Check in was easy and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with dining, shopping and tourism suggestions. The property was extremely clean. The free breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast I have ever received.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The bed was very comfortable. The stay would’ve been perfect except for the check in. When I walked up to the desk the lady didn’t say anything-just looked at me. After I told her I had a reservation and my name she asked for a credit card and handed me my keys. She never told me where to park, where the elevator/room was or spoke at all. Not a very welcoming experience. Room was great.

Our stay was great only couple things , your parking lot which is part of the hotel’s building should be free of charge for your guests and service staff at the ground floor bar should be aware of guests arrival or entering to bar also shouldn’t be vaping behind the bar( I thought the hotel is smoke free)and finally when I asked about senior citizen discount at front desk staff didn’t know if it was offered or not . Hotel is clean with friendly staff is a plus and breakfast is great !
