Hele mooie locatie en uitzicht. mooie kamers en goede service. Het restaurant is voornamelijk een shisha lounge en er wordt gerookt dus voor het avondeten is dat niet echt een aanrader. In de nacht was het redelijk rumoerig.

Rigtig god placering, rigtig flot hotel med sindssyg flot udsigt. Hvis jeg skal kritisere noget er det at der ikke blev støvsuget ordentligt på værelset så der på sidste dagen var ret støvet. En anden dag fik vi rengøring på værelset og kunne mærke at sengebetrækket var helt vådt. Der var også en dag hvor vi kom hjem kl 17-18 og rengøringen havde ikke nået at være forbi vores værelse så vi skulle stå og vente ude foran værelset indtil de havde skiftet sengebetræk og hente nye håndklæder. Deres vandpipecafe øverst på taget havde de værste vandpiber jeg nogensinde har smagt, kan ikke anbefales. Men azure har rigtig god mad. Kan ikke anbefale deres morgenmad.

Sauberkeit und für den Service habe ich weniger Sterne gegeben, weil es in der Dusche gestunken hat. Wir habeb es gemeldet, da wurde auch was gemacht. Jedoch hat das nur für eine kurze yezut gewirkt, der Gestank war wieder da. Das ist für mich etwas, was ich von so einem Hotel in der Klasse nicht erwarte. Alles andere war OK.
Sauberkeit und für den Service habe ich weniger Sterne gegeben, weil es in der Dusche gestunken hat. Wir habeb es gemeldet, da wurde auch was gemacht. Alt var godt bortset fra rengøringen. Der blev ikke gjort ordentlig rent i vores værelser og vi måtte tage billeder og vise til receptionen. Efter det blev det bedre, men fortsat med mangler.

Das Hotel ist sauber und in Top Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und es war einfach wunderschön. Auf der linken Seite konnten wir die Brücke sehen und rechts Kiz Kulesi. Einfach ein Traum dort am Morgen seinen Kaffee zu genießen. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag geputzt und war sauber. Das Bad ist auch sehr schön und für zwei Personen ausreichend. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt und können es somit nicht bewerten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal dieses Hotel buchen! Danke an das ganze Team!

Bin zum ersten Mal hier und wird sicherlich auch nicht mein letztes Mal sein. Das Personal, von der Rezeption bis hinzu Reinigungskräften waren alle sehr zuvorkommend & hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber (auch die Dusche, keine Schimmel o.ä. entdeckt) und allgemein, war das Hotel sauber und gepflegt. Hatte mir ein Zimmer gebucht mit Aussicht zum Bosphorus, trotz das dies direkt auf der Straßenseite war, war es angenehm ruhig zum schlafen. Die Lage vom Hotel war ebenfalls sehr gut, Fußläufig ist alles gut erreichbar, sowie ist direkt gegenüber die Straßenbahn, sodass man hiermit auch gut wegkommt. Immer wieder gern bei euch! Liebe Grüße aus dem Zimmer 4009.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war wirklich herausragend. Die Lage ist super zentral, alles ist schnell und problemlos erreichbar ideal für jeden, der mitten im Geschehen sein möchte. Das Hotel ist stilvoll, modern und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet, was sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgt. Mein Zimmer war jeden Tag sauber und gepflegt, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Ein großes Lob an die Putzkräfte unglaublich freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. So engagiertes Personal findet man selten. Auch an der Lobby waren alle extrem herzlich und immer bereit zu helfen. Da ich alleine gereist bin, habe ich mich hier sehr sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt das hat meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut alles schnell erreichbar. Ruhig und schöner Ausblick auf den Bosporus von der Junior Suite, schöner Balkon sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstückt war so ok, kein richtiges Brot und nicht viel orientalisches. Service war schlecht.

The staff are very friendly and are eager to assist you as soon as you walk in. The location of the hotel is fantastic as well. Walking distance to several places you’ll probably visit. The rooms are slightly above average. The deluxe room felt small. I had to work one day and there was no desk. There were some minor places that weren’t cleaned to perfection. However I had to look for it as I had read previous reviews saying that rooms weren’t clean. I didn’t find that to be the case as I had to go through the entire room to find a minor ring stain on the bedside table. My slight concern is the price. There were 5 star hotels (granted in other areas in Istanbul) that were very close in price to here. So, if you will just use room to sleep and get out and about first thing in the morning, then this would be a good choice. If you are planning to spend some time in the room especially for work if need be then the deluxe room might not do. Finally my last concern was noise and sounds coming from other rooms. The walls are paper thin. I could hear murmur of TV or whatever was on in the other room. When other guests in other rooms were talking I could hear them and sometime I could understand what they were saying. If you are a light sleeper and you have a noisy guest in the room next to yours then you’ll probably not have a restful night. You’ll have to decide what matter to you the most and decide.

The hotel looked amazing online, & when I arrived it was nothing like the pics. We had two twin size beds that were hard as a rock. There was sooooo much noise and people banging things in the middle of the night, we barely slept. The entire staff was soooooo rude, never a hello or good night and behaved as if they are doing us the favor. Never discussed the bare ammenities and accused of us eating a wafer they told us was free and wanted to add to our bill. The restaurant is nice but very pricey & they refused to give us to go boxes. They said they would have the food it sent to our room and never did! There was a fire alarm that went off twice and the smell of an electrical fire that they dismissed and told people to go to their rooms. Awful stay dont waste your money!!!!!

