Very quiet with access to Yellowstone and the grand Teton parks. There are small cabins and a two story complex for lodging. No check in counter. All service is done cia text.

I loved these cabins, such a unique idea! The only trouble we had is because we arrived after dark it was a little challenging to find which cabin was ours. I hope they get illuminated signs that won't attract the bugs. There is no front desk so they texted us the info and we were able to go straight to the cabin. No time wasted. But also, no breakfast options. There is a General Store close by that had hot breakfast options.

The pet policy is excellent. $10.00 PER PET PER NIGHT . lots of room for walking on a leash. No open run area which is really not advised eith eildlife in the area. Well lit for laye night walks too.

We had a 2 queen bed cabin. Basic but all you need. Mini fridge has a small freezer. Coffee pot and microwave in room. BBQ's outside with picnic tables. Nice vibe anc lose to good food/drink.

The cabin had so much potential, unfortunately it had not been cleaned since the last occupant. Management was quick to respond though. Additionally, the shower floor appeared to have never been cleaned and the coffee station and coffee pot were covered in dust. The cute little front porch was occupied by swallow families who's droppings were all over the bench. Again, so much potential but a little TLC would go a long way to make a more pleasant stay.

The River Lodge cabin we had for two nights was awful. Floors were so filthy that even after showering if you walked on the floor just in the bathroom without shoes you had to wash your feet with a wet cloth before putting your house shoes on. There were spiders in webs in the ceiling that I had to knock down with a wet cloth when I saw them after showering as well as webs with insects caught in them. The cabin was inconvenient as there was no place to store any foods other than those that would need refrigeration. The bed linens on the beds did not look as if they were fresh washed as there were stains on one of the bottom sheets where something had been spilled and left. We were only booked for a 2 night stay and requested trash pickup before we left this morning at 6:45 and received a text message that because we requested trash pickup we were charged for a 3rd night. The request was only to let management know that we had left. All I can say to anyone thinking of booking a stay at River Lodge is DO NOT BOOK. I would never recommend River Lodge to anyone ever. This was the dirtiest place we have ever stayed.

I got there around 945pm after a 9 hour drive, went to use the bathroom and it was on the brink of overflowing with someone elses waste and was clogged. Immediately turned off from wanting to stay in the room. I texted the number provided for checking in/out and they sent someone right away to deal with it (thankfully). There were also spider webs on the bed frame to the wall that had been collecting bugs for a while. Makes you wonder how much house keeping overlooks while "cleaning"

This hotel was next to the highway and you heard all of the traffic. In addition, the room does not have sound insulation so you could hear people talking, just talking, i.e. not in raised voices and you could hear people walking in the room above.

Had I been wiser, I'd have brought my own pillow. The pillows at River Lodge were more like bags of lumps than pillows. This made it impossible to sleep very well. And if you can't sleep, no matter how nice everything else is, staying there isn't worth it.

Was marketed as a cabin which it was not. Beds were not queen, they were full. Rooms were extremely small and cramped. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker was in the very small bathroom.

Not a bad place to stay for one night. The room was small. The mini fridge and coffee maker were located in the bathroom. The upstairs room ac was also in the bathroom so it did a poor job of controlling the temperature in the bedroom. But the bed was comfortable enough and the price was good. The restaurant across the street (The Trout Hunter) was great!

The mini-cabin was nice. Our main frustration centered around getting into the cabin. When we arrived the key was not where it said it would be. A key was delivered promptly but the following day when we first used it, we discovered it did not work easily. It usually took over a minute to two minutes to gain entry into the cabin every time we left and returned. This happened repeatedly over a two day stay.

Very easy to self check in and out outside of season with emailed instructions and a text line. This made us getting into a place for the night super convenient with our dog, and it had everything we could've needed a couple night stay with cute rooms!

Contactless check in was stressful because of cell service in the area!! Worked, but instead of enjoying driving through Yellowstone National Park we were worried about getting the info the lodge asked for!!! Nice enough room.

