The only issue I had was outlets for charging my phone The connection on the lamp by the bed didn’t work and the outlet beside the bed didn’t work. Staff was great Hotel was clean I would stay again

staff were helpful until there was a problem. I arrived after long drive, unpacked my clothes into drawers, hanging clothes, stocked the fridge for a 5 day stay, had my laptop connected to tv, like sprawled out moved in, then found shower was broken, only bath. they did offer me to move to another room but expected to fix it friday, arrived wed, I was exhausted and would have taken quite a bit of effort to move to another room after just getting settled, so decided to stay in my room, liked the location, access to stairs vs elevator etc, figured I could "rough it" for a few days. when's last time you took a bath with a ice bucket to wash hair? friday came and went, not fixed, same for saturday, I checked with desk every day. they didn't get it fixed, it wasn't a specialized part, something could have been rigged, besides lackluster breakfast options, this was my only complaint. I'll know now to go around and make sure everything actually works in the future. tainted my enjoyment of this stay. felt they could have at least offered discount or SOMETHING for MY inconvenience one way or another, but again, staff didn't seem to care when I kept checking status. pretty disingenuine. pool was tiny also

The facility was clean and well maintained and seemed recently updated. The only facility I used was the breakfast which was very good. Check in was quick and easy, as was check out. The room was spacious and the facility is centrally located.

The onsite ev charging which is Tesla destination charger was according to the internet included in price of room and it was not,the pool was not much more than a oversized soaking tub the room was clean and comfortable. The noise from the street on the 3rd floor was a little overwhelming would not stay here again.

Always enjoy this hotel. Always seem to have a clean room. I would like to see more variety in the breakfast 😋. But overall this hotel has it going on!!
