This is our second year at this property and it is still a beautiful home and location. Plenty of birds and small wildlife to watch. It has all kinds of outdoor things to do boating, swimming or just enjoying the views! The host is amazing! Best Vrbo we have stayed in, pet friendly too!

The house and property were just as advertised and the views from both floors were non-stop beautiful. Our dog loved the lapping of the water right at the end of the hill. It would be even more fun in the summer, I'm sure. The ping pong and pool tables in the basement were a lot of fun on a dreary day. Thank you Barb!

We had the most relaxing start to our New England vacation! The house was clean, and so very nice. The outdoor space offers multiple seating areas, and we enjoyed being out during the day and evening. There were so many options of water activities! It was great, and we’d love to come back!

What an amazing mini getaway! The house had gorgeous views and so many amenities! We loved the game room in the lower level too and spent the first night playing pool and ping pong. The bed was super comfy and they provided plenty of blankets and pillows. The jetted tub was also a plus! We will definitely be back again!

We had a relaxing wonderful week on the lake! Gorgeous views from every window and the deck and hammock were perfect. We used the game room and of course the kayaks nearly every day! A wonderful getaway!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as welcoming and comfortable as our first.The hosts are incredibly helpful, accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.The house itself is spacious, well appointed and has everything you need to feel at home.Our dog enjoyed the large yard, as did we. We played cornhole, which is one of the many options as far as lawn games go. We loved spending time on the deck, grilling and enjoying the spectacular view. The sunsets were incredible.There are many birds that come to the bird feeder throughout the day and we were even lucky enough to see a bald eagle.We spent a lot of time fishing and my husband even caught a personal best (the bass was just shy of 6 lbs).We visited W.A.G.S. often (the local general store) which has just about anything you need. We also had ice cream at Goodies Snack Bar. (The Green Mountain Sundae was so delicious!) Champ's Trading Post was our third local stop where we bought all of our souvenirs (t-shirts, maple syrup, local jam, specialty soaps, Christmas ornaments and magnets). Everything was affordably priced and the selection was great. All three places are within a minute or two of the house which makes it so convenient.Our overall experience was excellent and the value/price of the rental is outstanding.I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation home.

Is there a better place to be during a surprise record-breaking heatwave than a beautiful house on the lake? My daughter and I enjoyed our midweek trip to this beautiful home were blown away by the views and amenities. The bathtub was relaxing, the bed comfy, the decks huge, and the living room a wonderful place to relax!

You will not find ANYTHING better than this wonderful home away from home lake house which is located in the perfect spot! We were blown away by the majestic views of the lake and mountains which can be seen practically from every window. We thoroughly enjoyed the gourmet high end Kitchen along with the gleaming hardwood and tile floors. This home is equipped with just about everything you need. There are too many amenities to mention them all. Beautifully well maintained property. We spent most of our time on the 2nd floor deck (just off the master bedroom) taking in the glorious views and just enjoying the property. We can not say enough about how amazing the host is. Barb is sweet, kind and genuine, the kind of person you wish you had for a friend. We will definitely be returning and we highly recommend this spot! It is a peaceful retreat that will revitalize any soul.

The house is super clean, well stocked with essentials and comfortable. The outdoor space is serene with plenty of seating options to take in the magnificent views. There are lawn games and kayaks to keep you entertained throughout the day and a pool table, ping pong, darts and board games to enjoy at night. The location can’t be beat and the fact that it’s pet friendly is a big plus for us! Our Lab thoroughly approves! Thanks again for a great stay and we look forward to coming back soon!

Barb was great in being flexible about our arrival time because of the road conditions slowing us down. She was there waiting for us to extend her welcoming hospitality. We arrived after dark in a snowstorm. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and see the beautiful view first thing. Barb is very attentive to communication and thorough in the information she gives. It was a great quiet place for my husband and I to spend a couple of days celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. We also enjoyed the game room downstairs for some fun, friendly competition! Of note - there was dog hair in the home (probably from a previous guest), so if you are allergic or have issues with that it wouldn't be the place for you. And if going in the winter, AWD is advisable.

