Hotel was clean. Elevator was broken and I had a 4th floor room…. Wasn’t offered any compensation or a room on a lower floor. Rooms are pretty decent but you can see some patchwork and the bathroom mirror light didn’t work.

Clean room, some staff was a bit curt, most were lovely and kind. Pool was cold but hot tub was nice.

I really liked the coffee machine and sausage and gravy for breakfast! However the heater in the indoor pool was out.

Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows, very quiet. Only complaint was the hot tub was’t working correctly and the manager didnt have access to hut tub equipment room to be able to turn on correctly. They had to wait for maintenance guy and had no idea when they would be in.

Room was great. Very clean. Great free breakfast and hot tub. The heater was broken for the pool, but hot tub was awesome.

We booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub for our kids to enjoy and the hot tub was out of service and the pool was freezing cold.

The room was really clean. The food was delicious for breakfast and the front desk manager was really really nice and professional. The hot tub was wonderful.

Rooms were clean - pool area was a nice addition but the pool was very cold! Kids loved it though - I stayed in the hot tub - near coffee and food places - convenient stop on the way to Texas. Staff was friendly. Wish they’d have bedding for hide a bed in the room for convenience is my only suggestion.

One of the best clean motels I’ve been to hot tub. Pool was great. Had a two days.

Very nice, just one area that I feel needs attention. The hot tub is really good, but the water quality is not good. It either needs some chemical balance or possibly a change of the water completely. The amount of foam and coloration is why I mention it. We plan on staying there again and like your facility.

Roach crawling on my arm in the middle of the night. Front desk night man couldn’t do anything to accommodate me and my family. We packed up at 4:30am and checked out. In addition we was giving the wrong number to speak to a manager.

Bed bugs, we had to leave, and they wouldnt reimburse the amount of our stay.

Everything was good . Front reception was always nice and welcoming. The room was a little dirty. Like the sheets weren't changed from previous days. In the restroom they left both toilet paper rolls half way. They just folf the corner to make it look neat. But we had to ask for more toilet paper. The lotion dispenser in the restroom was empty. Cleaning needs better attention to their rooms.

Big ant problem! I had 2 for sure in my bed, all over the night stand and wall by window I noticed for sure.

There should be no reason that any room has an ant infestation. Finally we asked to move rooms, which they did do. When you are trying to order in and have dinner you should not have to worry about ants in your food. We booked because it had a high rating.

Good stay, our room was nice and the staff was very nice and super helpful. The walls and floors are thin though, we were in the second floor by the elevator and could hear people outside our room and people above us all night.

I was in a room that was facing Interstate highway so it was quite noisy. Room was very nice. Staff was exceptional.

It was fine. Our first room the mini fridge didnt work but they moved us. The bed was ok to me, husband hated it. My kids were upset the jacuzzi was broken. Overall it was fine, not a high end place but nothing seemed dirty or unkept.

Everything was good except wifi would not work. We had four different devices and none would connect. Another guest tried theirs, and it wouldn’t work either. Staff was not that helpful with the problem either. If we had known this we would have booked somewhere else.

The hotel was very well maintained and lighted all around rooms were nice and clean and water pressure in shower pretty good

It was a good location. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful. We stayed in the bottom floor and the air conditioner could not keep the room cool. The room was changed but the bedding was damp. The stay was average.

The property is really nice and clean! The water pressure in the shower is low and the water does not get hot enough in the shower. Other than that my stay was nice and I would recommend. 4/5 Also if you do not pay the deposit with an actual bank card you can expect to pay up to 250$ for the deposit.

Just a standard hotel room, I thought it would have been larger. TV was difficult to operate, Bath room lights around mirror were out. Water pressure in bath extremely low.

The cleaning staff was exceptional. I wish that I felt that way about the Desk staff. We arrived late to be told that there was no TV service. According to the conversation, that EVERYONE could here, the bill had not been paid since February. Our vanity mirror and exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken. They were happy to tell us that it would not be repaired during our stay due to lack of parts. Just a shame because those things really put a damper on our stay.

