L’hôtel est parfaitement situé. Cependant, le personnel n’était malheureusement pas à la hauteur de l’établissement. À notre arrivée, on nous a demandé de régler la chambre, alors que nous avions déjà payé l’intégralité du séjour à l’avance. Nous avons donc dû rechercher nos justificatifs de paiement afin de leur prouver qu’ils faisaient une erreur. Par ailleurs, le personnel du spa n’était pas particulièrement accueillant : aucun sourire, pas même un bonjour. Des boissons sont mises à disposition en libre-service dans le spa, mais à cinq reprises, nous avons souhaité nous servir et il n’y avait pas de verres disponibles, Ce qui rendait finalement ce service inutile. Enfin, le sol du spa était inondé d’eau, sans que le personnel ne juge nécessaire de passer une serpillière ou une raclette pour assurer un minimum de propreté et de sécurité. Malgré tous ces points négatifs, je recommanderais tout de même cet établissement, car le cadre est magnifique, les chambres sont très jolies et le petit-déjeuner était parfait, avec un très large choix.

Chambre très jolie avec vue imprenable, lit très agréable, petit déjeuner très bon. Extérieur et piscine avec vue😍 Attention si canicule, pas de climatisation mais la chaleur tombe bien la nuit.

Hochblauen has just been newly renovated and it does not disappoint. The new hotel is beautiful in every way. The wellness center is incredibly relaxing with breathtaking views. Speaking of views, you have them from literally every spot on this property. Just beauty as far as the eye can see in every direction. I can’t recommend this place enough. A special shout out to the staff at the restaurant/bar who are all extremely friendly and of course the hotel manager Mehmet who makes you feel like you are visiting him in his very own home. Go here. You won’t regret a single second of your stay.
