The living room TV in the suite was an issue. The settings made the picture larger than the TV. Therefore it was not watchable and I could not use the living room in the suite to relax and watch TV. I would have been better off to pay less money and for a regular room The front desk tried to fix it many times but could not. Maintenance staff was not available until Monday for a Saturday night stay. Because I booked through hotels.com, Hilton would not give me a partial refund of the suite. Hotels.com tried to contact the hotel several times and could not get them to issue a partial credit. Instead hotels.com offered $25 off my next booking. Breakfast was just okay. I was expecting Hilton to be better than than other hotel chains for breakfast. But they were very generic in their selection. Other hotels offer the exact same breakfast with stays that are considerably less expensive. Accessible room has a few issues that do not comply with the ADA. Primarily for people with gripability issues. Hilton claims that they will automatically remove your Netflix sign in when you check out. Two days after my checkout Netflix said I was still signed in at Hilton. Un Coffee supplies in the room were not adequate. They give enough coffee for four cups but give you two creamers and two sugars. If you want to eat in the room, they put two salt packets and two pepper packets inside of their salt and pepper shakers. Disappointing for a Hilton property.
