We loved the upscale boutique hotel vibes at a great price point. There's cool, funky shopping across the street and it's very easy to get around whether by foot or Uber/car. Parking was a little expensive, but it's underground and safe, which I feel is needed in a neighborhood that lacks street parking.

Stayed 4 nights for a business trip. Overall, a great experience. The staff were super helpful when I had questions and the room was perfect for my needs. The hotel bar has excellent food and drinks and a wonderful vibe. The hotel itself is within walking distance of many lovely shops and restaurants.

My room on the fifth floor had a great view, and the room was very clean, modern and pleasant. I also loved the open air patios, and the lobby restaurant was a great place to have a drink and relax.

We were only there one night but would gladly have stayed longer. Clean and new, with a really comfortable bed. There were lots of great restaurant options close by, but the attached restaurant was good enough to keep us in house, with really interesting food and drink options. Easy check in and check out, and convenient parking options. An all around great stay!

From the friendly front desk staff to the modern and clean feel this is one of my favorite hotels in Portland. If you are a foodie there are many great restaurants within walking distance. I do recommend paying for parking though. The on street options are limited and you don't want your car messed with in Portland right now.

The USB ports did not work in the room. A dog was barking at midnight in the hall. Across the street was a loud bar and music that you could hear in the rooms. It was not a great experience. The bathrooms are made of opaque glass so the light shines into the room when someone is trying to sleep.

Cute/hip but trying too hard. Nice shared upstairs outdoor/patio areas. Morning coffee and nice mugs to drink it in were a nice perk. Housekeeping staff helped me bring mine back to my room :) Bathrooms too minimalist - over the top. Glass wall between bathroom and rest of the room, not great for privacy. Room very cramped for a family of 4. Because they seem to be catering to hip Gen Z crowd in every way, I wouldn’t consider it family-friendly.

It was good location, close to downtown. The staff was great and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only complain we had was the metal chair in the room. There were only 2 chairs in the room and the metal chair was so uncomfortable for the sitting area and the back. The other chair was worn out too. Both chairs need to be replaced. Other than that, Jupiter Next was a great hotel nice and clean and comfortable. I would recommend and great staff.

The room was clean and generally comfortable, but the amount of noise was insane. Between the fans that you couldn’t turn off to the vibrations from units on the roof to the thin windows that allow every bit of traffic noise in, it was quite difficult to sleep. If you’re looking for quiet, go somewhere else!

Incredibly cool room set-up! I loved the LONG countertop with the sink in the bedroom area. I could leave out all my make-up, hair and shower essentials without it looking cluttered. Comfy bed with a great black-and-white photo collage of quintessential Portland spots on the wall in back of it. Nice big window, too. Can't wait for a return stay!

Perfect location for our visit to see Stryper at the Bossanova Ballroom. Located near lots of clubs and restaurants. Very clean room. Good view. Nice staff! Right after check in, which they allowed early, maintenance stopped by to put batteries in our thermostat because he had noticed the low battery light earlier. He said he had hoped to get it done before we arrived, but we checked in a little before 3. Great staff, comfortable beds, nice location.

The hotel was very clean, staff was great, and dealt with said questionable individuals in a quick but respectful manner. Staff was also great as our flight was super delayed and we got in at 2 or 3 am instead of our planned 1130 and we had no issues checking in. The bathroom situation was a little weird. The lack of any type of kitchen equipment was pretty inconvenient, they did not have a microwave to reheat leftovers, and mini fridge was completely full with alcohol you’d be charged for. The area around the hotel had questionable individuals pretty but that was pretty consistent no matter where we were in the city.

It was fine. The room itself was comfortable. If you're there on a weekend expect the floor to shake with noise. The staff was just terrible. I've never felt less service in any hotel I've ever been to. It was like I was annoying for just being a customer. But great location and the bed was very soft.

