This was a fantastic hotel! The whole facility is very nice. The breakfast is outstanding and the bar/restaurant is quite nice at night too. The hotel is in the middle of downtown, which is undergoing a revival. The people that work at the hotel are very helpful and unfailingly polite. I very much recommend this hotel.

Beyond the staff control a large water leak into a the breakfast serving area compromised the breakfast choices but the serving staff did a very good job finding alternative choices.

They don’t answer their phones and don’t respond to messages. I tried both calling and messaging them about parking a larger vehicle and got no response. So since I made the reservation already, I had to request a refund. Which was denied by the hotel manager. When I called to talk to a staff member, they claimed to have plenty of parking and they didn’t know why no one answered, all while being condescending. Then denied a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The staff was very professional and courteous. The room was very clean and I loved the decor. The food was delicious!! This was my first time there, and I will highly recommend it to my family and friends.