This place has terrible customer service they held my money for over 2 weeks and will do nothing to help return the money to my account.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. You’re constantly over talked and not very helpful. I was also over talked in person not just on the phone. What made it even worse that they allowed a booking that wasn’t under my name to be put through on my card. Then they couldn’t even accommodate me when I did come by the property.

Room was very well cleaned and check in was simple. The associate was very pleasant and got us checked in quickly.

I made accommodations for an uncommon check in time, ensured that the accommodations were confirmed. The day of the check in not only were the accommodations unmet I was told in the most uncaring why (not an exact quote) “ too bad go figure it out “. And was without a room for hours and hours.

The Front desk ladies were amazing! Check- in was a breeze, and they even recommended many great food place to eat!

The day shift lady that checked us in was really sweet! She even let us get a late breakfast because i was there for an early dr.appt. thank you!

Check in was an absolute nightmare. 3 people tackled our check in, 1 was new, 1 never said a word and the other talked down to us the entire time. Due to the card we used, the amount was raised from $50 to $250 for the deposit. I asked about cash deposit and was told NO, rather rudely. Then when I paid for the room, I was told the full amount. When I told them they already took 1/2 the room amount, they stated that was simply a hold. When I questioned the amount of the hold(s) plus the room rate, almost $650.00 was held on my account. She was so unhelpful and when I stated I called and was never advised of all the holds, no apologies, no kiss my a**, nothing. Just glared at. This was on 8/4/23. Upon check out, a lady named Brittany assisted. I explained what happed and she was as sweet as pie. Stated she always recommends a cash deposit when the amount is going to be so high. RIGHT??!! She was the most pleasant out of everyone we encountered. She stated she normally works at the neighboring hotel, and that is where we will be staying in October. Attitude is everything. Yes, the misunderstanding happened but the attitudes were enough to make me want to turn around and leave... now it's 8/15/2023 and I still have 2 holds for a total of $372.73 still pending on my card. I tried to call the bank for the authorization code the bank requested to release the holds and was denied the hold. So, I have to wait anywhere from 14-45 days for the hold to drop off.....

Hotel was nice, but I was shocked by the immediate area surrounding the hotel. I was traveling alone w/2 pre-teen children, and I felt nervous about the industrial nature of the location and how remote stores and restaurants were. I did not feel safe stopping at local convenience stores for gas or snacks. OKC was disappointing, overall, because of the amount of trash visible everywhere. I was also surprised by the extensive numbers of unhoused people present at each intersection. Had a fantastic visit to the OKC Memorial Museum but have no desire to ever return to OKC in the future.

Was clean . Breakfast adequate. Area fairly close to property seemed a little questionable as far as safety.

Nice hotel, sketchy area

This hotel was convenient for the activities we wanted to do - zoo, science museum, Bricktown, etc.

Easy access from highway. Was on my route of travel. Waffel House nearby! I make this trip once a year. This is now my regular overnight.

The only thing I would have liked is food options closer than downtown OKC. There isn’t much right around the hotel.

Hotel was very clean, check in good, breakfast good, location is not good. I35 traffic noise was not good for sleeping, hotel is out of the way/no restaurants (except Jack Box) nearby.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and hot. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Positives: great breakfast, very clean, and conveniently located. Negatives: front desk lady had a ficticious way of customer service. You can tell she really didn't want to be polite, she was just going through the motions. Lastly, neighboring homeless community was thick with trash. Close by underpass is heavily populated, and very unsightly.

We loved our stay. Clean, amazing coffee in the lobby, comfortable beds, great showers, updated televisions, and amazingly quick and friendly check in. The clean up staff needs to leave people alone before check out time tho. If check out isn’t until 11, don’t knock on my door till 11.

This was a very good hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Just beware that there are a lot of homeless people in the area. Breakfast was mediocre.

No problem with parking, good options for breakfast.

The check in process was easy, the staff was helpful and nice, and the free breakfast was delicious! We would stay here again!
