Absolutely loved this property! Smooth check in and so much to do at the hotel and around the area. Arcade inside hotel as well! Nice pool and great gym! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

From the outside and the commons area the property LOOKS nice. The pool area was enjoyable and if you get to the breakfast area around 6:30-7:00am you eat comfortably but after 7:30/8:00 you’ll be in line for an hour. Food was average at best. The room was not as advertised. Their faulty fridge ruined $200 of food. The tv remote did not work properly. The water pressure in the shower was terrible as well as the clogged shower head that left you feeling like you were better off taking a bird bath in the sink. We were without any water at all for an extended period of time with no notice. Cleaning staff never even changed our sheets in our 12 day stay. I had to request new towels and sheet sets and do it myself. Also, the complimentary shuttle is laughable. They do not run at full park hours (see photo) so you’ll end up paying out of pocket for private transportation. With how horrible the lines are for breakfast you’ll likely be paying out of pocket for that as well. The shuttle was a nightmare. We had drivers driving recklessly, cursing at passengers, trying to leave young children on the side of the road alone. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and if you think you’re going to save money with the shuttle and breakfast… you’re in for a rude awaking.

Beware parking at this hotel is very expensive for all spaces. Parking was almost $30 for self park. Also elevators are very slow and then one broke. Long waits

So the hotel like all hotels in the Disney area have started charging for over night parking, which is ridiculous. This Springhill Suites takes it to a new level. The hotel doesn't add the parking to you room. They make you scan a QR code to pay for the parking. The website to pay is horrible and slow. Took me a half hour to enter and pay for parking. If you are going to soak your guests for an additional $27/night for parking, just add it to the room charge. Don't make guests do extra work.

Nice hotel, enjoyed breakfast, and facilities. Shuttle to parks was appreciated. Dally parking cost a bit excessive.

The water was suspended because of a broken tub at the laundry room, from 11:30pm to 5:00am and then since 10:00am to 1:00pm , my niece could not take a shower after the pool and we have to leave the hotel at 11:00.. and my son fail in the elevator entrance because was wet and the lady in the counter told us SORRY and that’s it!!! So sad about this experience and we only stayed one night …

Clean, safe and quiet. Rooms were updated and very clean. The pool was beautiful, we will stay here again!

They never cleaned our room, nor even took our trash out of our trash can, the lack of towels in the room and in the pool air... terrible cleaning in the room and breakfast very few options.

Hotel was immaculate. So neat and clean. Staff was friendly and location was great.

The moment we walked into our room, the bleach smell was over whelming, there was mold and mildew in the shower and along the floor. The breakfast was okay. The office chair was wobbling, the pillows suck, and the fridge didn’t work even though the master switch was on. Prefer the other location at mall at millennia

The property is for families, which was the main reason why I booked as I was travelling with my wife and children. However, I was extremely disappointed where they do not want to clean the room. I stayed there for 1 week and have made many complaints about having the room clean. This have proven to be futile on most occasions. The room was eventually on the day before I was leaving.

Some of the staff were nice, others very rude. The room was decent but bathroom wasn’t super clean and walls are very very thin - I could hear EVERYTHING.

this hotel has 2 different hotel in one. one side was Springhill and the other side was Townhome. the wifi did not work on the Springhill side, there was only 1 elevator working which ridiculous because you had to wait 20 to 30 for the elevator. Breakfast was not the greatest. its very limited and some food was not cooked correctly and/ overcooked. in the room I was staying with my family there was hair on the bed, toe nails on the bathroom floor, the sofa was stained, garage from before. nobody cleaned our room until we complained about waiting for towels for over 30 minutes. when checking in the lady told me we get 20% from ordering from the bar but the switched it saying thats if you order to deliver to the room. information was not giving clearly.

Normally always we used to visit the hotel during holidays, but now, was the first time we didn’t have the room clean. We were with all my family, 4 adults and 3 kids and when we come back very late, surprise, the room was as we left at morning

House keeping was bad.

The hotel room is nice and big. The beds are not very comfortable. The bathroom door has a glass partition so if someone used the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light woke up everyone sleeping. Bad design choice by the folks at Marriott! Close to Walt Disney World which is convenient.

Yes, the room was great but no TV (not working) for at least the last six hours of my stay. Reported and was told an engineer would come up, but never did. Reported again on checkout and told the manager would be advised that I was seeking an adjustment, then told someone would call, but never did. Very disappointing!

They have to improve the connection to wifi, because it never openned the web page that allows to conect to the wifi.

Our stay at Spring Hill Hotel was underwhelming. Upon arrival, the fridge wasn’t cold and didn’t start working until four hours later after someone came to fix it. The TV was mounted in an awkward position, making it uncomfortable to watch from the bed. The room also lacked storage space for clothes, which made unpacking and organizing difficult. The game room was a letdown—it wasn’t working properly and kept stealing points from our card. Breakfast was another frustrating experience; if you weren’t done getting your food by the exact cutoff time, they closed the door on you. On a positive note, the room was clean, and the shuttle service was convenient. Still, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations.

Nice stay. Shower wasn't that great and the walls/floors are very thin. I could hear kids crying next door to my room and people above me stomping in the middle of the night. The room itself was nice and spacious. I would stay again when visiting Disney.

The staff is the best, friendly, attentive, accommodating, and professional. The breakfast is good and has a wide variety from eggs to pancakes to waffles. The rooms are clean and modern. The only down side is the noise from the AC/heating unit. It was loud and disruptive, I had to use ear plugs to sleep. Seems many guests have this same issue.

