Pet friendly hotel, wonderful kitchen staff and EV charging included! We didn’t use the pool but it looked beautiful and there was an outdoor fire pit to enjoy as well. Recommend staying here, close to everything

We had a great time at this hotel. Great workout room, nice pool area and fire pit. The room was cute with a large bathroom. The air conditioning was excellent in our room. We would definitely come back if we are in the area.

Room was modern and clean. Great bed. Front desk was really friendly. Thanks for her recommendations of close by restaurants. It’s close to Best Buy, Sprout, and Barnes and Noble so you know the area is good. Breakfast was great. One complaint is that the ventilation fan in the bathroom was really loud all the time. It’s OK once I closed the bathroom door, but I could still hear it. Also I hoped there was a jacuzzi next to the pool but I guess the maintenance will be expensive. All in all a solid 9/10.

The room was exceptionally dirty. Housekeeping is done every other day, but when she arrived, she only left towels. I had to chase her down to make our beds and take out the trash. After I asked her to do our beds she came in very upset and did our bed in 30 seconds leaving it very unpleasantly done. Before booking, we had asked if the pool was heated, and they had assured us it was. However, when we arrived, they informed us that the pool heater had been out of order for months. During my stay, I dropped the remote control behind the bed frame and, when I tried to retrieve it, I noticed a thick layer of dust accumulating behind the frame. Additionally, the water in the shower was not draining, indicating a plugged drain. I suspect that the filters are not being changed because the vents were extremely dirty. Furthermore, the walls, doors, and shower were also dirty.

We decided to try this place again, well 4 months past the last visit and still no pool or hot tub. The two search necessities are Breakfast and pool when we travel with kids, that should be the reason these places are $60-70 more than motel 6, book the room at full price, it’s listed as having a pool and hot tub but they are under repair, so what a waist, kids mad, now they are stuck in the room with us all night/ day.

Pay attention to the room description if you want a cooktop, not all rooms have it. The girl at the desk told me to call next time when I booked through a third party, because the rooms are not always what is pictured. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we had no issues. The breakfast lady was very sweet and always wanted to make sure we were happy. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Parking on site, and there are plug ins for your car if you need it. There's a laundry room, fitness room and a outdoor pool.

No ice machines at all? They said they want to be environmentally friendly??? Gave us a bag of ice that had to be shipped in, way more than we needed, so wasted. Terrible furniture space design. Could not walk around the bed without hitting a sharp corner. Mold and hair in shower. Just a weird hotel experience.

There was blood on our sheets upon arrival. Obviously sheets were NOT changed before our arrival which is disgustingly and pure laziness on the housekeeping department. There was also spots of blood behind the faucet in the bathroom. Looks like someone might have shaved and transferred the blood spot on the comforter. Also, when we came back from our event later on in the evening, I called the front desk to request bedding for the sofa bed and we were told we had to come downstairs ourselves because no one was available to bring up to our room. Being a Marriott property I expected better service and cleanliness. Will not return to this hotel again! Rating is based on our room experience. It’s a fairly modern and updated hotel property. Everything else looks clean other than the staff making sure to clean rooms properly and making sure to change the SHEETS after every guest!

We always love our stay at the palmdale element hotel! We look forward to our visits each time we visit our son. We love the space in the bedroom suite and we're thankful you had one available as i mistakenly booked a reg room which cannot easily accommodate our family who come by to visit. So thank you for that! The only negative was noticing the black grout in the shower and in the door track. We appreciate the always friendly staff and how hard everyone works to keep up the hotel. Breakfasts are always great as well! Thank you for another great stay!

This is a lovely hotel. The place is nice and bright. It has an upscale feel to it. I love that it's very clean: lobby area and room. Staff was very nice and polite. The value for the stay is great. I am so glad I went this hotel. I would love to stay here again. I recommend this place to everyone.

This is apparently a new hotel in an older building. Signs of wear were apparent, but the place had been renovated. It is great for an overnight or short stay. Our room was simply furnished and had a tiny kitchenette. Best feature was the step-in shower, which had soap and shampoo dispensers. The bath also featured an excellent large mirror. There was a down-side to that: the bath had a motion sensor switch so that, even in the middle of the night, it turned on. Rooms and venue were clean, staff friendly. Breakfast was well done with plenty of options, including fresh made avocado toast, a yogurt bar and other good stuff. There are plenty of dining options almost close enough to walk. The hotel is a very good value.

The magic at this property is definitely its staff!! Front desk staff, happy hour service with Ashley & breakfast team made for a very pleasant stay. Free internet is available and fast enough. Parking is free, Very few spaces available in front of lobby... Studio rooms are quite small... Not quite worth the price I paid, but there wasn't much available in town when I reserved. Also, the water pressure is terribly bad.At least on the second floor in room 217. I will stay there again as I am up there often, but this would be my second choice of the hotels available near my workplace when I am in town.

Room was modern and clean. Great bed. Front desk was really friendly. Thanks for her recommendations of close by restaurants. It’s close to Best Buy, Sprout, and Barnes and Noble so you know the area is good. Breakfast was great. One complaint is that the ventilation fan in the bathroom was really loud all the time. It’s OK once I closed the bathroom door, but I could still hear it. Also I hoped there was a jacuzzi next to the pool but I guess the maintenance will be expensive. All in all a solid 9/10.

