Very nice room/suite and clean. TV programming was a slight disappointment as other hotels seem to offer more premium chanels. Staff was friendly. Outdoor pool was not clean as one would expect. There was quite a bit of debris on the bottom and I skimmed the surface myself as necessary. The pull out sofa had no sheets and only a blanket for it was available inside the room. I went to the front desk around 9pm to get a set of sheets but the on duty desk person said that none were available and blamed housekeeping. Also, the breakfast was just ok.

So convenient. Dog friendly, with lots of space to safely walk the dogs. Trudy at the front desk was amazingly friendly! Everything was very clean. Great breakfast selections. Great coffee ☕️ What more do you need on a road trip?!

Missed the waffle maker ive come to associate with homewood. The room needed blackout curtains or drapes that close all the way. The spot lighta around the pool shown into the room all night long. Other than that it was as i have expected from hoomwood.

The best breakfast! Very tasty with lots of options. The breakfast staff was fabulous. The hotel is very nice, room was spotless, comfortable beds and a good shower. The staff here was great!

My room had an infestation of silverfish, I killed two in the bathroom , there was on in the closet & I killed one on the rug by the couch.The dresser was chewed up really bad on the bottom, the sofa bed was ripped on top cushions , and my room had a cockroach climbing up the wall

The rooms were very spacious. The staff was friendly. The only complaint i have is the floor was very dirty. I used my wipes to clean it when i first got in the room and dripped water on the floor and could clearly see the floor was never cleaned prior to my check in. Other then that, it was a really nice hotel for our entire family who met up for a funeral.

The coffee was horrible. My friend brought the concern to the manager and they didn't fit the solution. Bathroom tub needs to be redone. The fridge suction lining is ripped hard to open. Makeup/foundation found on my pillow case.

We stayed at this hotel twice within one week, once going to our destination and once on the way home. Our first stay was great. The room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. The people in charge of breakfast were really nice and upbeat. During our second stay, there was no one at the front desk and there was a sign saying they'd be back shortly. We waited for a while and then luckily I was able to use the Hilton app to get the digital key to the room. There was hair in the shower and soap on the shower wall. Dishes in the dishwasher. We called down to ask for additional towels and they said to come down to the desk and get them. It seems like your experience definitely depends on who happens to be working at that time. Overall, it appears to be the most highly rated hotel in the Rocky Mount area close to 95.

We had an "ok" overnight stay on our way south. The first room that we were given reeked of cat urine and the carpet was damp from recently being shampooed (I'm assuming). The second room was much better. The woman at the front desk acted like she didn't want to be there. I don't think it's good when your customers feel like they're inconveniencing you. After the unfavorable start, the rest of the stay was good. We had a comfortable night sleep and were on our way the next morning. I think the hotel was a conversion from a previous concept. Some things were new, but the carpets and stuff seemed like they were a hold over from the previous hotel. The second day front desk staff was way better. Super friendly!

As avid bicyclists, my wife and I needed the extra space provided in the suite to keep our bikes and still have space to move around. The small kitchen was great, especially having the fridge/freezer. Access from I-95 was quick and easy. Worth the price.

The stay was brief and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was clean and convenient. The complimentary breakfast was very good. If I could suggest any improvements , it would involve the shower. The water pressure was weaker the I would like.

We stayed three nights, first night we reported that the room thermostat did not stop running on heat so the room got really really hot. We didn’t get room service any of the three days we were there. Couldn’t use the Wi-Fi password that was associated with the room. We had issues connecting with the Wi-Fi. Other than that great place great people clean facilities. Breakfast was great like what you expect from the Homewood suites.

Check in was delayed , we arrived with several other people @ 5:30 pm Rooms were not ready. The manager handled it the best he could and went out of his way to find us a clean room as quickly as he could. We appreciated that after a long drive 🌴

Receptionist couldn’t find my reservation, showed her paperwork from Expedia and though I was a little frustrated, she was extremely rude and said I was rude since I entered property. It appears after talking to Expedia, your hotel never confirmed reservation.

What a great hotel! The room was very nice but what puts this place over the top is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant. Shout out the the breakfast staff, Joe and Ricky. The food was excellent.

My room was not ready at 10pm, told me to wait at lobby. After waited an hour and saw other people showed up after me and got their rooms. Went to the front desk and asked about my room and the clark just totally forgotten I was waiting for my room an hour ago. Check-in time is 3pm not 10:00pm. I didn’t get to my room until 11:15pm.

