This property is very run down. Our room had several issues. The windows were in poor repair, the screens were torn and peeling up. The faucet in the shower was attached but had exposed pipe and it was about 2 inches out from the wall. The shower stall was in poor repair, and was stained dirty. The shower head barely produced any water flow and you could see calcium build up on the head as well. The counter for the sink, and it's backsplash was detaching from the wall and you could see spaces. The toilet had a difficult time flushing as well. The comforter on the bed had rips in it and several places where the threads were pulled and just dangling. The floors were gross and we were afraid to walk on them bare foot. Old appliances, no coffee pot, a small round soap that wouldn't be big enough to wash an infant let alone be enough for two full size humans. One small pouch of Shampoo/Conditioner mix that we never used. The shower curtain was also in need of replacement. The grout around the tub and the wall was peeling off as well. I wanted to eat the $80 it cost for this room and go next door to the Best Western. And to top it off, across the street in one of the former Hotels there is currently a Habitat for Humanity Homeless Shelter/Low income housing facility so there was no shortage of homeless people roaming the streets. Thankfully there weren't any issues but it was a bit unsettling. There was however some renovating going on so I hope it is going to continue throughout.

Very clean inside the rooms but the outside was not well maintained. Hot water but the showerhead was less than perfect.

I would recommend a full vaccination and PPE before considering a stay here! We were doing road construction at the nearby Air Force Base and booked three nights for our crew. We weren't looking for anything fancy. We just needed a clean place for hardworking guys to shower, sleep and get some rest, along with a reasonably safe place to park our trucks and expensive equipment. Our job got pushed back a day, so the guys didn't arrive until the second day of our reservation. They checked in, got their keys, opened the room and found an unmade bed, beer bottles throughout the room, dirty floors and a dirty bathroom. It looked like someone had already been using the room. But the condition of the room wasn't even the most unbelievable part. When we complained, the proprietor was crass and dismissive and actually told us that sometimes people break into the rooms at night! We explained that we had expensive equipment with us and obviously weren't comfortable leaving it in a parking lot where break-ins and vandalism were a concern. Her response? There wasn't that kind of activity going on “right now” because “that only happens at night.” WHAT?! 😂 We're booking a HOTEL. Nighttime is kind of the whole point! At that point we told her we weren't comfortable having our employees or equipment there and wanted a refund so we could go somewhere else. She then refused to refund all three nights because we were considered a “no-show” the first night. So apparently missing the first

Nice, spacious room. There was construction going on when I stayed, but the stay was excellent. Clean. I was asked if I needed my room cleaned for the second night.