Stayed 9-3 to 9-7 w/my dog Sasha. I was fortunate to have absolutely gorgeous weather. NO HUMIDITY. The house is fully stocked and then some. The hostess was very personable and understanding. There is a most COMFORTABLE KING BED that I got lost in. There is a nice, grassy path to the swim area as well as some stairs. You definitely need swim shoes for the rocky bottom in the lake. Unbelievable sunsets and the area is very private, quiet and clean. I had the chance to visit Button Bay, Chimney Point, Crown Point and Fort Ticonderoga. There is a little general store WAGGS w/in walking distance AND a gift shop CHAMPS is a must for souvenirs and a round of EXTREME MINI GOLF. I would highly recommend this place and definitely would consider staying again some time. MEP/JTowne, NJ

Beautiful property, well maintained. The hosts were incredibly gracious. There was a welcome basket and they surprised us with an anniversary surprise of chocolate and Prosecco. They couldn’t be nicer. The views are gorgeous from almost every room in the house! Loved the jacuzzi tub! Our dogs were very happy and we really appreciate a true dog friendly vacation spot! They loved watching birds and squirrels out all of the windows. We just wish we had more time!

This is the ideal escape to the lake. The view is breathtaking from all rooms of the house. Especially loved the two decks! Bed is super comfortable. Barb is a gracious host. We explored a few towns and had delicious food. Highly recommend Mad Taco in Middlebury! We want to come back again amd just hang out in the decks all day!

This was an amazing property. The check in process was easy. The views from the deck were breathtaking looking out over Lake Champlain with the Adirondacks as the backdrop. The house had everything you need from the well supplied kitchen to the comfortable king sized bed. The hosts (Barbs) were also so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this rental. We hope to return in the future.

The backyard alone is worth the trip. And then there is the upper deck. The lake is beautiful with layers of mountains framing the sight. And so QUIET! Lovely. The house is adorable and always comfortable with A/C and ceiling fans. And the hosts are the nicest folks you can meet.

Stayed 9-3 to 9-7 w/my dog Sasha. I was fortunate to have absolutely gorgeous weather. NO HUMIDITY. The house is fully stocked and then some. The hostess was very personable and understanding. There is a most COMFORTABLE KING BED that I got lost in. There is a nice, grassy path to the swim area as well as some stairs. You definitely need swim shoes for the rocky bottom in the lake. Unbelievable sunsets and the area is very private, quiet and clean. I had the chance to visit Button Bay, Chimney Point, Crown Point and Fort Ticonderoga. There is a little general store WAGGS w/in walking distance AND a gift shop CHAMPS is a must for souvenirs and a round of EXTREME MINI GOLF. I would highly recommend this place and definitely would consider staying again some time. MEP/JTowne, NJ

Barb was an absolutely lovely host, who was easy to get ahold of if need be. The property's views are absolutely incredible. You have everything you need to just have a relaxing vacation with your pup & spouse !

Beautiful cottage right on the water - wonderful views no matter the weather, but I got lucky and had some great spring days. Hosts are welcoming and helpful. Cottage is well appointed and feels like a home away from home. I look forward to my next annual visit!

This was an amazing property. The check in process was easy. The views from the deck were breathtaking looking out over Lake Champlain with the Adirondacks as the backdrop. The house had everything you need from the well supplied kitchen to the comfortable king sized bed. The hosts (Barbs) were also so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this rental. We hope to return in the future.

The host was so friendly and gave us all the information we needed up front so we could prepare for the trip. Our stay was so wonderful, and Barb made sure the entire time we had everything we needed and were comfortable. 10/10 would recommend. Amazing views by the way. Can’t wait yo go back and book again. An enjoyable stay in early May at this well stocked house right on Lake Champlain. Our dog enjoys hiking with us and we found many good places to explore. The canoe was a bonus. Great views. The host was friendly and helpful with recommendations.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as welcoming and comfortable as our first.The hosts are incredibly helpful, accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.The house itself is spacious, well appointed and has everything you need to feel at home.Our dog enjoyed the large yard, as did we. We played cornhole, which is one of the many options as far as lawn games go. We loved spending time on the deck, grilling and enjoying the spectacular view. The sunsets were incredible.There are many birds that come to the bird feeder throughout the day and we were even lucky enough to see a bald eagle.We spent a lot of time fishing and my husband even caught a personal best (the bass was just shy of 6 lbs).We visited W.A.G.S. often (the local general store) which has just about anything you need. We also had ice cream at Goodies Snack Bar. (The Green Mountain Sundae was so delicious!) Champ's Trading Post was our third local stop where we bought all of our souvenirs (t-shirts, maple syrup, local jam, specialty soaps, Christmas ornaments and magnets). Everything was affordably priced and the selection was great. All three places are within a minute or two of the house which makes it so convenient.Our overall experience was excellent and the value/price of the rental is outstanding.I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation home.

