Parking is tough, you have to go down this super narrow street which has tons of oblivious pedestrians. The hotel lot is small, The room was ok, not as good as the pictures but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is really good and the location is great.

Nice room and bathroom and breakfast was good. Parking is a challenge due to road restrictions and distance to lots. We parked at P7 which was far as P2 has an event. Asked receptionist for a car pass to drive in to get suitcases. However check in involved key box and risked driving without pass

Great location. Easily walked to everything in Old Town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to others. Only con is that parking is 10 minutes walk but really it is good they even have a parking option it appeared many did not.

Nice rooms and convenient to all local attractions. We stayed on the 5th floor and there is no elevator but that wasn’t a problem for us. Very nice breakfast in the morning. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Die Unterkunft ist ein historisches Gebäude in der Altstadt, wunderbar zentral, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Check in unkompliziert, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter ! Das Zimmer sehr gemütlich, passend zum Ambiente und sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer okay, Dusche sehr gut, Waschgelegenheit durch die Schräge etwas beengt, große Menschen müssen sich leicht verbiegen. Keine Steckdose, nur ein festinstallierter Fön. Das Frühstück bekommt man in einem Frühstücksraum, ähnelt einem Café, wiederum sehr gemütlich, fröhlich locker gestaltet und man hat die Wahl in Buffetform. Parkplätze vor Ort nicht vorhanden, nur zum Entladen, aber unweit gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, der zum Hotel gehört. Die dahin führende Straße ist sehr eng, aber machbar, unser Golf passte durch ! Alles in einem eine prima Unterkunft in bester Lage !

A very old building, cold, spooky vibe. not enough outlets. not as fancy as the photos on expedia. I got two rooms and their conditions were very different. and the better one was on the 5th floor with no elevator. the free parking they provide is actually far away. I reserved a permit to enter the pedestrian zone but they forgot. no follow-up help afterward. no replies to my messages after the check in. the breakfast was good. Restaurants in the area are pricy and not very good so the included breakfast is pretty valuable. we paid 258USD for a night for two rooms and would only recommend for lower prices.

Great location. Close proximity to centre and attractions. Self-Check in was challenging, and parking also very tricky to find and at a distance & cost. Comfortable room but very hot - no fan or air con. Breakfast was included and good. Noisy (noise restriction of 10pm cut-off were not adhered to). Extremely disruptive till 3pm.

バス停であるチェスキー・クルムロフＮＡ駅から、徒歩およそ１５分の位置にあります。 ホテルの玄関の壁に、横に鍵入れが備えられており、予約するとメールでそこの暗証番号を教えてくれます。 それを入力し、ホテルの鍵を手に入れると、玄関に自分の名前が書かれたクリアファイルがあり、そこに部屋の鍵が入っています。 海外のホテルでよく、パスポートをチェックイン時に渡す必要はなく、個人情報とパスポート番号を書く用紙がファイルに入っており、それをチェックアウト時に渡すという感じです。 私が行った時、受付には誰もいらっしゃいませんでした。（チェックアウト時はいらっしゃいました） エレベーターはありませんので、階段で上がります。 部屋は、かなり広くて快適でした。 冷蔵庫には、ピルスナーや水、コーラやお菓子などが入っており、それを利用するとファイルに入っていた用紙に、これを利用しましたと書く項目があるので、そこで記して、チェックアウト時に精算します。 一泊したのですが、一泊だけではもったいないと思うほど、綺麗でした。 まるで、どこかの宮殿の一部屋のような。 朝食は、無料でいただけます。 種類も豊富で、満足できます。 小さなホテルだったので、他のお客様も少なく、静かで快適な空間です。 ホテルまで、ずっと石畳なので、スーツケースを持って行くのは少し大変です。 これは、チェスキー・クルムロフならどこのホテルにも該当しますが。

There was no one to check us in and check us out. We tried calling the number left on the door (we arrived between check in hours,) the kind lady next door contacted the reception and got us onto the hotel after being on the phone 20 mins with the hotel. Parking was an issue. Other customers to had the problem. There was a tv issue that the lady next door tried the fix. We had no contact with staff except at breakfast. There were dirty dishes in our room, and the sink ran slow, and no one to help. I would not consider this a 4 star, and it was not worth the price.