We literally took two hours to find the room. Nobody attends the call & nobody respond our message. Room key wasn’t found as per the mentioned location. The room that we got while booking was different than the one we get. We have to put torch to find the rooms where other guests were sleeping. No lights at all in the area. We didn’t feel safe.

When we arrived, we discovered our room was on the second floor. My mom's health prevented her from climbing the stairs. Beth didn't hesitate. She found us a cabin, with only a couple stairs. The room wasn't clean when we opened the door. I called Beth again and within a few minutes, there was a young lady there to clean. She was wonderful. We were treated with courtesy, friendliness and kindness. I hope I have a chance to stay in this area again and I would not hesitate to book a room here again.

Absolutely loved that place! Close enough to Yellowstone National Park to see the park, and far enough away that we could get out of the crowds of the town of West Yellowstone. Gave us the feeling of cabin style home without being too far from a gas station and food. It was GREAT!

Has a cabin feel, a beautiful state park less than 1/2 mile away, fishing everywhere and Yellowstone West entrance a short drive. Our beds we so comfortable and the place was nice an clean. Had all I was looking for and at an affordable rate, would go back again. Thank you.

I loved these cabins, such a unique idea! The only trouble we had is because we arrived after dark it was a little challenging to find which cabin was ours. I hope they get illuminated signs that won't attract the bugs. There is no front desk so they texted us the info and we were able to go straight to the cabin. No time wasted. But also, no breakfast options. There is a General Store close by that had hot breakfast options.

The cabin was small but perfect for 3 adults. Beds were comfortable, and there was a mini fridge and microwave. Check in and check out were super easy and convenient. Definitely worth it and about 30-40 minutes from west entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

They have virtual registration which is easy. The place is very cute and we had plenty of towels. We were only staying one night but a nice area to vacation. Convenient to Yellowstone. We ate Dinner at Anglers restaurant located on the sister hotel. Everything was nice and easy. They respond quickly to requests.

Breakfast was extremely limited. No tea bags, creamer, or bagels. Only items provided were eggs, cereal, limited muffins. No staff at property. Had to drive a few blocks over to get information at another property inorder to check in.

Perfect for 2 nights and not far from west yellowstone. When we booked we thought we may have a kitchenette, but didn't. Pics showed multiple different cabins so we were a little confused. Cabin was clean! Enjoyed the free coffee and muffins in the morning. Quick help with our tv as well. Not a 5* resort but was definitely a great place to sleep at night!

Booking was super easy. People were easy to reach. Info they sent prior to our arrival was super helpful! Parking was nice! The cleanliness could have been better, Our room had a few cobwebs in the lights and on our coat rack and in the shower. We stayed in an economy room. We went early October and the restaurant was closed for the season which was a bummer but their are still other restaurants available nearby!

Exceeded my expectations! We got this room because we wanted a budget option for our family of 4 and our dog. The room was much nicer than the pictures showed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was great. The staff was so friendly. The nice restaurant across the street and the mini-mart at the Texaco had everything we needed. The Texaco had a "potato bar" for $1, and the kids could safely walk over and get hot cocoa or a potato.

Very comfortable facilities, but the complimentary breakfast was at another location and there was nothing when we arrived. Check-in system a bit complicated for those without Wi-Fi available. Unfortunately, the cost of visiting Yellowstone, even outside the high season, is still very high and for few people (especially outside the USA).

Not a bad place to stay for one night. The room was small. The mini fridge and coffee maker were located in the bathroom. The upstairs room ac was also in the bathroom so it did a poor job of controlling the temperature in the bedroom. But the bed was comfortable enough and the price was good. The restaurant across the street (The Trout Hunter) was great!

We have no complaints about customer service, the cleanliness of the room, or the service received. Our problem was that the room above us was rented to a group that came in when we were already asleep and woke us up with their loud moving around for a considerable period after they arrived, and then they again woke us up around 3 a.m. when they evidently departed. The design of the building is definitely not something to keep inter-floor noise and disturbance down. Our second night no one was above us, so we got a good night's rest. Recommendation: get a second floor room, and be considerate to others that might be below you.
