Zu den wirklich schönen Stränden muss man ca. 45 min Bus fahren. Dieser fährt recht unregelmäßig. Hotelstrand ist naja... Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Sauberkeit haben beides Luft nach oben. Ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio ist vorhanden.

Coffee mugs in the room had dirt stains inside the base, the towels torn, old and dirty. The pool bar also very dirty, needs a complete cleaning blast. The location is nice, on the beach which is a real shame that it could easily be put right with some proper cleaning

Un très bel hôtel au bord d' une plage interminable de sable fin sécurisée par des enrochements en mer. Le personnel est vraiment sympa et avenant. On y mange très bien à tout moment de la journée. Juste dommage qu il n' y aie pas de zone bien être spa, massages...

THE PROPERTY WAS NICELY DECORATED. The decked area to the rear needs upgrading as very weathered/warped. FOOD WAS ADEQUATE, OUTDOOR POOL SHOWERS NOT WORKING. VERY DUSTY CONDITIONS AROUND HOTEL, DUE TO MAJOR ROADWORKS TAKING PLACE. ALL STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT.

This is a pleasant hotel, generally well run. They did have two loud parties booked until 1am during our stay but did warn us and offered an upgrade to compensate. The staff are friendly, and although there were some issues with the bar bill for us they responded correctly to my query. Food and drinks at the hotel are somewhat overpriced although not wildly out from those in other establishments in more up-market Cypriot resorts. The ambience on the beach is pleasant, generally Cypriot families, so this is not Agia Napa, if you are looking for night life - though this was fine because we weren't! The beach area is somewhat in development though and the facilities in Oroklini are a little limited - it's a good idea to hire a car.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a half board basis. Rooms are nice enough, modern and sleek. There were some stains in the bedding which I would've raised with the staff if I was there for longer than 2 nights. Food was very good. Every dish I had was tasty. However, the pool area wasn't great, often very busy and overcrowded for a pool of that size. Our room was not ready to be checked into until 2.30, half an hour after check in time. We also mentioned in our booking that we were on our honeymoon stay but no action was taken. Might consider staying here if I'm in the area again but wouldn't rush to come back.

Hotel wurde vor ein paar Jahren renoviert. Personal unfreundlich und nicht ausgebildet. Pool unsauber und nur bis 17:00 Uhr benutzbar, dann kommt der Chemiemann und chloriert (stinkt). Nur eine Prause im Garten, verkalkt und umständlich mit 50Cent Münze zu bedienen. Frühstück unter jeder Kritik, sporadisch gab es Baguette, Fruchtsäfte aus Automat und überzuckert, Speck mußte mann selbst nach braten. Hotel und Pool wird auch von Einheimischen benützt, somitLiegen Engpass vorprogrammiert. Abends laut, da Partys für Auswertige im Hotelbereich, auch Hochzeiten mit ca. 300 Pers.

Schimmel in Bad und Badlüftung. Dusche fließt nicht ab. Das Licht über dem Badspiegel funktioniert nicht. Das Licht im Schlafzimmer - rundum - Deckenbeleuchtung funktioniert auch nicht. Das alternative Licht im Schlafzimmer flackert. Pool ist nett, Frühstück nichts besonderes.

Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber, das Bad war stellenweise gar nicht geputzt. Auf unsere Bitte hin wurde nochmals die Dusche geputzt, war danach besser aber nicht sauber. Siehe Fotos vorher - nachher. Möbel waren beschädigt. Flecken und Löcher auf Polsterungen und Bettlaken. Wir sind dann an den Pool gegangen, fast alle Liegen waren dreckig (Vogelkot oder anderer Schmutz), Müll ist herumgelegen. Das Abendessen das wir gebucht hatten (Halbpension) war sehr ernüchternd, Getränke bekamen wir auch keine (wurden nicht mal gefragt). Reis mit Erbsen und Mais, Karotten und Erbsen, Reis mit Scampi oder gebratene Nudeln mit Gemüse, mehr gab es nicht. Für das Essen haben sie 18€ pP verlangt. Frühstück war das notwendigste da, wobei das Müsli alt war, aber ok. Wir haben mit Expedia Kontakt aufgenommen bezüglich der Probleme, weil wir das von einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht erwartet haben. Außerdem waren die Fotos auf der Plattform und die Bewertungen so gut, das wir von dem Zustand des Hotels nur geschockt sein konnten. Expedia hat sich daraufhin mit dem Management in Verbindung gesetzt. Der Manager hat gesagt er würde sich bei uns melden um eine Lösung zu finden, was er nicht getan hat. Wir sind nach einem Tag abgereist in ein anderes Hotel. Es gab keine Einsicht vom Hotelmanagement noch eine Entschuldigung. Wir waren eine Nacht da und sie haben trotzdem alle 7 Nächte verrechnet. Wir hätten noch mehr Fotos, aber leider können wir nur 8 hochladen.

