Phoenix All Suites Hotel

Started out bad with checkin. Said they have issues with third party billing. Luckily before they cxl our reservation, we paid them. Not once but twice, they entered our room without our consent. The first time was housekeep And they just came in and I wasn’t completely dressed. The second time we came back from beach and 2 people were in our room with the internet. We had a donot disturb sign on door. My purse and other belongings were sitting out. Knowone from resort contacted us telling someone would be in our room. I feel this is breach of our privacy. They could do better by wiping and cleaning refrigerator ect. They say this place holds six, people, however there is not enough space for your suitcases ect. Just 2 of us and we had to put our things everywhere. Limited space. Glad we didn’t have 4 adults or 2 teens or we would be packed in like sardines. The sofa and chair could be replaced. The bed was good. Tub water was very slow to drained and I let them know at checkout. I wouldn’t stay here again. Pub outside below our room. View if beach good.

Wonderful location, walking distance to shops and restaurants! All the hotel staff were so friendly and steps from the beach! Added plus they have security that are always walking around.

Great room with an amazing view. Location was perfect for eating and just enjoying Gulf Shores!! Highly recommend it!!

The view was beautiful beaches fabulous. The hotel was mostly clean. The check in was terrible because they couldn’t find our reservation. That was extremely stressful! Over all the stay was nice will return

Really enjoyed the stay the view was amazing. Will be sure to come back.
