Es war sehr schön in Istanbul, die lage des Hotels ist Top aber das Hotelzimmer ist einfach dreckig gewesen. Ich würde keine einzige Nacht mehr dort verbringen auch wenn es um sonst wäre.

My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The staff was consistently unfriendly, and the issues began immediately. I discovered bedbugs in the bed, and when I requested a room change, the staff refused, claiming they were fully booked. Despite offering to pay extra for an upgrade, the receptionist declined, leaving me with no choice but to stay in the infested room, with no offer of a refund or alternative accommodation. The situation worsened on the third day when a new receptionist, Nihan, called my room at 1 AM, demanding my girlfriend leave the property. Despite my girlfriend being registered as a guest, Nihan claimed she couldn't find her in the system, which was a result of the front desk's initial error during check-in. Even though I showed her the reservation details on the app and the email, she dismissed them, insisting on an official email from Expedia. We were forced to wait in the reception until 2:30 AM to resolve the issue after an Expedia agent called the hotel and sent an official email. The service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Upon speaking with the hotel owner, their explanation was that it was difficult to find professional employees after the pandemic. Furthermore, the room's cleanliness was appalling, with visible dirt from previous guests. While the hotel's location is convenient, being in the middle of Istiklal Street and close to the Galata Tower, the poor service and lack of care make it impossible to recommend this hotel.