Honestly i was very negatively surprised by the condition of the hotel right now. It was sooo dirty. Mugs in our room still had stains and were unclean. There was a big cockroach running around in the room and another one dead left unremoved for 2 days in the lobby! Staff don’t seem to care at all! Not even an apology they just said this is normal. Would not recommend at all!

This hotel was really not as expected. Overall very shoddy and tired looking. Bedroom and bathroom not clean. Towels grey and threadbare. The final straw was breakfast on plastic plates like a prison. We booked for a week and checked out after the first night.

The public areas of the Lebay are excellent, clean, well served and even when busy you don’t feel that there are people on top of you. The rooms are small and basic and need some upgrades. Fittings in the bathroom were very worn and broken. The cleaning staff also need to look under the beds sometimes.

The staff is very friendly and nice, they even gave us the option of getting a soft drink in a bottle. However, there is a serious cleaning problem in the rooms - lots of hair in the room, in the shower room there are eyelashes stuck to the countertop of the person who was there before us, the towels are dirty, and it really disgusted us! We didn't even shower even though we arrived from a late flight! So even though the staff is friendly and the hotel is nicely decorated, the cleaning was very disappointing and it's a shame.

The good news - the lobby bar area is really ncie and feels Metropolitan. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating The bad news - The hotel is quite dated. I could see where it was once a luxury hotel, but that time has passed. I only stayed one night before an early flight and was glad I did not have to stay longer. Everything is stained - the shower walls, towels, rugs, and pool chairs. New towels and serious bleaching of the bathroom to remove dark stains would help immensely.

Beautiful hotel, nice swimming pool and by the beach. The staff goes above and beyond to help whenever necessary. Mariana and Elena are absolute gems. The air con is excellent, the rooms quite comfortable and spacious. The room with a sea view is highly recommended. Only negative is the internet connection, that is non existent other than the lobby areas. It was a bummer for those needing to go online, either professionally or simply to watch a movie on Netflix. The food is great, although boring for those staying for a couple of weeks on half board as the menu repeats every other day. One last thing, I didn’t enjoy being served leftovers from a christening party the day before. It was conveniently for the hotel the only time that we had a buffet service instead of an a la carte menu.Other than that, highly recommended.

Das Lebay Beach Hotel in Oroklini überzeugt komplett ! Hammer Lage , wir hatten ein Seaview Zimmer. Ziemlich frisch renoviert , schönes Zimmer , neues Bad ! Der Service war super !!!! Das Frühstück auch in Ordnung . und der Ausblick, ein Traum . wenn man wirklich ein Haar in der Suppe suchen will, ziemlich wenig Ablageplatz im Bad

Tydligt ett 3-stjärnigt hotell. Poolen smutsig, inland view är ut mot parkering och trafikerad väg tyvärr. Trevlig personal, maten inte prisvärd för en prissättning som om att det vore ett 4-stjärnigt hotell dock. Bra utgångspunkt för att utforska ön med bil. Ett måste med bil för att kunna nå de fina stränderna på ön, stranden i området är mer jord än någon form av sand.

Decent hotel with large rooms and large double bed. Bathroom was very small with no place to put your grooming products as the sink area had no space. Worst thing was the WiFi which was Non-existent in the rooms!!! Location was near other nicer hotels with a nice promenade connecting the beachfront hotels. Bus stop outside but pavements are not finished. Food was quite limited at breakfast and dinner.

The property is situated right on the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The rooms are big and bright. The beds are huge and very very comfort. Breakfast had lots of options and the chef will cook you an omelette to order. The 3 course meal on an evening was worth every penny of the 20 euros charged. A set menu but lots of choice. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a pleasant hotel, generally well run. They did have two loud parties booked until 1am during our stay but did warn us and offered an upgrade to compensate. The staff are friendly, and although there were some issues with the bar bill for us they responded correctly to my query. Food and drinks at the hotel are somewhat overpriced although not wildly out from those in other establishments in more up-market Cypriot resorts. The ambience on the beach is pleasant, generally Cypriot families, so this is not Agia Napa, if you are looking for night life - though this was fine because we weren't! The beach area is somewhat in development though and the facilities in Oroklini are a little limited - it's a good idea to hire a car.