The front staff were extremely friendly especially Busra. She was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional with a lot of options. cleanness and hotel location was beyond expectation. I highly recommend to stay here worth every single penny.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit tollen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die Tram und man ist in 15min an der Hagia Sophia. Zu Fuß sind es 5min zum Galataport, 10min zum Supermarket und Essensmöglichkeiten, 20-25min zur Galata Brücke

The location of tgis hotel is beautiful and in the middle of istanbul and in a front of the Bosphorus river. Near by the bus station and metro staion was the best. The staff is really friendly and the food is good. The only thing they didnt offer is VIP benefits because we reserved this hotel as VIP members.

Hotel desgin and room was nice and modern. However, rooms were full of dark mirrors not even one mirror to use for shaving or make up exists. They had an on going constrution so the breakfats area was temporary with all glass and beautiful view. However, it was small with no shade to be protected from strong sun rays and heat. There were no buffet but designated tray for breakfast. The breakfast itself was good but receivjng the setvice was terrible. Sounds liked they are trying but they lack a good management. Lobby was small but nicly decorated and clean

Das Hotel und die Lage sind super. Starbucks direkt im Gebäude mit drin und die Tramstation ist nur 2 Min entfernt. Zu Fuß in Richtung Taksim Square ist nicht zu empfehlen, sehr viele Treppen und steil bergauf.

Hands down the best hotel! My go to hotel when I travel to istanbul. The hotel team is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and spacious. It is at a superb location with very easy transport. The restaurant on the 7th floor serves quality food and has an amazing view of the Bosphorus bridge. The food and drinks are exceptional! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfy stay!

Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut alles schnell erreichbar. Ruhig und schöner Ausblick auf den Bosporus von der Junior Suite, schöner Balkon sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstückt war so ok, kein richtiges Brot und nicht viel orientalisches. Service war schlecht.

Öncelikle, otelde valeden resepsiyona, kat temizlik görevlilerinden mutfak ekibine kadar herkesle gerçekten çok iyi bir iletişim kurduk. Hepsi güler yüzlü, kibar ve işini özenle yapan insanlardı. Odalar gayet temiz ve konforluydu, bu konuda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Sadece kahvaltı biraz sıradandı, bence iyileştirilebilecek tek nokta bu olabilir. Ama kahvaltı alanının manzarası gerçekten inanılmaz güzeldi, o yüzden yine de keyif aldık. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz.

Rigtig god placering, rigtig flot hotel med sindssyg flot udsigt. Hvis jeg skal kritisere noget er det at der ikke blev støvsuget ordentligt på værelset så der på sidste dagen var ret støvet. En anden dag fik vi rengøring på værelset og kunne mærke at sengebetrækket var helt vådt. Der var også en dag hvor vi kom hjem kl 17-18 og rengøringen havde ikke nået at være forbi vores værelse så vi skulle stå og vente ude foran værelset indtil de havde skiftet sengebetræk og hente nye håndklæder. Deres vandpipecafe øverst på taget havde de værste vandpiber jeg nogensinde har smagt, kan ikke anbefales. Men azure har rigtig god mad. Kan ikke anbefale deres morgenmad.

Hotel desgin and room was nice and modern. However, rooms were full of dark mirrors not even one mirror to use for shaving or make up exists. They had an on going constrution so the breakfats area was temporary with all glass and beautiful view. However, it was small with no shade to be protected from strong sun rays and heat. There were no buffet but designated tray for breakfast. The breakfast itself was good but receivjng the setvice was terrible. Sounds liked they are trying but they lack a good management. Lobby was small but nicly decorated and clean

The room was very clean, the service was excellent, and the hotel is close to Galataport. The breakfast at Azure The Bosphorus on the top floor was delicious, and the breathtaking view of the Bosphorus was simply unforgettable. See you soon!

Hotellet var bra och hade ett mycket bra läge, nära många av Istanbuls viktigaste sevärdheter. Rummet var bekvämt och rent, och frukosten var god. Vi hade en trevlig vistelse och är nöjda med hotellet.

Her kan jeg ikke si noe negativt om hotellet, Renslighet er helt topp og fasiliteter er glimrende men en liten smil fra personalet skader ikke så mye slik at gjestene kan føle velkommen!

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, and the location was excellent. I want to make that clear because my main complaint is not about the staff. They genuinely tried to help us and were very nice throughout our stay. When we first arrived, we were booked into a suite. The suite was large, but unfortunately it felt like a jail cell because there were basically no real windows or outside views—just walls around us. We asked if we could move to another room. We were told that we were already in one of their best rooms and that moving would actually be considered a downgrade. I agreed because having a comfortable room where my family and I could relax was more important to me than the size of the room. We were moved to a much smaller room and were asked to pay an additional $370, which I paid. Honestly, the extra money wasn't my concern. I was on vacation with my wife and family, and all I wanted was for us to enjoy ourselves, relax, and get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, that is where the major problem with this hotel comes in. There is a full-blown nightclub on the rooftop of the hotel operating seven days a week. The music was INSANELY loud and continued until after 2:00 AM. The bass and music could be heard and felt throughout the hotel, including the floors and stairways. There were also nightclub guests constantly coming in and out late into the night. Again, I do not blame the hotel staff they were very good
