Great location and great placement above the mall. Fantastic panoramic views of Belgrade. Great service. Very lively bar that happens to be the hotspot for local night life. After hours access is a bit problematic because the mall entrances close during the night and one has to figure out where is the elevator. My only complaint would be that they do not have adequate shower supplies. Instead of usual shower gel and shampoo you get a small bar soap.

Städning under all kritik. Glasen och kopparna i rummet diskas inte. De sköljer bara dom och torkar av me nån handduk. Gud vet vilken. Inga plastpåsar för exempel blöjor. Inge schampo och balsam. Överlag städet var de värsta jag sett hittills. Kunde gå 3 dagar och kaffe koppen var ej utbytt eller tvättad. Toapapper fick vi fråga om 2 ggr då städ inte ens vart inne i rummet. Personal i receptionen var fantastiska, personal i resturangen var fantastiska. Sen var inte frukosten alls den samma som för bara två år sen. Litet utbud. Även här inte rent i juice behållare. Reser ni med små barn var väldigt tydliga med ett rum som inte är mot deras takterrass för då blir ni vakna hela helgen. Platsen i sig är otrolig nära till allt och personalen var fantastiska. Dock är det inte därför vi kom. Vi kom för mat, städ och normal sömn.

The hotel was situated inside a mall which was just great as it was close to dining and shopping options. The rooms were comfortable but the daily cleaning was not topnotch especially in the bathroom and I noticed that they were quite frugal with bathroom amenities. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel in Belgrade.

I have stayed at Mama Shelter in Belgrade multiple times. It is excellent; clean, comfortable, great audio visual options, excellent breakfast buffet and perfect location in the city center. I am very happy with my time there.

The room smelt like bathroom upon arrival and the next day they gave us a room with a better smell and condition. Before switching rooms, house keeping didn’t even clean our room the first day … but then the staff was very reactive to help and give us a better room. The bathrooms seem outdated and the shower handle was falling out of the wall and we manually replaced it. The amenities in the bathroom were very poor and the quality was not suitable. Breakfast was good, it’s worth getting with the room The best was comfortable.

While the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to assist( 10 for their effort) the overall experience was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the room could have been much better—there were carpet stains, dust in the corners, and hair from the previous guest left on the bed. Additionally, it was off-putting to see guests from the upper floors throwing cigarette butts out the windows,which ended up at our balcony. The biggest issue was the lack of water in the room for over 10 hours due to maintenance. The hotel didn’t offer any compensation, not even extra bottles of water. Despite not being able to shower or use the toilet for such a long period, they still charged the full room rate, which felt unfair given the circumstances. Breakfast is good , full of different varieties.

This was my fourth stay. As always, the staff, especially Aleksander and Nikola, was very friendly and entirely professional. There were no issues with which to deal. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Great shower and amazing bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with healthy options included. I look forward to visiting other Mama Shelter hotels in other cities. The interior design is very very cool! Mama Shelter in Belgrade is truly my favorite.

This hotel is a vibe! Check in was a little longer than expected but the staff is incredible, the property is seriously cool. Did I mention the location!? Although it is above a mall it is quiet and relaxing but can turn up if you want it too. Right next to the coolest park and extremely walkable. I would argue this is the best hotel for the price in Belgrade.

Terrific location providing easy access to all that Belgrade has to offer. The room was extremely comfortable, and having a terrace overlooking the park was an added perk given the beautiful weather. Highly recommend for a great location, convenient access to restaurant and bar in the lobby, and a well equipped room.

I stayed for 4 days. Nice and cozy with a view of the city. There was a balcony. Very silent and clean. I prefer a harder mattress but not too bad. Would also prefer to have a bath mat to avoid slipping. Got a welcome fruits basket as well

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Shower kept flooding the bathroom floor, and there was music noise from the venue below (we were in the park side annex of the hotel). This is a 5-year-old hotel and there were no USB sockets whatsoever in the room!

The rooms are spacious. Bed and linens are comfortable and clean. Food options are everywhere around you. Either by visiting mama shelter restaurant or simply walking out in Knez Milosa Street. You are right across the street from the largest park in the city, Kalemegdan. Also walkable distance from here is the restaurant row on River Sava.

Zentral gelegen. Zimmer zur Parkseite war bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig, Klimaanlage[im Sommer notwendig] individuell regulierbar. Bett bequem, sehr guter Wasserdruck. Leider kein Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine im L-Zimmer vorhanden, Starbucks oder Hotelrstaurant/ Bar im Hotel vorhanden. Frühstück war für uns ok und ausreichend, da sind die Bedürfnisse ja individuell.

I had a nice size room with nice terrace overlooking the city. Nice variety including healthy options on breakfast, friendly staff, helpful reception team. And what is very important in Serbia - this hotel is non smoking one and no bad smells as in other.

Excelente lugar un cocepto muy bueno, aunque hay aspectos que mejorar, la recepcion esta atendida por gente muy joven no muy acostubrados a estar enfocados en el servicio y la satisfacción del vluente, solo cumplen con qje que tienen que hacer. Por ejemplo rente un internet para llevar (mobile hub) y me lo dieron sin pila asi que yo confiado que traia sali a turistear y despues de 2 hrs ya no tenia internet y no servia mi google maps asi que ya no pude seguir teniendo internet y cuando llegue a reclamar fue solo pues lo hubiera cargado y ya, como si tuvieras un cargador por si te falla el internet, otro fue que pedi hicieran urgente una lavanderia porque te dejan un formato para llenar con pluma pero no hay pluma en la habitacion asi que subi a frint desk a decirles que no habia llenado el formato pero necesitaba mi ropa limpia y despues de regresar a la habitacion despues de varias horas de estar perdido por no tener internet deharin la ropa sucia en la bolsa porque no llené el formato que dije que no habia llenado...

Otele alışveriş merkezinden ulaşmak eğer asansörler doluysa biraz zaman alıyor. personel karşılamada ilgili ancak daha sonra sizinle kimse ilgilenmiyor oda servisinden su istedim gelip bardan kendiniz alın getirecek kimse yok dedi. Odalar temiz ancak nasıl malzemeler kullanıyorlarsa oda 1990 lardaki hastaneler gibi kokuyor ve 3 gün boyunca gitmedi.

A gem in the city! Perfect location, large rooms - clean and very quiet - attentive staff and excellent amenities. Delicious breakfast with good collection of authentic Serbian dishes. The restaurant is superb - we dined in it 4 times and everything was a hit! I will stay there again in a heartbeat. Zero cons, only pros.