The property was clean and front staff was nice. My issue were during our check in. Our check in time was at 3pm. We were not checked into our room until 4:30pm. We had been traveling since 5:30am in the morning. With 2 small children this was an extreme inconvenience. This is unacceptable in my opinion. The staff had no reason as to why it was taking so long but said they were checking on it. I watch individual check in after us but get there rooms before us. I hope that we can have a better experience with Hilton in the future and they can make up for this.

Booked 6 weeks ahead through Expedia. Day before received a confirmation email. Day of our reservation, left at midnight and drove 14 hours from Florida on our trip up north with my wife and two dogs. Arrived at 2 pm, an hour before check in. Went to register only to find our stay was cancelled as the hotel overbooked and reportedly the manager has already left for the day, on a Friday no less, so no one to complain to. Never again. Didn't know that overbooking hotel rooms was a thing. Stay there at your own risk.

Booked 6 weeks ahead through Expedia. Day before received a confirmation email. Day of our reservation, left at midnight and drove 14 hours from Florida on our trip up north with my wife and two dogs. Arrived at 2 pm, an hour before check in. Went to register only to find our stay was cancelled as the hotel overbooked and reportedly the manager has already left for the day, on a Friday no less, so no one to complain to. Never again. Didn't know that overbooking hotel rooms was a thing. Stay there at your own risk.

As avid bicyclists, my wife and I needed the extra space provided in the suite to keep our bikes and still have space to move around. The small kitchen was great, especially having the fridge/freezer. Access from I-95 was quick and easy. Worth the price.

Large, clean and well-equipped room. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was nice and hot, and the staff were friendly. If we come back to Rocky Mount we will definitely stay here again.

The best breakfast! Very tasty with lots of options. The breakfast staff was fabulous. The hotel is very nice, room was spotless, comfortable beds and a good shower. The staff here was great!

Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we'd ever had (Included dairy-free overnight chia or oats. Grilled chicken or carnitas with a full tortilla bar. Waffle bar with lots of toppings. Eggs, potatoes, etc.) We stayed 2 nights over Thanksgiving in a suite with 2Q beds and a pull-out, with a full kitchen. Bed was softer than I like but the room in general was very clean and comfortable. Couldn't beat all what we had for the price. We did have a pet which was an extra $75 which I didn't see on hotels.com so that was a little surprise, unfortunately. Will definitely stay again!

This was a standard Homewood Suites, which we always like. Large room with plenty of space to spread out, not a cramped space pretending to be a suite as with other hotels. The only negative, which we have found is a pattern with Homewood Suites, is the unpalatable breakfast. Not sure why they think they need to have Mexican food at breakfast, but that's a real turnoff. Give me biscuits and gravy any day.

The coffee was horrible. My friend brought the concern to the manager and they didn't fit the solution. Bathroom tub needs to be redone. The fridge suction lining is ripped hard to open. Makeup/foundation found on my pillow case.

Clean rooms and excellent staff. The breakfast fast are always rays of sunshine and improve your morning. Would certainly recommend staying here! The normal sized fridge is a big plus as opposed to the dorm ones that never actually fit a take-home container. There are a few things that could be improved. More drink options for the morning, especially tea flavors and a cappuccino machine would be lovely. Also, the bedding is really, really scratchy. The upstairs halls are so hot you could faint getting to your room. Honestly don't know how housekeeping survives, so please consider your guests and use at least some ac in the hallways.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have stayed at this hotel four times previously and are actually staying here again this evening, which will make this our fifth stay. Overall, we have always had a good experience here, which is why we continue to come back. The room was clean, and the hotel as a whole was very clean and well maintained. There is also plenty of parking available, and we felt that the property had good security. The front desk staff was friendly enough and did greet us when we arrived. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was a disappointment when it came to the staff working in the breakfast area. The continental breakfast itself was okay, although I do feel that the breakfast options could be better, especially for a Hilton property. What really stood out, though, was the attitude of the breakfast staff. They were extremely rude and made guests feel as though we were inconveniencing them. At one point, they actually became upset because, in their exact words, “people were drinking too much coffee.” That was honestly shocking to hear from staff in a hotel where guests are supposed to feel welcomed. Our previous stays were about a year ago, and the breakfast staff was much friendlier and more accommodating then. It definitely seems like there has been a change in staffing in that department, and unfortunately, the difference was very noticeable. Despite that experience, we are returning again because we have generally enjoyed this hotel and have had good experiences here.

We have stayed here each year for about 5 years and have noticed a decline in quality. Upon check in the room wasn’t fully ready- there was no toilet paper, we were missing towels, the small table was spray painted, and the biggest hassle is there are not enough luggage carts. I think there are 3-4 tops and they are never downstairs. This has happened to us a few times here.
