The room was very comfortable, great coffee, wish they also offered Tea. E charging is free, Very dog friendly. Workout room was fine but elipticals needed service. The bar was great with nice outdoor area corn toss, firepits. If you are going for the red rocks concerts, this is THE PLACE TO STAY, close with shuttles. Close to school of mines. Breakfast offering was limited restaurant OK, service at restaurant not great, would be nice to have something beside TexMex on the menu. This hotel was perfect for us, very close to Golden, bike riding, hotel has mountain bikes available. Ask for a room facing the back of hotel. We demoed bikes at Revel bikes, 5 minutes away, WHAT A TREAT! Great municipality golf courses, Fossil Trace! This is now our go to hotel to visit our son in Golden.

We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and were very happy. Just stayed here again (2026) and the hotel has not been maintained very well. The faucet in our room was loose as in moved around to expose the mounting hole, the shelf unit in the room was falling apart, one of the lights by the bed was missing a switch to turn it on (broken off) etc. The lack of proper upkeep was also evident in the restaurant and outdoor patio. It’s a shame because it started as a really nice hotel! For the price of the rooms you expect A LOT better. We won’t stay again. In fact I am also rethinking using hotels.com because once we arrived and saw the condition of the room it was too late to change our reservation since the stay had already started. No changes are allowed unless done in advance. We were in town for my son’s wedding and splurged on what we thought was a luxury hotel. Extremely disappointing.

This is an amazing hotel we loved it! The decor is so hip, has an amazing bar area and outdoor patio. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. I highly recommend, especially if you are going to Red Rocks for a concert!

We had a great time. I would suggest to replace your cornhole boards and bags. They were very worn down and the bags had different sizes. Also it would be amazing to have televisions outside! Otherwise we had a great time & your bar staff was so fun!
