Only stayed one evening since we were just passing through. Front desk was friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of dinner choices within walking distance. Not a big selection of options for the free breakfast. We would stay here again.

Hotel located very conveniently off of I-75 in London, KY. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Numerous fast food and a very good selection of sit down restaurants near the hotel. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and extras. Overall a very nice place.

Such a friendly guy at check in. Mattress a little soft for my back. Nice soft pillow not too thick. Some bathroom baseboard tile could use repair so all looks uniform. Wish places would offer bar and simple food so after long drive going to a restaurant isn't necessary.

It was close to restaurants, interstate and the hotel had great service. Hotel was clean and comfortable. This was the 2nd time I have stayed and would stay again.

The parking lot is easy to get in and out of. The room and bathroom were clean. Bathtub floor had a nice grainy texture that reduces slips in the shower. The only thing I didn't care for was the very strong scent of room deodorizer (coconut oil) that was present in the room. Strong enough to bring on a headache. Possibly sprayed so heavy to cover up something from the previous occupant. Overall a good stay but a little over priced in my opinion.

Breakfast was great and so was staff. However Room wasn’t quiet—We could hear the folks in the rooms above and around us thru walls/ceiling. Room was clean except there was some mold in shower pan so we did not use it. Additionally even tho sign said No Pets (which was one of reasons we selected this property) someone brought their dog into room and it was barking for about 30 min.

Hotel is very clean, but starting to show signs of neglect. Staff gets annoyed if you make a request. At the time of the reservation, I requested the rooms as close as possible. The person that checked us in huffed and barked that they were full and this was how it was going to be. I asked if we could change one of the room types to get closer together and he refused to even look. TVs are flaky - it was an ordeal that involved pulling the plug out of the back of the TV and waiting on it to load again. Power went completely out in one of our rooms, tried to call the front neck, no answer - went down, felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. They did reset the breaker but never followed up or checked on us. The breakfast staff started rushing people out, walking around and loudly telling guests they were shutting breakfast down and we needed to get what we wanted. Overall not the experience we’ve had with this hotel in the past.

It was probably one of the cleanest most beautiful hotels I have ever been in. I loved my stayed. However, on the comfort side it could definite be improved. I was very surprised that at such a nice hotel the comfort level was not up to the level of the appearance of the hotel. The bed was extremely hard. I don't know if you have to request a soft bed but mine was extra extra firm. The only seating in the room was an uncomfortable chair and a desk chair. You need a big comfy chair in the rooms and the one in there was not that. People want to lounge and relax in the evening when they come back to their hotel room. The hotel staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. Great place the only thing I would change is the comfort of the bed and chairs in the room.

Great location off I75. Nice and new with huge two queen room. Breakfast was great. We stayed on first floor and could hear people walking above us but thankfully they stopped by 11pm. We never could figure out the heating and cooling system but we never asked anyone which may have answered the question.

Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, towels smelled bad, we lost power in our room and the staff was extremely rude. I sat outside the front desk for over 5 mins and could hear her in the office gossiping with a friend. I knocked on the door and said hello and was ignored. Issue didn’t get resolved for over 20 min. We were almost late to my uncles funeral due to not having lights to get ready

The hotel/room was exceptionally clean but the on-line ck in process was useless as I requested extra towels and the request was ignored. Also the mobile key did not work for the exterior doors. My husband wasn’t impressed with the breakfast as it was more a simple continental offering. Staff was great!!!

Only stayed one evening since we were just passing through. Front desk was friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of dinner choices within walking distance. Not a big selection of options for the free breakfast. We would stay here again.

Great location with several restaurants around. Enjoyed the Mexican restaurant. Hotel is very clean and brand new. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Easy access to interstate. Clean room with new carpeting and updated bathroom. Very friendly staff. Nice variety of warm and cold breakfast items. Comfy bed. Would stay again!

Hotel located very conveniently off of I-75 in London, KY. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Numerous fast food and a very good selection of sit down restaurants near the hotel. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and extras. Overall a very nice place.

It was close to restaurants, interstate and the hotel had great service. Hotel was clean and comfortable. This was the 2nd time I have stayed and would stay again.

Great location off I75. Nice and new with huge two queen room. Breakfast was great. We stayed on first floor and could hear people walking above us but thankfully they stopped by 11pm. We never could figure out the heating and cooling system but we never asked anyone which may have answered the question.

Fantastic stay! Super clean room. Nice variety for breakfast. Every single employee was professional, kind, and welcoming! Nice hot shower with good water pressure. Pleasant check in and check out. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice property. We stayed 1 night. We stay at many hotels and this one ranks near the top. The breakfast had many options and was well stocked the waffles and egg soufflé were very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel/room was exceptionally clean but the on-line ck in process was useless as I requested extra towels and the request was ignored. Also the mobile key did not work for the exterior doors. My husband wasn’t impressed with the breakfast as it was more a simple continental offering. Staff was great!!!

When we got to our room the bed sheets were dirty! Looked like a blood stain and also a food stain on them. We had to call front desk three times from our cell phones to get them changed (motel phone did not work in the room) The front desk was extremely rude about my husbands car trailer and where it was parked when nothing was even asked about our type of vehicle or anything upon check in. Tiles on the floor were loose in the bathroom and popped as you walked on them. Pool was very small.. It was not a great experience

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in walking distance to several restaurants, liquor store, Walmart, and there is a trampoline park right behind the hotel which is great for kids. My only complaint is that I book a room for 2 adults and 3 kids. Room said it accommodates 5. Booking does require you to add the ages. I assumed that I would be given a room with a pullout sofa but I did not. It had 2 queen beds. I asked for a roll away bed and they said they have 3 which were all being used. The beds were comfy, however my kids did not sleep well as they had to squish in one bed. I can understand if the kids are small, you could make it work, However, my kids are 11, 13 and 15, and the hotel does require this info before hand, so it would have been nice to get a room with a pullout or they should have more rollaway beds available. Other than that, the hotel was peaceful and lovely.

Location is beautiful, breakfast had a nice selection of food. We did have an issue with the towel hanger hanging out of the drywall. Staff was notified and worked on fixing it.
