The one good thing I must say the staff is very friendly. I booked Father’s Day weekend gateway. After Checking in and changing to our swimming gears the front desk informed us that the pool was closed my kids started crying 😢 that same evening we went back to the room to make some coffee and didn’t know that the plastic that holds the coffee bag maker was broken my husband was burned by the splashy water. We always stayed at the Hampton in hotels but that was definitely one of the worst experiences we ever had.

I was extremely disappointed that the pool was not working! But i was told it was open when i booked. I think you should at least inform the people that booked. It was extremely hard to entertain 2 children. If i knew this was like this id cancel!

Large studio, very comfortable bed, convenient location, the staff was exceptional, extremely quiet, wonderful hot breakfast with numerous choices of other items, nice dog walking area etc. It had everything I look for in a hotel. Will stay again.

Great hotel! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Fairly priced, very clean, convenient location for our visit. Even has a Tesla supercharger right by it and a Target.

We were disappointed at check-in when we were told that the pool was CLOSED because they didn’t have a lifeguard. I have stayed at a Hampton Inn and Suites many times and never has there been a life guard. Also, when I searched on Hotels.com, I specifically booked this hotel because it said there was a pool, so this was upsetting as I felt like it was false advertising. When we got to our room, which was good size, there were a couple of houseflies flying around the room- not a big deal, but a little gross. Housekeeping did not come while we were gone all day from 6:30am to 8:30pm to exchange towels or make the bed. Overall, for the price, very disappointing.

Pool was opened. But at check in told that the city changed laws and because there is no lifeguard on duty the pool is closed. Wish we knew this ahead of time for the only reason we where staying at this hotel. Very very disappointed wasn’t even offered a discount. Not the hotel fault but make it known before booking because it may be a deciding factor in where one chooses to stay.

Clean and beautiful hotel. My studio room was nice and well put together. Anthony at the front desk was great. Breakfast was great and it’s easy on and off access to the highway is a plus.

hotel location is good, however room interiors are outdated, shades not maintained, bed mattress and frame structure sagging, Pillows and bedding well worn and not typical of a Hampton Inn, especially on the east coast. Common area hall way and corridor carpets soiled and show obvious wear and tear. The hallway outside room had fragments of broken glass and small pieces of trash. When you get into room make sure to not take shoes off, carpet feels greasy. Interesting - pantry sells pot pies - but why only vegan? Dont worry bout answering - brought a turkey sub

When I checked in the room smelled bad, the carpet was damp and sticky and the pillows were dirty (makeup stains and clearly not washed) and not even big enough for the pillow case. When we called downstairs to replace the dirty pillows, they said they couldn’t because the were all out. So we had to sleep with no pillows the first night. The second night we asked for pillows and got 1.

Hotel room was dirty. Used mouthwash. Hair on the toilet. No breakfast in the mornjng because the cook didn’t show. Complained about my autistic child and I had to leave early. Forgot my coat in the room and staff rude and unhelpful.

The staff and hotel itself was great but our room heat was not working. We didn’t realize it until around 2am when the temp dropped 6 more degrees. It was in the negative outside so it was pretty cold and I didn’t call down because our kids were asleep and we figured they’d just want to move us. We had a chill the whole day after.

Suite air conditioning did not work we were at 80 degrees for two night we call service first night and althought they were very nice they couldn’t fix. We had a 15 next day we couldn’t deal with heat but moving to another suite was too inconvenient for us. We put up with no ac it was horrible. Only bad thing about it. We received no discount at all.

Friendly staff! The GM Steven Altieri went above and beyond to help us with a problem. He was friendly and professional. Our room was clean. Beds were comfy. Located about a mile from the Best Mexican restaurant with the best margaritas!

My family and I has the misfortune of staying at your Hotel for June 8th to 11th 2023 in the room number 312. During our stay, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about. First, there was no house keeping done our 3 days stay. Every night I had to request towel for Restroom. Beds were not done. When I asked the reception staff ( Bria ) about the reason of the not to doing the house keeping service, she mentioned that we have to request for that. And which I did next day. Still nothing was done. I took enough pictures for the room. I was little upset at the front desk lady ( Bria ). She was threatened me to kick us out from the Hotel. I complained to the Hotel customer service. I hope you agree with me that this type of service is completely unacceptable at so many levels. It is not the kind of treatment I would have expected from a Hampton In by Hilton. I very disappointed from this bitter experience.

When I checked in the room smelled bad, the carpet was damp and sticky and the pillows were dirty (makeup stains and clearly not washed) and not even big enough for the pillow case. When we called downstairs to replace the dirty pillows, they said they couldn’t because the were all out. So we had to sleep with no pillows the first night. The second night we asked for pillows and got 1.

Large studio, very comfortable bed, convenient location, the staff was exceptional, extremely quiet, wonderful hot breakfast with numerous choices of other items, nice dog walking area etc. It had everything I look for in a hotel. Will stay again.

Hotel room was dirty. Used mouthwash. Hair on the toilet. No breakfast in the mornjng because the cook didn’t show. Complained about my autistic child and I had to leave early. Forgot my coat in the room and staff rude and unhelpful.

I live in vegas and this hotel was as much as a hotel in vegas. Only said they could clean the room once in 5 days I was there. They never cleaned it. Horrible service.

Friendly staff! The GM Steven Altieri went above and beyond to help us with a problem. He was friendly and professional. Our room was clean. Beds were comfy. Located about a mile from the Best Mexican restaurant with the best margaritas!

Clean and beautiful hotel. My studio room was nice and well put together. Anthony at the front desk was great. Breakfast was great and it’s easy on and off access to the highway is a plus.

hotel location is good, however room interiors are outdated, shades not maintained, bed mattress and frame structure sagging, Pillows and bedding well worn and not typical of a Hampton Inn, especially on the east coast. Common area hall way and corridor carpets soiled and show obvious wear and tear. The hallway outside room had fragments of broken glass and small pieces of trash. When you get into room make sure to not take shoes off, carpet feels greasy. Interesting - pantry sells pot pies - but why only vegan? Dont worry bout answering - brought a turkey sub

I was disappointed that the bed was not made, wet towels were not gathered and wastebaskets were not emptied. I did ask and the front desk said they are going to install disclaimers to that effect. Apparently you have to book for three or more nights, making a “once over” after ? days. It was not mentioned in the room description or amenities (or non amenities). Noises from other rooms did make its way through to my room… it’s NOT a deal breaker for me. The two night stay was expensive and I hope the price reflects the soccer event going on locally and not the rate usually charged. I do not swim so I did not use the pool. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were very attentive. As far as clean room, the room was clean when I got there. It was cool(a plus during a heat wave) but when I left I almost felt like I hadn’t taken care of the room…

We appreciated that our room in this hotel (which seemed to have been recently renovated), was very clean and quiet. We also liked that there was no carpeting, contributing to its cleanliness. Check in was easy, and the front desk manager, Heather, was extremely friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.