The hotel has nice large rooms. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are quiet considering the hotel is situated on a busy street. There are nightclubs around the hotel that create heavy base sounds after midnight. As a single woman traveler, it is not an entirely safe area.

The hotel was very clean, staff was great, and dealt with said questionable individuals in a quick but respectful manner. Staff was also great as our flight was super delayed and we got in at 2 or 3 am instead of our planned 1130 and we had no issues checking in. The bathroom situation was a little weird. The lack of any type of kitchen equipment was pretty inconvenient, they did not have a microwave to reheat leftovers, and mini fridge was completely full with alcohol you’d be charged for. The area around the hotel had questionable individuals pretty but that was pretty consistent no matter where we were in the city.

Cool hotel in a walkable area of the city. Only a short bus ride to the downtown core. Hotel was very nice and the staff clearly cared about the hotel and its guests.

Great location! We parked and walked everywhere the whole weekend, which was nice. We really enjoyed our room, and loved that Hey Love was just downstairs. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend to others.

Enjoyed the vibe of the hotel and Hey Love restaurant on the ground floor. We enjoyed the friendly service, clean rooms and comfortable beds, and great proximity to the Portland destinations we were there to see! We’d choose it again!

This property felt fresh, new and hip. The onsite bar and restaurant was very convenient. The room was spacious and we had a nice view of downtown Portland. Coffee was available in the lobby and I would have preferred to make it in my room. Also the decaf coffiee option was a personal sized drip which was messy and slow. Would have preferred a Nesspresso or an urn like the regular people received.

Despite searching on Expedia for hotels with complinentary breakfast and secure parking, this place had neither when I checked in at 6pm. The gentleman checking me in noted breakfast is not an option and parking spaces were gone by the time I arrived (first-come basis). Tip: Call the hotel to confirm details and make the reservation.

Had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are so cute and modern, very clean. The Restaurant Hey Love is the absolute best- would go here even if I wasn’t staying at the hotel for the fun vibe, excellent food and delicious drinks. A great stay all around!

Stayed 4 nights for a business trip. Overall, a great experience. The staff were super helpful when I had questions and the room was perfect for my needs. The hotel bar has excellent food and drinks and a wonderful vibe. The hotel itself is within walking distance of many lovely shops and restaurants.

We were only there one night but would gladly have stayed longer. Clean and new, with a really comfortable bed. There were lots of great restaurant options close by, but the attached restaurant was good enough to keep us in house, with really interesting food and drink options. Easy check in and check out, and convenient parking options. An all around great stay!

Great spot, close to so much fun and food. The bar in the lobby was amazing, with great drinks and the best nachos I've ever had. Will definitely be staying again.

If you want to sleep, this is not your hotel. The club music from Hey Love can be heard until nearly 2 am on the 6th floor, in the room. I can only imagine how loud it is on the other floors. Also, you have to go to the lobby for coffee in the morning. No coffee maler in the room which is BASIC. The hotel says it does this to "foster community," but no one even looks anyone in the eye because we all need coffee first before we can even think about socializing with strangers. Also, the room was cold regardless of how much i tried to adjust the thermostat. This hotel is not nearly as cool as it thinks it is.

Room was basic and good enough for a 2 night stay. Shower was clean. However I found dried blood splatters on the fitted sheet which was disturbing, but I didn't want to deal so slept on the other side. Amenities were lacking, no hairdryer or iron in the room. And there was a paper envelope that said "Karma" for housekeeping staff which I found tacky, but kind of on brand for PDX vibe. I was there less than 48 hours and only spent time there sleeping so it did the job, but would not return for the price....including $40/night for parking (not valet)

The pros were the room was clean and the location isn't bad. The cons significantly outweigh the pros. The noise from the hallway can be heard clear as day from inside the room. Surprise! Hope you weren't planning on getting a good night sleep. The front desk staff person had the personality of a cold bowl of slop. Geeze - don't work a hospitality job if you hate your life or the general public that much. It's not cute.
