Vi var på kalas och bodde på hotellet över en natt. Utmärkt val. Nära dit vi skulle bekvämt rent praktiskt mycket prisvärt. En anledning till att vi valde hotellet var att ni hade laddningsmöjlighet för elbil. Vi blev dock besvikna då i inte kunde boka en p plats med laddning. När vi kom till hotellet på vid 24 tiden var alla platser upptagna av bilar som inte var elbilar. Det var en besvikelse vilket vi också framförde till den vänliga personalen.

Bra med kök, frukosten kan klart förbättras, kanske med lite färskt bröd. Vi som är äldre hade svårt att ta oss upp i sängarna som var uppbyggda över djupa lådor och sängarna var smala. Annars tyst o lugnt och skönt med parkeringen som var gratis.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. It was our first time in Stockholm. Everything you need to feel at home for a short or a long stay. Staff is incredibly helpful and always ready to help. Gym, Spa and Laundry very accessible in the building. We enjoyed the very convenient breakfast in a box with a sandwich, fruit, yogurt, juice and a dessert wafer. Since we stayed for a long time, the cleaning crew was always helpful, cleaning was once a week, but available if needed. We had fun getting on and off bed but I don’t recommend it for people with difficulty walking for they are above ground level.

Säkert 27 grader på rummet så vi fick sova med öppen altandörr. Fanns ingen ventilation att ställa in. Frukosten var en låda med en smörgås, ett äpple, dricka och yoghurt som man äter på rummet. Inget fel på frukosten men det borde framgå tydligare vad som ingår. Vi bokade för 2 vuxna och 1 barn men det var bara lakan för 2. Bäddsoffan är endast för barn och ej ungdomar, ca 150cm. Det tredje lakansetet fick vi be om och bädda själva. Bra elbilsladdning på hotellområdet.

Leider das schlimmste Zimmer was wir je gesehen habe. Fleckige / schmutzige Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Insgesamt alles sehr schmutzig. Ungeziefer auf den Matrazen. Wir haben nach unserer Reklamation ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, das war aber auch nicht viel besser. Einziger Lichtblick, wir haben die anderen zwei Tage storniert und auch anstandslos unser Geld zurückbekommen. Wir können diese Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

It was not a place to stay even one night! Terrible service and communication, terrible room, terrible breakfast. The hotel was not clean at all the stairs were full of dirty water and snow from outside. The locker of the room was broken and beeping the whole night! We could not lock the door from inside and did not feel safe during the night! When we talked to the reception ( a black hair lady), she was not communicating politely, she didnt accept to change the room with a proper locker and she was not even looking at us while we were talking to her. She said pull the door harshly to be closed but that didnt help also and still making too much noise all the night. Our neighbour knocked our door for the noise of the locker but we couldnt do anything! The reception said we will fix it in an hour but lied. Terrible experience from a 4 star hotel so far! The inside floor of the room was full of long black hair everywhere, disgusting! The breakfast was packed in a small bag and delivered in the morning without asking if we have allergy to the any of those inside the pack! No tea, no coffee included in the breakfast. (Only an apple, a small orange juice, a very small sandwich with cheese and old veggies on top). We were not satisfied at all and do not recommend anybody to stay even one night there!

Allt var bra utom vi saknade kaffebryggare i rummet och sängar borde stå med ben istället för låda . Det är svårt att ta ner sig från när man lite till åren.

Kamers zagen er precies zo uit als op de foto’s, alleen waren ze wel een beetje beschadigd. De keuken was wat incompleet maar de dame achter de receptie heeft dit gelijk op gelost. Hierdoor hebben we dit ook niet als storend ervaren. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en heeft er voor gezorgd dat we een prettig verblijf hebben gehad. Er is zelfs aan mijn verjaardag gedacht door de dame achter de receptie super lief! De locatie was niet zo handig als we in eerste instantie hadden verwacht. Maar wanneer je met de auto bent goed te doen.

Helt fantastiskt var allt med bra service och jätte fint hotellrum. Jag och min kompis blev så otroligt bra bemötta av receptionisten. Hon var trevlig och jätte hjälpsam och hette Albina.

Vi var på kalas och bodde på hotellet över en natt. Utmärkt val. Nära dit vi skulle bekvämt rent praktiskt mycket prisvärt. En anledning till att vi valde hotellet var att ni hade laddningsmöjlighet för elbil. Vi blev dock besvikna då i inte kunde boka en p plats med laddning. När vi kom till hotellet på vid 24 tiden var alla platser upptagna av bilar som inte var elbilar. Det var en besvikelse vilket vi också framförde till den vänliga personalen.

Prisvärt boende med fri parkering och liten balkong som är trevligt. Fint kök och hjälpsam personal. Lite ljudligt på utsidan då flera arbetare dra iväg med fordon på jobb.

Bra med kök, frukosten kan klart förbättras, kanske med lite färskt bröd. Vi som är äldre hade svårt att ta oss upp i sängarna som var uppbyggda över djupa lådor och sängarna var smala. Annars tyst o lugnt och skönt med parkeringen som var gratis.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. It was our first time in Stockholm. Everything you need to feel at home for a short or a long stay. Staff is incredibly helpful and always ready to help. Gym, Spa and Laundry very accessible in the building. We enjoyed the very convenient breakfast in a box with a sandwich, fruit, yogurt, juice and a dessert wafer. Since we stayed for a long time, the cleaning crew was always helpful, cleaning was once a week, but available if needed. We had fun getting on and off bed but I don’t recommend it for people with difficulty walking for they are above ground level.

Säkert 27 grader på rummet så vi fick sova med öppen altandörr. Fanns ingen ventilation att ställa in. Frukosten var en låda med en smörgås, ett äpple, dricka och yoghurt som man äter på rummet. Inget fel på frukosten men det borde framgå tydligare vad som ingår. Vi bokade för 2 vuxna och 1 barn men det var bara lakan för 2. Bäddsoffan är endast för barn och ej ungdomar, ca 150cm. Det tredje lakansetet fick vi be om och bädda själva. Bra elbilsladdning på hotellområdet.

There is no air conditioning in the room. Unbelievable. We stayed at the bottom floor, since outside of the hotel doesn’t seem so safe, we couldn’t even open the windows. Such a nightmare with a 2 months old baby. The room was full of dust which made impossible to breathe. Do not recommend this hotel.

Zero air conditioning so sleeping was very uncomfortable due to it being so hot and humid in the room, it came with a small fan but that didn’t do it at night. Bedsheets had some spots on it but bed was comfortable. Very pretty apartment room and good location just outside the city centre.