The hotel is lovely and is in a great location! The staff was very attentive, the pool and beach are literally steps away, and the continental breakfast and restaurant were also quite good. The establishment is also very kid/family-friendly. If we return to Larnaca for a vacation, we'll also return to Lebay!

I couldn't be more happier with our stay everything was excellent, from the room to the staff, the food our beach front view everything was just right. Thank you to all the safe that made us feel welcome and relaxed. Dennis on the front desk, Marcus, Sanja and head chef Stalo all madw this hotel one that we would definitely book again. We had a beautiful time. Going in November's was the best choice great weather surprisingly nice and quiet qnd very happ staff.

I liked the fact that the hotel is on the beach, they have a nice swimming pool. Mariana, the receptionist was super lovely. I felt that the breakfast option that was included in my package was basic, but still tried to make the best out of it, thank you! The hotel is located in a very quiet area, however it’s about 15 minutes away from the city - a car will save you, otherwise you also have a bus stop just outside the hotel which is convenient. The waiting time to get served was a bit too long in the evening. Regarding cleaning, overall good but could use a bit more attention to cleaning mirrors and balcony. The corridor that leads to the room was dark in the evenings, it does take some time for the light to come in when leaving the room (had to use the phone torch). Nice place and nice staff but didn’t feel like a 4* hotel.

Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Roadworks on approach road. Building new road. Slightly awkward approach. No shaving point in bathroom. 3 adapters I was lent didn't work. Cyprus has square pin points the same as UK. Advice: taking shaving adapter.

Zu den wirklich schönen Stränden muss man ca. 45 min Bus fahren. Dieser fährt recht unregelmäßig. Hotelstrand ist naja... Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Sauberkeit haben beides Luft nach oben. Ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio ist vorhanden.

Buss stopp er rett utenfor hotel døra hvor man kan ta bussen fra til hele øya ( bussen nr.425 går det direkte fra og til flyplassen) Prisene er litt for høy på restorangen Renhold service er svak da glemmer dem ofte påfylling på baderom og kaffe samt uder senga finnes det mye skitt Folk på reception er veldig snille og gjerne hjelper med eventuelle spørsmål

Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber, das Bad war stellenweise gar nicht geputzt. Auf unsere Bitte hin wurde nochmals die Dusche geputzt, war danach besser aber nicht sauber. Siehe Fotos vorher - nachher. Möbel waren beschädigt. Flecken und Löcher auf Polsterungen und Bettlaken. Wir sind dann an den Pool gegangen, fast alle Liegen waren dreckig (Vogelkot oder anderer Schmutz), Müll ist herumgelegen. Das Abendessen das wir gebucht hatten (Halbpension) war sehr ernüchternd, Getränke bekamen wir auch keine (wurden nicht mal gefragt). Reis mit Erbsen und Mais, Karotten und Erbsen, Reis mit Scampi oder gebratene Nudeln mit Gemüse, mehr gab es nicht. Für das Essen haben sie 18€ pP verlangt. Frühstück war das notwendigste da, wobei das Müsli alt war, aber ok. Wir haben mit Expedia Kontakt aufgenommen bezüglich der Probleme, weil wir das von einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht erwartet haben. Außerdem waren die Fotos auf der Plattform und die Bewertungen so gut, das wir von dem Zustand des Hotels nur geschockt sein konnten. Expedia hat sich daraufhin mit dem Management in Verbindung gesetzt. Der Manager hat gesagt er würde sich bei uns melden um eine Lösung zu finden, was er nicht getan hat. Wir sind nach einem Tag abgereist in ein anderes Hotel. Es gab keine Einsicht vom Hotelmanagement noch eine Entschuldigung. Wir waren eine Nacht da und sie haben trotzdem alle 7 Nächte verrechnet. Wir hätten noch mehr Fotos, aber leider können wir nur 8 hochladen.