Barb was great in being flexible about our arrival time because of the road conditions slowing us down. She was there waiting for us to extend her welcoming hospitality. We arrived after dark in a snowstorm. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and see the beautiful view first thing. Barb is very attentive to communication and thorough in the information she gives. It was a great quiet place for my husband and I to spend a couple of days celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. We also enjoyed the game room downstairs for some fun, friendly competition! Of note - there was dog hair in the home (probably from a previous guest), so if you are allergic or have issues with that it wouldn't be the place for you. And if going in the winter, AWD is advisable.

This is our second year at this property and it is still a beautiful home and location. Plenty of birds and small wildlife to watch. It has all kinds of outdoor things to do boating, swimming or just enjoying the views! The host is amazing! Best Vrbo we have stayed in, pet friendly too!

We had a relaxing wonderful week on the lake! Gorgeous views from every window and the deck and hammock were perfect. We used the game room and of course the kayaks nearly every day! A wonderful getaway!

This is undoubtedly, the best vacation I have ever had in terms of its location, very private and the view of the mountains in Lake Champlain. I’ve never had a scene like this on any vacation nor do I expect you in the future. The host Barbara was friendly and accommodating, and you are left with a book full of restaurants to visit activities to attend and we did go to one of the restaurants she recommended which was actually “the Bridge”, you could walk to it if you’re in good shape!We were at the Shelburne Museum just took in the whole area from Addison all the way to Saint Albans, where my relatives live. This is a place you need to stay at for complete relaxation which the scene /environment will give you. One more thing you can walk to the WAGS….. West Addison General store they have everything you need gas water, liquor pizza you name it they’ve got it. I bought a souvenir of course…a Vermont hat.I hope to be back someday

This property was perfect for our couple's getaway, with our pup! The home is beautiful and you can't beat the gorgeous lakeside views! Barb was so helpful with everything and very communicative. She had lots of great suggestions for our visit. The location is a cute, little town that is close to many sights. We had all the comforts of home and were able to decompress! Hope to return again someday soon!

Loved our stay! This home is so comfortable, clean, and the most breathtaking views of the lake. Enjoyed ice fishing at the bridge nearby and Vergennes has great shops and restaurants. Highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is the ideal escape to the lake. The view is breathtaking from all rooms of the house. Especially loved the two decks! Bed is super comfortable. Barb is a gracious host. We explored a few towns and had delicious food. Highly recommend Mad Taco in Middlebury! We want to come back again amd just hang out in the decks all day!

Absolutely beautiful place. Coffee on the balcony, listening to the waves. Check in was late but Barb and the property made up for it. We had a great time playing pool and air hockey the 1st night and just exploring and relaxing the second day. Super dog friendly and that guy thoroughly enjoyed the lake and huge yard! Pretty decent food down by the marina!

This was our third time staying at this property and we're already planning our fourth.The house is always sparkling clean and comfortable. We love that the property is lakefront and dog friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped, with ample seating and counter space. Linens and towels are provided, which makes packing a lot easier. There's plenty of room to relax both inside and outside of the home. We fished every day, and ate our meals on the deck, which is such an inviting space. Check-in/out is a breeze and Barb is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond to ensure that you enjoy your stay. The house itself is wonderful and the area offers a variety of things to do. Thanks again for a memorable vacation and we hope to make it back your way soon!

The beauty of the environment and the rental property , the hospitality of the hosts makes a repeat experience necessary, which I plan to do!There’s plenty of privacy and space for your dog to run around, bikes, kayaks great places to ride your bikes. It’s just a beautiful place to have a vacation.

Very nice hosts only complaint is the mattress was awful very worn out would highly recommend it be replaced, if the bed was comfortable it would have been a completely different experience