I always try to be very careful when writing reviews, especially negative ones, because I know many people work hard and depend on their jobs. However, unfortunately, my experience this past weekend was not very good. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and never had any issues, but this time I encountered a few problems — mostly related to maintenance, which is surprising for such a new hotel. When I arrived, I noticed that the minibar in my room was broken. Since I have a small child and needed it, I requested a replacement, which the staff kindly provided right away. Later, when we went to use the pool, we asked for towels, but they took quite a long time to arrive. The lighting around the bathroom mirror wasn’t working, and the shower water pressure was so low that it was almost impossible to take a proper shower. Overall, it seemed that several areas of the hotel were in need of maintenance. The hotel was very busy, which made breakfast a bit hectic, though I understand that was likely due to the high number of guests. I want to acknowledge that the few employees on duty were doing their best to assist everyone — they were working really hard. Lastly, I have to mention the parking situation. Unfortunately, many hotels in Orlando are now charging for parking, which makes no sense — especially considering the high rates. I paid nearly $90 for just three nights. On top of that, when I arrived in the evenings, there were no available spaces near the entrance

The service was exceptional. My only complaint would be, the long check in line with only one representative working the counter, on a Saturday afternoon. Overall a pleasurable experience.

The hotel is close to the theme parks so getting was fairly easy even with traffic. Lots of places to eat nearby. I did not like the deception when it came to the fees on hotels.com.. I was surprised to know I had to pay $26 per night to park when the total amount showed that “All fees and taxes were included”. The front desk clerk did not want to hear it so I had to pay. Also I was not pleased with the bed or pillows. The mattress is super cheap and hard and the pillows were pretty much flat and didn’t offer much comfort. The hotel overall is well kept and the breakfast was ok. The check in process was extremely slow just one clerk with no sense of urgency and a long line of people. In this day in age there should should have a couple of screens available for self check in.

This property was clean, well maintained, and the staff was delightful. They were always very helpful with a smile. The only concern I would like to share is with my failure with being able to reach the front desk. I called various times with different needs and was only able to get assistance by going to the front desk which is inconvenient.

Terrible experience. We were assigned a room that was already occupied—thankfully the door didn’t open because guests were inside. On top of that, we had to pay $80 just for parking. The elevator floor and lobby hallway were dirty, and the check-in process was extremely slow. There was a long line and only one employee at the front desk assisting everyone. Overall, we were very disappointed and will not be returning. Truly unacceptable.

I check out a day early and very unprofessional from the staff, the FD guy told me I was checked out and the next day i got a email saying that i was in the hotel until the next day at 1pm. Not true, i called the and Frances with suck an bad attitude told me that he was wrong and since my stay was until today this why i got check out today... never heard that before..

The staff is wonderful especially the bar and front desk.

We had a water outage and they accommodated us going to a sister location near the location and refunded us for the inconvenience. In a great location though will try to book again.

Found the staff rude. We asked three times for fresh towels before we got any. Same with the pool towels. The check in agent was also unpleasant.

The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus with plenty of fresh options to start the day, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better—just minutes away from Disney, Universal, and great restaurants. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt safe, comfortable, and family-friendly. What really stood out was the excellent service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and made our Orlando trip even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be staying here again and recommending it to friends and family!

the breakfast is terrible no to many options and is to small for the amount of people. always there are long lines the food is going fast. need to be updated bigger space for food and more variety.

Limited breakfast options. Staff said fruits were displaced early morning (6:30 am) and they were gone by 8:30 and breakfast was "available" until 9:30am. Quantities should be available until the end, otherwise cut the hours. No fruits, no cheese, low quality coffee, only carbs available

Everything was good. I would extend the time for the breakfast. It is until 9:30 a.m and I arrive at 9:15 a.m. The tables are separate by a door to the serving area. They closed the door at 9:30 a.m and I could not return for more coffee at 9:35 a.m because there was one guy avoiding people getting in to the serving area. I understand there is a schedule but I arrived before 9:30 a.m. Try to arrive before 9:00 a.m to eat relaxed.

Facility is very nice. We are only staying one night but the bar had good drinks and the food was delicious. I recommend the cheese pizza and strawberry walnut salad. We also got blueberry lavender soda (alcohol) and virgin frozen daiquiris for the kids. Pool is lovely.

This hotel has very nice rooms. They have included breakfast which is on par with other complimentary breakfast but.... they have accomodations for two service stations yet they choose to only use one causing a line of roughly 40 or 50 people just to get the food. I never expect great food at these hotels but its ridiculous to wait 15 minutes in line just to get it. My main issue with this hotel is the parking. I undersrand nearly all hotsls charge for parking but the new twist with this one is its through a third party app. Nearly 30 dollars a night with the standard we arent responsible for damage or theft bs, but the best part was when we got back to the hotel after a night at the park there were no parking spots available. Their answer was just go park in the hotel next to us. No sorry or anything. So now tired from our day we get to walk all the way from the next property over. But what can you do pitch a fit and get kicked out in the middle of the night. Been to this property a few times but this was the last straw.

Breakfast was an absolute mad house.. literally like a long disney line to get instant eggs. It was very hectic and stressful which was disappointing as the included breakfast was a big factor in why i chose this place for our family trip. Parking is also extremely competitive. We ended up parking in an overflow lot behind the building, which its 26$/night for parking BTW and you have to pay via QR code, no printed parking pass from the hotel... other than those inconveniences it seems like a nice place.
