This is our 2nd time staying, the off the betten path is nice. The staff is awesome. The only con is this is the 2nd time we couldn't get in the pool way to cold. They even have a sign up telling you that and apologize. And we had to wait almost a hour for a bottom room to be cleaned. We got there after check in and still had to wait. Other then the pool, it is a nice stay.

Clean rooms. Would be great if you had a long stay with the kitchenette and large fridge. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Libby did have a sewer odor though.

Rooms are good. Water pressure in shower was not. Hot tub and pool seemed nice but the overwhelming stench was so bad someone called the fire department thinking it was a gas leak (it was not). Staff was friendly but didn't seemed concerned about it. Which I found odd because it was a very obnoxious order? We were there because of the hospital and decided to get the hospital rate at another hotel, theres plenty to choose from.

I have stayed at the Home2suites many times, but this time was disappointing. Room had not been cleaned. The reassigned room was "clean " but im pretty sure the bed was not made up with clean linens. Toiletries were missing and no kleenex. Desk staff were apathetic. The one Housekeeping staff saw was cleaning rooms well into the evening.

The issue I have is with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The attention to detailed cleaning was poor. The shower had pink mold on the grout in many places near the bottom of the tub, which just indicates that it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. How can you trust that the overall cleaning is done properly??? It just made my skin crawl and I couldn’t wait to get out of there!

The property is in a good and safe location. However, the responsiveness of the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. In our three night stay, we did not have our room serviced once. We had to request towels after the expected every other day service. And we had to take out our own trash. When we arrived, the fold-a-bed was open, and the filters for the in room a/c were out on the unit. They were not ready for our arrival. Next time we will definitely choose one of the other numerous properties in the area.

When I first walked into the lobby there was an unpleasant smell, not sure what it was. Room was clean and bed was sufficient enough. Bathroom needs a hook by the shower. I was in a handicap room. There was a black small bug in the bathroom and the water didn’t really get hot for my shower. The room was large and breakfast was so so. The best thing about the hotel was an employee named “Mama”, she was very polite and someone I really enjoyed talking with.

Good location. Clean. Bathroom could use some maintenance. King bed was sitting way too close to the heating/air unit, so you only have about 10 inches to squeeze between the two, when getting in and out of bed... not fun, when you're half asleep and in a strange place.

Very clean hotel. plenty of amenities for family travel and the staff was friendly. But the walls are thin, we could hear dogs barking and noise from the room above us. Still a great place to stay and I will stay here again!

The smoke detector battery started beeping right as I was falling asleep. The staff had no one to fix it until the next day. I checked out at 1030 at night with no refund and booked another hotel. And the staffs response… “I can see how that would be annoying” … it beeped every 5 minutes. So frustrating that they had no staff for minor maintenance that would have addressed the issue and made for me to be able to stay the night there.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. They are super friendly and hospitable. I travel a lot, and I will tell you the ladies down in the general dining area for breakfast are wonderful. They made sure my little puppy had plenty of water.

2 night stay. Was a wonderful experience. Beautiful hotel. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Saturday morning breakfast staff was amazing. Very friendly and kind to all guest. Friday AM desk staff was also excellent. Very welcoming and kind to all.

Staff was extremely Friendly throughout our stay. It was a great place for our three couples to stay & spend time together. The table on rollers was great for our game we brought to play in our room…extra nice benefit for space.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good, it was a nice variety. Room was very clean and spacious. Would stay again if passing through the area.

Disappointed there was no phone in our room hooked up to contact the front desk, it was very noisy on our floor with dogs, barking well into the night, and breakfast was a disappointment. They didn’t even have enough food at 8:00 AM on Monday, September 1 to serve at least 8 to 10 Guests including my husband and I. The only reason we extended our stay was for convenience and three people that made our stay a little better one was Matthew at the front desk, Tippus, and Trina in housekeeping. They were exceptional beyond that huge disappointment.

Great clean warm pool and nice hot tub. Clean rooms. Breakfast was lackluster but breakfast attendant was very friendly. At night group of adults kind of took over the common fireplace sitting area to get loud and obnoxiously drunk, blasting music with a giant speaker until late. No one else could even use the area. Woke up in the morning and it was littered with empty beer cans and liquor bottles. Hotel has great potential but the other guests ruined it and the management didn't seem to mind guests treating the place like a college frat party.

The stay was ok.. breakfast was not. The hotel was very busy and when we went down for breakfast at 9:00, items were empty and never refilled! We paid a lot of money to stay on this particular night and then not to be able to eat breakfast was a huge disappointment. The worker was present, but not ambitious!

Very disappointed that the pool was not available. It was one of the main reasons for selecting this hotel as we had 5 kids who were looking forward to swimming.

Prior to booking a room for my family, I read the reviews to see what people said about the cleanliness of the hotel. The reviews were positive, so I was surprised when we entered our room. The hallway was warm and the smell was not pleasant. The room had a funky smell as well. The bathroom shower had some mold in the corners and the wall paper on one of the bathroom walls had big bubbles in it. My kids were running back and forth barefoot on the carpet and by the end of the night, their feet were black! I was appalled! We travel frequently, and that was the first time that happened to them in a hotel room. There was also a very sticky substance on the carpet that we kept stepping in. I tried to clean it with a Lysol wipe, but it wouldn’t come off. The sheets on the bed smelled weird and it made trying to fall asleep very uncomfortable. As soon as dawn approached, we got ready and left. We didn’t even bother to have breakfast because we knew it wouldn’t be worth staying for. The only positive thing about the stay was that the employees were very pleasant and the size of the room was nice.

The hotel is in very good condition. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. We stayed three nights and ate breakfast all mornings. There were different choices of food every day. Although on day 3 there was no oatmeal or yogurt, there was enough to satisfy us. The pool was not working, but we hadn't planned on using it. The location is safe and walkable. There is a running/bike trail very close to the hotel. I would stay here again.

Told me I could check in early but when I arrived my room wasn’t ready, pool was close and green, the pool room smelled like rotten garbage, the fireplace didn’t work, a house keeper came into my room after I checked in
