedding had definitely not been washed between guests :/ This made the sleep very uncomfortable

Oustanding customer service and a pleasant clean room. All amenities were on hand. Enjoyed my stay. Although it didnt bother me there is a lot of noise outside the hotel (but as i was there new years eve it was going to be loud). Overall a lovely stay.

Central location to most of the city. Walkable and quiet. Kitchen was a plus for eating healthy and on a budget. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when in Manchester area.

Great experience, staff very helpful. Apartment was clean and tidy. There was a little mould stain maybe in one of the rooms near the corner of the room. But not enough to sway me. Overall very please and satisfied with the whole process. Thank you guys.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Perfect for the stay we required. The only thing was the temperature of the apartment was quite warm so we turned down this.

If you’re visiting in spring / summer and the weather is nice, it will be very noisy on the street below as the apartment is situated on a pedestrianised street full of tables for the customers of the various bars. Tends to get cleared away 1030 / 1100pm so not a disaster but worth noting

Great location in Northern Quarter and good service with really friendly staff. Very good value for money for what we paid. Apartment could do with a little TLC to bring up to a better standard - only major issue was running out of hot water mid shower.

I had checked in to stay for 2 night but ended up leaving on night 1. I was unable to stay due to significant level of noise from the direct window onto the streets below. I had to close all blinds as if they remained open those on the street would be able to see inside my room. The noise was unbearable and it was only around 2am things were slowing quietening down however due to feeling uncomfortable, I left.

Absolutely awful experience staying at this apartment. The parking situation is completely misleading — the prices quoted in the email are not what you actually pay, and they add extra charges afterwards. The car park itself is located down a rundown street covered in graffiti and feels very unsafe. The surrounding area is terrible, with drug users and alcoholics hanging around the streets leading up to the apartment, which made us feel uncomfortable the entire stay. As for the apartment itself, it was in shocking condition. They charge a £200 deposit even though the place already looks trashed. Cupboards were hanging off the hinges, floors were badly scratched and damaged, plaster was falling off the walls, and the bathrooms were covered in grime. Overall the whole place felt dirty, neglected, and poorly maintained. Would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
