Extremely disappointing stay. We specifically booked this room for 4 people, but when we arrived, there was one king bed and a pull-out sofa with essentially a twin-size mattress. There was no reasonable way for four people to sleep there. When we spoke to the hotel, we were told they had no other rooms available and that we could cancel if we wanted to. That was their solution. The room was also dirty. When we opened the sofa bed, there was visible hair, crumbs and debris all around the inside and edges of the sofa. The pillows had visible stains, and I took photos of the condition because it was unacceptable. The shower also dripped continuously. After an exhausting 8.5-hour drive, we had to pack everything back into the car, leave, and move to another hotel nearby. Thankfully, Hotels.com helped us obtain a full refund. If a room cannot sleep four people, it should not be sold as accommodating four guests. Between the dirty room, stained pillows, filthy sofa bed, maintenance issues, and complete lack of a reasonable solution from the hotel, we would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

We asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste at check in. We were told they didn’t offer those. When we said we’d had them before, the receptionist said well we don’t have any then when pressed she says they forgot to order them. Additionally the pool was closed for maintenance.

Staff are outstanding, however we had to move rooms (3) times. First time was due to missed bedsheets that were not changed out, the second time the AC was out in the room. We had to pack up and move (4) kids each time after a 10 hour drive , not fun. And we weren’t given a discount, just an apology. So I give them (3) stars as the last room was clean, and breakfast was great.
