Love this hotel the stay was nothing short of outstanding and to top it off the breakfast was a awesome my wife and I were very impressed And the front desk lady omg I lost the paper I wrote her name down on the she was so helpful but I do know it begins with the letter L she was so helpful even helped me print out something I needed very urgent! I will be returning Thank you 😊

The breakfast buffet was well appointed with a variety of options. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The manager personally greeted guests in the dining room

The toilet in my room did not work at all, when I let the girl at the front desk know(she was actually sitting in a sofa watching tv and playing on her phone in the lobby) that the toilet in my room did not work, she said “maintenance has left for the day, he will be back in the morning, but I will let management know” never said, let me put you in another room or anything. Then when I checked with the night shift staff, as I ended up leaving at 3am, the other girl had never even passed on that the toilet did not work.
