The hotel went without water for several hours and the staff never notified the occupants. If you didn’t call them, you would not have received an explanation. Unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff, unkept appearance. The hotel did not smell fresh. I would not want to stay again.

The main lobby and surrounding areas were as you would expect and in good condition. Unfortunately it looks like they are updating the room floors. Everything is covered in drywall dust in the hallways and because of the large gaps under the doors the rooms were covered as well. We asked to be moved to a clean room, and after telling us the manager wasn’t there to help us, we were moved to a room that was a couple doors down and equally dirty. I think remodeling a floor at a time would have made this avoidable.

The stay definitely did not live up to the rating I reviewed on Hotels.com. The room wasn't cleaned that great with prior guests hair in the bathroom & bedding, the bathroom & shower was definitely not cleaned good and I had to re-clean before using. During our first morning breakfast the attendant did not restock ANYTHING even tho it was 7:30 AM and only hung around staring at the guests, the pancake maker was also broken and breakfast options were not great. Every time entering or exiting the front lobby the staff were always sitting in the lobby on their phones or computer and a few of the women seemed as if you were bothering them when asking for something, although when needing towels one night becausethe room wasnt cleaned or attended, the male was polite and helpful. This was my first time and last staying at a Tru Hotel.
