The front desk staff person was very friendly. Overall it was clean and breakfast was good. Location is away from riff-raff, we like that. The pool was closed. The toilet paper holder in the restroom was falling. Next time I know to bring a warm blanket.

The front desk help were professional and patient. When you walk in the hotel smells immaculate. Everything was spotless and my bed was extremely comforting. Great fitness area as well. .

Biggest complaint is they were having their parking lot resurfaced and asked guests not to park on 2 sides of the building. There was not enough space to accommodate all of the vehicles. Very poor planning on their part

The front desk did not answer the phone in 4 or five attempts late afternoon. The pool was closed with a promise to open the next day. When I asked the next day “ It was closed earlier today. Is it open now?” The answer was: “Let me get you to a team member for more help on this topic.” No one got back to us. Hours later we chased someone down only to discover it was open. We picked this hotel so our grandkids who were with us could swim. The first morning at 7:15 several food items were already gone with no more to replace. We had to get permission to park in a handicap spot from front desk. Renovators trucks left overnight and dumpsters were blocking at least twenty guest spots. Too bad. Nice facility. Every negative above is about poor service.

Like new room - half the floor's rooms were out of service and being renovated. I did not hear any construction noise although I was warned that there may be noise. The breakfast was good although the service help was somewhat unprofessional - talking out loud about personal medical issues - yuck, I am trying to eat.

We were in Jackson for a family funeral and had a decent stay. We enjoyed the convenience to our family, the heated indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and WiFi was strong. My only complaint would be that the floors and walls are very thin. You could hear the footsteps of someone walking on the carpeted hallway floors when in the hallways and you can hear the conversation of guests staying in nearby rooms when in your room or walking by. If you are a light sleeper just pack ear plugs or a noise machine.

It was very clean, friendly and courteous staff. Rooms were great, bed was comfortable, only thing is could use bigger parking spots for those of us with larger vehicles

The fireplace was so nice, as was the grills.

Was a quiet hotel, which I liked. My only complaint is when I went to use the spare blankets and pillows for her sofa bed they were DISGUSTING. I put them back in the back they were in and was even afraid that I had touched them. That's how bad they were. Filthy

The setting was really nice and there were deer all around outside in the evening because of a wooded area and swampy area on the property. It was next to a grocery store, gas station and many restaurants. Staff was friendly and the common areas clean and inviting. However, the shower had hair in it and did not appear clean which made me not want to use it at all.

Paper thin walls, we could hear our neighbors talking, opening bathroom doors, and their tv, all night. Someone was jumping at the floor above. Bad sleep overall

It was very good. Only two bumps in the road: we could not get the wi-fi to work, it kept insisting we were in the wrong room. Second, when we got our bill, the address for us was for Las Vegas, not Toledo, Ohio, even though you had seen my drivers ID. Otherwise, very good stay, we will be back.

Overall our stay was good, but not great. Room was smaller than expected. TV was smaller than expected. Cable had 20 or so channels with no description of what you were watching or what was coming on next. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was really hoping to be wowed by the quality of the room but it just fell a little short. I had trouble sleeping as I slept on the pull out couch bed and it was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was very clean but small. I was quite surprised to learn that the free WiFi actually cost $5 for higher speeds. Breakfast choices were limited but decent and free. In summary, I was expecting a little more luxury but the friendly staff still made it a good trip.

Overall, good accommodations for the price. TV in the room was pixelated at times and some channels went off the air for extended periods of time. Liked size of the room.

Pros Guest check-in with Trina was pleasant and you could sleep-in and still get breakfast served til 10am. Cons Thin floor structure; Typical children running in hallways and above floors throughout night.

The AC was broken in our room. They were unable to move us. Twice people came up and told us they fixed it and it was never fixed. I was also on the forth floor and warm air rises so it was reading 76 degrees in the room. It was uncomfortable. The staff was very nice which is the only upside of this hotel.

Tinotenda the front staffer was so sweet! Our reservation with type of room was not available because we booked through Expedia but he called his manager, cleaned up a room, and had it ready in 20 minutes. He was so nice that we decided to wait versus going to another hotel. He even checked on us after we went to our room to make sure everything was perfect.

Someone else with the same last name different spelling digitally checked in and they gave them my room. We had to go to a room with a smaller bed and my reservation was already paid for. I was not very pleased. They apologized for the mistake.

The front desk staff needs more training in how to deal with guests!!!! No compassion, no niceness, very rude and abrupt. I expect better out of Hilton. Definitely not up to the Hilton standard thats for sure

Around 2 PM, while my wife, 4-year-old, and I were quietly in our room, a staff member knocked very loudly and told us the room below had complained about noise. Her tone came across as condescending, and when we tried to explain we weren’t making noise—but had been hearing loud noise from the room above for hours—she dismissed it. What was odd is that we were woken up on other nights by loud door slamming on the same floor, and we also noticed a strong smell of marijuana from a nearby room for multiple nights. We never complained because these things can happen in hotels, but it did feel inconsistent that we were scolded so intensely at 2 PM, yet those more disruptive issues seemed to go unaddressed. Aside from that interaction, the stay was good overall.”**

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was treated so incredibly poorly at this hotel I cannot even begin to wrap my mind around the horrible experience I had. There were issues with the hotel and room itself. The bathroom door would not stay shut and the front desk guy had his pants undone on multiple occasions… just two examples. However, the absolute worst part of my two-week experience staying here was being kicked out by a police officer as if I’m some criminal. I had tried to book an extra night via Expedia and was having an issue with the app. I asked the front desk person, Angela, to speak with the manager, Kristen Blackdeer to see if she could assist. I was told I needed to leave, I said I wouldn’t leave before speaking with the manager. While I was waiting for the manager to call me back after her meeting, there was a knock on the door and it was the police telling me I needed to leave immediately. Of course this happened while I had two full loads of wet laundry in the washer and had not been prepared whatsoever to leave the property since I was planning on staying. This not only left me unexpectedly displaced, but interfered with my work meetings as I work from home. I’m still completely baffled and upset by how I was treated. I have filed a formal complaint with Hilton and will seriously reconsider staying at a different Hilton property in the future.

We stayed at this hotel while attending our nieces college graduation. The hotel looked brand new. Our room was sparkling clean, the staff was attentive and the breakfast was really good. The room had a really nice kitchen so we were able to have fresh food and warm up our leftovers. The bed was also really comfortable. The location was off the highway so very convinent and there was shopping right in the same plaza as the hotel. All in all I would absolutely stay again.

The hotel and staff were fantastic. Penny, (i didn't catch her last name) went over and above to make our stay exceptional. It is pretty noisy, i did not sleep very much, you could hear everything through the very thin walls, we were located on the forth floor, the very last room, not by the elevator or ice machine, and it was still pretty noisy..Not the hotel itself or the hotels property but the outside property was over grown, kind of scary at night..I understand the hotel has nothing to do with someone else's property but it was still scary!!!

The staff was good except the breakfast was either empty or cold we went out breakfast 3 or 4 time when we got tired of cold or very little available breakfast at 8:30 Not sure where will stay the next time we go home for three weeks

We had a two night stay for a wedding. The room was excellent, well equipped and very clean. Great shower pressure and a nice little kitchen. The hot breakfast was simple and tasty with numerous options. The staff were polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

New property with clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is a huge plus and was run by very friendly, attentive staff.