Charming little hotel located in the city center. Spacious triple room, clean and comfortable. It offers a very good breakfast in a beautiful onsite restaurant. Only negative point was the lack of a head shower. Friendly staff. We totally recommend it.

Great location and great atmosphere in the hotel. They were able to acommodate our late arrival and the checkin was smooth. Room was spacious and breakfast was nice.Would wish there are more outlets in the room. Also the table/platform in the room is stylish but not very usable...

Great place for a romantic stay. Located in old part of Cesky Krumlov, can hear the bell tolls. We had a spacious room and big bathroom. All the room amenities you expect with a super great breakfast offering included. We'll stay here again for sure!

Charming little hotel located in the city center. Spacious triple room, clean and comfortable. It offers a very good breakfast in a beautiful onsite restaurant. Only negative point was the lack of a head shower. Friendly staff. We totally recommend it.

Was not a castle view as defined not business friendly as no where to work. Tried to make contact with the front desk numerous times no response. Both before and during the stay. Rooms are hot and not climate controlled

Very quiet location. Convenient, right in the middle of the old town. Do note however that reception hours are only during breakfast. Check in requires calling, and fortunately doable thru WhatsApp. Amazing breakfast even though there weren't many guests when I was staying there.

There was no one to check us in and check us out. We tried calling the number left on the door (we arrived between check in hours,) the kind lady next door contacted the reception and got us onto the hotel after being on the phone 20 mins with the hotel. Parking was an issue. Other customers to had the problem. There was a tv issue that the lady next door tried the fix. We had no contact with staff except at breakfast. There were dirty dishes in our room, and the sink ran slow, and no one to help. I would not consider this a 4 star, and it was not worth the price.

Convenient location. Good breakfast. The host was nice. Great for overnight stay to visit the town. Definitely feel at home. I could even come back during the day (had to charge my phone) and continue with my itinery, that's how convenient this location is.

Great location. Close proximity to centre and attractions. Self-Check in was challenging, and parking also very tricky to find and at a distance & cost. Had an incredible stay. Staff were so very kind and helpful. Room was beautiful and large. Breakfast was great. Overall no complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again!

The building is fantastic. Old world building with new, modern amenities. The staff (or lack there of) could be better. There was no one available at check in. They just left the keys and an info sheet on the counter. The kitchen staff who set up breakfast did not make eye contact or even speak to the guests. They simply disappeared as soon as the buffet was set up. The info sheet advised someone would be available for checkout from 8-10:30, but no no one was there until after 8:30 (we had a reservation across town at 8:30 so this caused problems for us). Overall, great property but definitely did not have a homie feel from staff (as the property proclaims).

Great location. Easily walked to everything in Old Town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to others. Only con is that parking is 10 minutes walk but really it is good they even have a parking option it appeared many did not.

Il est important de contacter avant votre arrivée pour que quelqu’un vous attende. Nous il n’y avait personne à l’accueil. Pour bien comprendre aussi où stationner l’auto pour ne pas circuler trop longtemps avec vos valises car celles-ci ne rouleront pas bien sur les pierres de pavé.

The check in was easy but they provided the WiFi password at the lockbox in case you don’t have cell service and have a problem. The staff was kind and spoke English. The rooms are cute and cozy. The breakfast to a delight and had many yummy choices.

Delightful. Perfect location, and the staff went above and beyond. The breakfast was a nice treat in a beautiful little cafe area and the room was beautiful. Would happily stay here again in magnificent Cesky Krumlov.

We booked deluxe double castle view. The hotel was fully book on that Saturday and our room was in the attic - very low angle ceiling- a small room with very poor decoration, with no view. The mattress was very hard with bad pillows. It was not a good experience. At that price we were expecting a better price/quality. It was overprice comparing with neighboring hotel. The good point ... an excellent breakfast buffet .

The hotel location was outstanding. The rooms super comfortable and the breakfast yummy. Staff was very friendly and answered all our questions before our arrival promptly. The only negative we arrived in a Golf Tiguan and the road to the hotel parking was too tight. Closest parking to hotel is P1. Also way cheaper than Parkoviste which allowed us to park only for 4 hours and was double the price.
