Super close to the airport, can walk to the rental car facility if you need to. Overall, Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga is really safe. Across the street is a Starbucks and Poki place, along with a Costco Business and gas station. Easy access to the interstate. Breakfast was really good, room was clean and the air conditioning was top notch for our late June stay. We’ve had friends and family stay here, and we stayed here during a move. It’s a great property. Not much in walking distance as far as entertainment but super convenient if you have a car or are renting a car. There is not a shuttle but Lyft/uber to the airport is minimal. Would recommend!

The hotel was very nice. It was clean. Breakfast options was great. Staff was friendly. If I had to say one thing I didn’t like it would just be that the pool was outdoor and the weather wasn’t great. So wasn’t able to utilize it and I would have loved to be able to use it. Other than that I would definitely go back there and recommend!

Just an ordinary overpriced hotel, with hidden fees, a $12 parking fee per night, that neither the hotel or Expedia tell you about when you book the hotel, last time I use Expedia, I’m sticking with Air B & B

The rooms are really nice, I loved the work station. The fire pit in front was a bit of an eye sore. It was not operational and looked quite a mess. The pool shower barely worked and I had to scrap off the hard water deposit so the water could come out of the top spout. The pool bathrooms were locked and the pool towels were not stocked. Just a dirty laundry container full of towels. The girl working the front was pretty rude when I checked in at night. She bothered the heck out of me when I got there and I couldn’t wait to not have to see her again. The breakfast was good. Lots of options and plenty of room for everyone. There were some small negatives, but the stay was nice and I was pretty comfortable.

At check in I was hit with an added cost for parking. Then we entered the "suite" only to see a bare spot on the carpet. Yes a big 10 inch hole in the carpet next to the couch by the entry way. On to opening the window blind only to see allot of bird poopon the window and the base of the outside of the window. Then when we entered the bathroom we noticed the toilet seat had whiter stains on it. Finally the shower, the ceiling paint pealing and hanging from a few spots. Also repairs were poorly done by not painting a patch in the drywall, various places with mold along the corners. Never again, I thought Marriott was a better than average hotel chain as my past stays at various other facilities were above expectations.Not here, this place needs better repairs, and cleaning teams. This is a reflection on poor management as these very obvious flaws were passed over and okayed by someone.

When we got to our room, first thing we noticed was that the mirrors were dirty so we started to look around and in the shower there was someone’s shaving razor which made me wonder if the restroom was even cleaned. I informed the front desk and they accommodate us to another room on the same floor and same thing happened again. The bathtub was not cleaned since it had hairs & the shampoo/body wash were not refilled. Since it was night already we didn’t want to go through the hassle of informing the front desk again and just wanted to rest. We had to tell the front desk the next morning as we needed to shower and when housekeeping came they mentioned how it was indeed not cleaned but she did an amazing job doing so. I was a little disappointed in this as I had previously stayed there and didn’t have the same experience. The elevator floors needed to be swept too which I noticed the first night I stayed and it just made me feel a bit skeptical seeing how it was still dirty by the 2nd night there.

Our restroom smelt like urine. There was hair in the shower. Big red stain on carpet in room. Bed was firm, not too comfortable. Pool is small had to ask for swimming towels. The breakfast area wasn’t too clean. Trash cans seemed full the whole time we were there. It was a busy weekend but someone should be there to clean as people come and go. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I spent two nights at this hotel, and I have to say the experience was frustrating. There were children running in the halls and banging on doors, and it was difficult to reach the front desk because no one ever picked up. The neighbors were quite loud late at night, and I believe they should enforce a noise policy. I also had to go downstairs to get extra blankets and toilet paper instead of finding them in the room. I'm uncertain if I would return. The breakfast buffet was definitely the highlight of my stay.

We booked this hotel for my son's football tournament in the area. Check-in was seamless, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and large enough for my family of 5. The property is located right across Costco and some great food spots, near highway 10, and near the Ontario Airport, which was great since my youngest child is currently obsessed with planes! Best part the free breakfast was actually breakfast and not just donuts and juice (which we would've appreciated, anyway!). All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will defeinitely return the next time we're out in the area!

The room was very nice, but the design was a little confusing because of how the position of the bed to television was wrong. The refrigerator was too small and it was did not keep any item cool. The hot water took over two minutes you must keep your hotel key inserted in a slot to keep the lights in the room on.

Fairly new hotel with modern decor. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. Very convenient to airport and rental car return. A bit noisy, though, as in addition to the expected planes landing, there is an active train track about a block from the hotel with long trains going by multiple times during the night. Also, the a/c system fan in our room was so loud we had to turn it off -- thankfully, it was a cool night so we didn't need it.

Clean, quiet room. One mention: there was only ONE mirror in the entire room and it was in the bathroom. No exhaust in the bathroom and the sliding door did not fully shut. Ensure you’re that comfortable with whoever you’re traveling with.

I spent two nights at this hotel, and I have to say the experience was frustrating. There were children running in the halls and banging on doors, and it was difficult to reach the front desk because no one ever picked up. The neighbors were quite loud late at night, and I believe they should enforce a noise policy. I also had to go downstairs to get extra blankets and toilet paper instead of finding them in the room. I'm uncertain if I would return. The breakfast buffet was definitely the highlight of my stay.

When I walked up to check in Matthew was at the desk. He was so friendly and efficient, making my check in so easy. Matthew answered all my questions. The other 2 times I went to the check in desk both girls answered my questions. You have a great staff and your customer service was amazing. I am in the customer service industry myself and felt that it was top notch. I will be sure to check out more of your properties. Mangement should acknowledge your staff.

Super close to the airport, can walk to the rental car facility if you need to. Overall, Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga is really safe. Across the street is a Starbucks and Poki place, along with a Costco Business and gas station. Easy access to the interstate. Breakfast was really good, room was clean and the air conditioning was top notch for our late June stay. We’ve had friends and family stay here, and we stayed here during a move. It’s a great property. Not much in walking distance as far as entertainment but super convenient if you have a car or are renting a car. There is not a shuttle but Lyft/uber to the airport is minimal. Would recommend!

The hotel was very nice. It was clean. Breakfast options was great. Staff was friendly. If I had to say one thing I didn’t like it would just be that the pool was outdoor and the weather wasn’t great. So wasn’t able to utilize it and I would have loved to be able to use it. Other than that I would definitely go back there and recommend!

We booked this hotel for my son's football tournament in the area. Check-in was seamless, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and large enough for my family of 5. The property is located right across Costco and some great food spots, near highway 10, and near the Ontario Airport, which was great since my youngest child is currently obsessed with planes! Best part the free breakfast was actually breakfast and not just donuts and juice (which we would've appreciated, anyway!). All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will defeinitely return the next time we're out in the area!

They came through to clean while I was asleep and by the time I called they were done for the day (I had a funeral to attend that day) so I never got clean towels or a clean bed after the first night (3-day stay). Other than that, the room was spectacular. No waffles or pancakes for breakfast, only eggs and sausage. Could have had a better breakfast, but that room…

The property is decent, but my experience this time was disappointing. They now charge for parking, which I feel is not justified considering that the hotel is not located in the city center. For this reason, I probably will not return as long as they continue charging for parking. In addition, the room I was assigned was far from the elevators and was not properly cleaned. The floor was sticky, there was no hand soap, the toilet looked worn and poorly maintained, and the shower had significant mineral buildup that affected the water flow. There was also a water leak around the bathroom door that caused the floor towel to become wet. I have had better experiences here in the past, but this time the combination of the additional fees and the cleanliness and maintenance issues makes me prefer to look for another property for future stays.