Fint hotell med flott beliggenhet rett ved stranda. Var der i november og veldig rolig og avslappende. Lite uteliv... Bestilte halvpensjon, noe vi angrer litt på da kveldsmaten var noe skuffende. Vi bestilte mat fra restaurant isteden, som var helt helt super. Så vi betalte litt "dobbelt". Frokost var bra. Manglet smil hos noen ansatte rundt. Lurt med rom mot havet, da det er litt trafikk på veien på andre siden hotellet. Gode senger og veldig bra utsikt fra terrassen mot havet, strand og basseng. Kan anbefales

Beautiful hotel, nice swimming pool and by the beach. The staff goes above and beyond to help whenever necessary. Mariana and Elena are absolute gems. The air con is excellent, the rooms quite comfortable and spacious. The room with a sea view is highly recommended. Only negative is the internet connection, that is non existent other than the lobby areas. It was a bummer for those needing to go online, either professionally or simply to watch a movie on Netflix. The food is great, although boring for those staying for a couple of weeks on half board as the menu repeats every other day. One last thing, I didn’t enjoy being served leftovers from a christening party the day before. It was conveniently for the hotel the only time that we had a buffet service instead of an a la carte menu.Other than that, highly recommended.

Det har været en god oplevelse på dette hotel. Værelserne blev gjort rent hver dag og personalet og meget søde og serviceminded. Morgenmadsbuffeten var supergod, der var lavet en masse på forhånd men du kunne også bestille specialeretter hvis du f.eks. ønsket noget andet, fx. en omelet. Vi kan kun anbefale dette hotel hvis man skal have en dejlig ferie på Cypern og man er ikke til så meget fest og ballade.

att vara nära stranden stranden men övrig var helt annat vad marknadsförs Hade halvpension Frukost var så fattig och snål i högsta grad .Ett sorts ost att välja på samma skinka med billigaste variant ,bröd endast ett sorts .ett kaffemaskin, samma frukost varje dag och du har inget annat val ,hade valt middag som halvpension men kunde byta mot lunch ,samma meny varje gång och var tvungen välja en av 4 som var i listan Ofta hade de event utifrån och stängde stora delen av uteserveringen och vi som bodde i hotellet trängdes i hörnet och fick dålig service, dagen efter fick vi restmat från gårdagens event De flesta personal var otrevliga på olämpligt, förnedrande sätt Städning var inte topp man ska be om byta lakan osv toapapper glöms,det finns inte en enda eluttag i lobbyn På söndagar poolen och restaurang var helt öppet för allmänheten utifrån med massa barn som tog över poolen Poolen inte rent ,grumlig och äcklig att bada ,ingen filtrering på rätt sätt görs . knappt kan man se poolens botten.så smutsigt, De hyrde ut solsängar till folk som kom utifrån och hotells gäster blev utan , poolens dusch var mot avgift därför badade folk med oljade kropp utan att duscha först ,ingen baggagerum ,det här hotellet är långtifrån en 4stjärnigt som påstås, 2** Bortkastad pengar om du väljer denna hotell Själv betalade mycket och blev helt besviken Det finns en hel negativa att skriva om denna hotell men har försökt kortfattad dela med mig vad jag/vi upplevt

Decent hotel with large rooms and large double bed. Bathroom was very small with no place to put your grooming products as the sink area had no space. Worst thing was the WiFi which was Non-existent in the rooms!!! Location was near other nicer hotels with a nice promenade connecting the beachfront hotels. Bus stop outside but pavements are not finished. Food was quite limited at breakfast and dinner.

Ya arreglaron la calle frente al hotel y la entrada es muy facil. Parqueadero gratuito y frente al hotel. El personal es super amable y atento a resolver cualquier inquietud. Toallas y sabanas en muy buen estado. El desayuno es variado y muy agradable. Las habitaciones son cómodas. Lo único extraño es que tienen una política de no permitir el ingreso de ningún tipo de comida ni bebida al hotel.

Hotel was tidy and clean - my only issue was loads of bird poo on the balcony so wasn’t able to access it at all. Staff - very attentive and friendly, we booked 3 days only but found the hotel was great so booked another 2 nights price was great too. Breakfast was very good too few options - cooking station for omelettes and the chef was great and friendly too. Pool is a great size gets a little busy at weekends with regulars but found it was only us in there at times so plenty of space to swim and sun loungers always available. The onsite gym good size loads of apparatus and great selection too. We chose half board option and it was a la carte menu for dinner- loads of options to choose 1 starter, 1 main with sized and desert. Food portion size was huge and food taste was 10/10 - we got room service and was all delivered hot and didn’t take to long either. Steak cooked to how we liked too! Overall fantastic experience would definitely recommend to friends annd family and come back ourself.
