Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. Louis - Chesterfield by IHG

Very noisy. The room doors slam HARD automatically. I could hear people talking nonstop next door at night and in the morning. Must be super thin walls.

We had to find a room after a previous hotel booking proved disgusting. Holiday Inn was clean, available and the staff on duty was professional and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was incredible. The room and beds were great. The shades on the windows were very light and the outdoor lights from other businesses was a challenge of falling and staying asleep but otherwise, a great stay.

The hotel is being renovated which is wonderful and its making a difference. The location is good as well. What I wish I knew was that there were many youth soccer families and kids there who ran wild around the place. Despite the management's attempts, it was loud and rowdy. Had I known that they were going to take over the hotel I would have gone somewhere else!

Make sure they clean all rooms daily. They missed cleaning on 3.20.2026

No me hicieron la habitación una noche no estaba limpio el cuarto polvo en muchos lugares y la bañadera tupida muy mal servicio no lo recomiendo pésimo horrible me quejé donde el mañager y no hicieron nada. Horrible la experiencia