Great initial check in experience. Professional, courteous staff, new modern hotel in very convenient location, with a nice pool and other facilities. Nice breakfast. Experience let down when at midnight, was woken up by chatting guests next door coming back - walls are paper thin, they sounded like they were in our room! If staying here, ask for a room away form other occupied rooms.

Only thing i could complain about is that their privacy screens on windows is not enough to cut out the light from the end of the building, 90 degrees from our room. Would have been nice to be able to draw a more solid option. Bed was super comfy, shower jets had a ton of pressure on setting it was on.

Pay attention to the room description if you want a cooktop, not all rooms have it. The girl at the desk told me to call next time when I booked through a third party, because the rooms are not always what is pictured. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we had no issues. The breakfast lady was very sweet and always wanted to make sure we were happy. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Parking on site, and there are plug ins for your car if you need it. There's a laundry room, fitness room and a outdoor pool.

breakfast was horrible. 14 year old got horribly sick around 11pm and hotel management sent security up to warn us if they had another complaint they would kick us out. said they had 2 complaints, 1 being that we were yelling and fighting in the hallways. instead of offering help or moving us where we wouldn’t inconvenience anyone they threatened to remove us. unbelievable. we’ll never stay here again, beyond horrible customer service. my child was just discharged from the hospital. she was seriously sick.

We were staying with a group of people for the weekend. We had called the week before to request to have all the rooms on the same floor so the kids could easily hang with each other. We arrived for check in on time and were told I could not be on the same floor because all the rooms that were left were for Long Term Residents. We were very disappointed but understood if all the rooms were already filled. Two hours later the last person from our group arrived and wouldn't you know it they put them on the same floor as our group. I went back to ask why was my request to be on the same floor as the group denied yet my friend who arrived two hours later got a room on the same floor as our group? They tried to give me a different excuse as to why I could not get a room with my group earlier today. She denied telling me that the reason I could not move was due to no rooms being left. She basically lied to my face. I was very upset to have caught them lying. Just be honest for crying out loud people. Other than being lied to the property was beautiful, lots of places to shop and eat in walking distance. No jacuzzi and the pool was tiny but worked for the kids.

This was the best experience ever! Parking was great, breakfast was amazing! It was very convenient because everything is around. I was never disappointed. The room size was big, the amenities were great! No complaints! I will be returning back. The staff were the best!

We always stay at the Element when we make our monthly visit to Palmdale and we’ve always loved our stays there, but this time it was horrible! The staff was rude, gave us the wrong room when we arrived and when I kindly asked for the room to be corrected she was so rude, gave us a dirty nasty room, dirt everywhere and the extra bed had no sheets or pillows, had to ask for them at the front desk and the staff again was so rude! We were literally afraid to ask for anything else! Even when we went to the front desk to check out the staff was incredibly rude! Because of this we won’t be staying there again!

This is apparently a new hotel in an older building. Signs of wear were apparent, but the place had been renovated. It is great for an overnight or short stay. Our room was simply furnished and had a tiny kitchenette. Best feature was the step-in shower, which had soap and shampoo dispensers. The bath also featured an excellent large mirror. There was a down-side to that: the bath had a motion sensor switch so that, even in the middle of the night, it turned on. Rooms and venue were clean, staff friendly. Breakfast was well done with plenty of options, including fresh made avocado toast, a yogurt bar and other good stuff. There are plenty of dining options almost close enough to walk. The hotel is a very good value.

This is newer hotel in the Palmdale area. In general a good location but a bit hard to find. GPS directions will take you through Lowe's parking lot (weird!). Property needs better maintenance. One of the elevator doors was not working properly, and despite notifying staff, this was never fixed. Overall a mid-priced hotel, with small but well appointed rooms. Convenient location near shopping and restaurants. 3.5 to 4 stars.

Love this place. My husband and I have used this as a stopover when leaving LAX and heading inland. It's quiet, comfortable, clean, and easy to get to. This trip, they had some fun additions to the breakfast -- like quesadillas made to order and tangerine marmalade for your toast. I also like how the soaps smell. We will stay again next trip!

There were a few things that made it difficult so I would not stay there again - small but important. Bathroom door did not stay open unless propped open by a chair. Room door also had to be propped open and when it slammed shut it did not close all the way - had to be pulled. And that door was exceedingly heavy. Coffee was awful. They only offer wine on 4 days, not 7. Pretty cheap - especially since the wine was cheap and watery. The cart did not hold bags or clothes at all - only suitcases. So the bags and clothes kept falling off to and from the room. Staff was pretty friendly - offering a good place for dinner that was really close. The breakfast was kind of a joke. Other places close by in the area offered much more at the same or better prices. Too bad for us!

Great stay overall. This hotel is a great choice whether you're staying for a few nights or an extended visit, as it offers plenty of useful amenities. I especially appreciated the luggage carts, the complimentary ice bags instead of a traditional ice machine, and the clean rooms with fresh sheets. The property was well maintained and felt comfortable throughout my stay. The only downsides were the loud ventilation fan in the bathroom and a slight moldy smell in the shower area. Aside from those minor issues, everything else was excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again. Free parking made check-in much more convenient, and the great complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was very nice, and centrally located to restaurants and stores. It was quiet with very friendly staff. I went there to rest and relax and it didn't disappoint. I didn't report the two bottles of conditioner but no shampoo, nor the non-operative tv, because neither was of big importance to me.and if I had, it would've been resolved right away. The kitchenette was well-stocked and we found everything we wanted. We live locally and we'll be recommending this hotel to out of town family and friends looking for a nice place to stay.
