Das Frühstücksbuffett war jeden Tag mit frischen Zutaten wie Obst oder Bircher Müsli bestückt und sehr lecker. Auch das Brot war sehr lecker. Das Hotel lag sehr ruhig und der Wellnessbereich war super schön. Teilweise hatte ich die Panoramasauna ganz für mich.

Sauna, Dampfbad, Pool im Preis inbegriffen. Floating kostet 99€ pro Stunde. Bademantel und Tücher in praktischer Badetasche im Zimmer. Badelatschen müssen gekauft werden. Beim Preis des Zimmers finde ich das jedoch etwas befremdlich.

This is a hotel you'll want to return to. The location is superb, right in the heart of the Black Forest. The rooms are very comfortable, with balconies and views of the mountains and forest. They have everything you need, except for the minibar. The breakfast is fantastic, with the option of ordering egg dishes. A wide selection of cheeses, sausages, vegetables, and fruits is available. Champagne is also available. The staff is ready to help with any questions. The spa complex consists of several saunas and a small pool. There's a panoramic sauna, but it's not very conveniently located. There are a lot of steps. Conclusion: a fantastic hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Nice hideaway for some relaxing time

Une erreur de la plateforme m’a fait payer deux chambres au lieu d’une. L’hôtel m’a indiqué qu’il ne pouvait rien faire directement et que seule la plateforme pouvait corriger le problème. Face à notre désarroi, l’établissement nous a proposé une chambre plus grande, présentée comme un geste commercial. Cependant, lorsque j’ai contacté le service clientèle, on m’a informé que l’hôtel refusait finalement de procéder au remboursement, en prétextant que l’attribution de la chambre plus grande constituait déjà une compensation.
