The only negative is parking and you need to walk approximately 8 minutes. We had troubles with exiting the parking lot on Sundays because the card reader misread our license plate,There is no staff present to assist and you have to wait awhile before someone can help. This happened to us twice during our stay.

Did not have a vehicle so parking is N/A Staff were wonderful and let me check in early. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. My only negative would be that the vault bar was under construction.

Amazing views, very clean and spacious with a lux feel. Staff was excellent, total A-game. The only thing I didn't like was having to use gym at other property, and gaving to pay per day. Gor what I paid gor this rental, paying extra feels wrong.

Excellent and historic hotel almost next to the Royal Palace in a chic street with many nearby restaurants, coffee shops bars and tram stops. We were not advised until arrival that some facilities were not available, dining, breakfast and bar which explains the surprisingly lower cost than expected from staying at other Hotel Indigos. Not an issue as there is so much available in the vicinity.

Beautiful and elegant restoration of a bank building -- very comfortable and well designed. Staff and restaurant were great. Room was extremely comfortable. Fantastic and quite location in the center of Den Haag.

The door lock from the inside is broken and the staff Nazif said he would contact maintenance. Suspect he never did as the lock wasn’t fix in the 4 nights I booked. Cups were also not cleaned daily so over all sloppy housekeeping. They did have some more helpful staff.

Lovely central location in smart shopping area near Noordeinde Palace. Hotel in converted bank building. Friendly welcome at reception and early check-in available. Small room filled with large bed, very little space or storage (clothes rail and a shelf), odd “safe” cupboard with coffee machine and mini fridge. Some fittings in poor condition such as leaky shower door and worn out coffee machine. Watch out for lots of steps - up to hotel entrance, in corridor and even in the room - and there’s no help with luggage.

Excellent location. Super helpful and friendly staff who resolved a couple of minor issues for us quickly and to our satisfaction. Super breakfast selection and comfortable bedroom. A little chilly initially as the hotel has needed to retain its old single glazed windows. We told the staff and a heater was provided which did the trick. A great hotel.

We were very well looked after throughout our 2 night stay. We enjoyed a very good dinner in the restaurant the evening we arrived. There was an excellent choice at breakfast and the service was quick and efficient. The rooms were clean and inconspicously serviced during our stay. Loved the safe! All of the communal areas were immaculately kept and every staff member we encouontered was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were run down and dirty. Stains on chairs and walls. Water in shower did not run off at all. Windows are very thin and you can hear every word people say outside on the street. Rooms close to elevator not useable due to loud rumbling noise. Location is great. Staff is very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel indigo in The Hague. The personnel was really nice and the room was big, bright and clean. Localisation of the hotel is also very practical, close to the center for visits. We highly recommend it!

Very nice, do not book a loft room in summer- the air conditioning doesn’t work well and you have to walk through the hotel restaurant dining room to get to the room which is very odd. The standard rooms off the elevator track are wonderful and we were changed there very kindly!

I travel extensively and I always stay in upscale hotels. I enjoyed my stay at The Indigo. The staff is incredible. On a scale of 1 to 10 , I would give the staff 12. Everything else is ambiance. I would definitely stay there again and suggest it everyone going to den Haag.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo. It was conveniently located in front of the Royal Palace, and all the attractions were all within walking distance. You can easily get a tram around the corner to take you to the beach at Scheveningen and to Delft which is 10 mins in either direction. Loads of places to eat locally as well. The Hotel itself is amazing, converted from the National Dutch Bank so it is a really interesting building. The staff cannot do enough for you! Really pleased we chose this hotel

Not an issue as there is so much available in the vicinity.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel indigo in The Hague. The personnel was really nice and the room was big, bright and clean. Localisation of the hotel is also very practical, close to the center for visits. We highly recommend it!

A superb hotel, which I cannot fault. Everything was excellent. Great location, fabulous staff, wonderful (loft) room, great breakfast. If/when we return to The Hague - this will be the only choice for our stay

We were very well looked after throughout our 2 night stay. We enjoyed a very good dinner in the restaurant the evening we arrived. There was an excellent choice at breakfast and the service was quick and efficient. The rooms were clean and inconspicously serviced during our stay. Loved the safe! All of the communal areas were immaculately kept and every staff member we encouontered was friendly and helpful.

The good news: 1. Great location. 2. Beautiful old building. 3. INCREDIBLE service from the front desk staff -- Kaeman, Lucia, and Emila all deserve specific recognition for helping rescue what otherwise would have been a 1/5 review. The bad news: 1. Rooms dusty. 2. Room(s) in partial disrepair -- we had to move from one to another because of a broken panel in the shower that was threatening to collapse. 3. Air conditioning in the second room went off automatically every few hours -- including in the middle of the night, when it was not possible to reset it manually to the desired temperature -- meaning we roasted at night given the hot weather. 4. On the first night, the cleaners stopped halfway through the room and we had to tell the front desk to send them back to finish. 5. On subsequent nights, the cleaners failed to clean and replace coffee mugs, coffee capsules, sugar, etc. -- seems like there is no systemic plan, checklist, or perhaps appropriate training. Bottom line -- would not stay here again. Maybe IHG should not have licensed this property to a third-party entity to operate and maintain! As is, this hotel is barely worthy of three stars, NOT the four it claims.

Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. God morgenmad og skønne faciliteter både inde og ude på den tilhørende terrasse der serverer kaffe, mad og drinks. Hotellet ligger centralt i byen meget tæt på flere spændende seværdigheder. Værelser var godt, omend der visse steder var lidt støvet. Der var kaffe til rådighed, men ikke te. Dog er jeg sikker på vi havde fået det såfremt vi havde bedt om det, som da vi bad om ekstra bøjler.

Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. God morgenmad og skønne faciliteter både inde og ude på den tilhørende terrasse der serverer kaffe, mad og drinks. Hotellet ligger centralt i byen meget tæt på flere spændende seværdigheder. Værelser var godt, omend der visse steder var lidt støvet. Der var kaffe til rådighed, men ikke te. Dog er jeg sikker på vi havde fået det såfremt vi havde bedt om det, som da vi bad om ekstra bøjler.
