The room was clean, very roomy and the hotel had a washer and dryer. We were there for a soccer game and the complex was 5 minutes away. The hotel is close to a large shopping center as well and has easy access to the highway.

I don't know how old this place is, but appeared new. Very clean, tidy, modern. No bad smells in the room. The bathroom needed a little cleaning on the walls and mirror (which I did ) There was an exit door to near the laundry room that was open all the time, not secured. Would stay here again.

This hotel is very low budget in design. The rooms are extremely plain with no attractive decor. Soundproofing is minimal. The side entrance door as always ajar. Anyone could have walked in at any time whether they were a guest or not. The place did not smell fresh and clean but had an odor of way too many cleaning products. Breakfast items like waffles were not available after 9am even though the breakfast was supposed to go until 10am. We did not have enough towels and had to ask for more. The third day of our stay their was no housekeeping staff on site. The room was poorly lit and some of the power outlets for charging did not work. The bed was uncomfortable. The tub was slippery and there was no grab bar in the shower. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The hotel toiletry amenities were insufficient and some of the worst product I have ever used. The pictures on the website do not represent the worn condition of the rooms. There is no door on the closet space, only 4 hangers and no safe for valuables.

Friendly staff. Kept an eye on our truck and trailer overnight for us. Room was clean. Only issue I could say was the toilet seat was old and chipped in a few places (wood showing through/pieces missing more than chipped) so it needed to be replaced. Otherwise, all was great! Would stay again.

After leaving a property and risking this one knowing nothing it was lovely and clean and a welcomed refreshing place to rest. Good washing facilities. Close to shopping like Walmart and many food outlets. Would recommend.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very responsive. Bed very comfortable. Very good price. Water pressure weak. Refrigerator did not have freezer compartment as promised over phone before arriving. Elevator was broken in the morning so had to haul all our luggage down the stairs.

The room was decent and well-priced. However, my friend, who was staying in a different room, found bedbugs there. Also, there is some odor to the hotel which lingered on my clothes afterward which took multiple washes to come out. Finally, as the other reviewers said, don't expect too much from the breakfast.

Room was sticky and not clean. The bathroom had hairs and not clean. Fridge in room didnt close properly. Tv took forever to work. Not a big selection on breakfast food. Ice machine ice was melting while coming out of machine.

I have stayed at this place in years past, and I plan to again, if I am in the area again. It is an excellent value and the rooms are super clean (the kind of clean where you feel comfortable going barefoot). The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was great, the WiFi worked, and the TV channel options were good.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and kind to us. I was traveling with my disabled father and the Hotel Glenpool was even more comfortable than a Hilton brand hotel. This was the best decision we made for this trip! 3 nights, 2 rooms. The beds were great, pillows comfy, towels were nice and soft. Everyone had a smile!

Shower had mold on the ceiling and around the edge where the tub meets the walls Noticed food splatters on wall near trash can and other areas that were not vacuumed. Towels were also very thin. Please see attached pictures of the mold.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming and helpful! The areas surrounding the property were full of litter, the bathroom was overpowered by a mildew smell, and there was pubic hair in the bathtub (not ours). Other than the bathroom, it was a clean facility. No one was really at the front desk unless they were ringed up. But when they did show, they were really sweet. Not my best stay, but not a bad one by any means.

I hate giving any kind of negative review since I really like the rooms, but my room had no internet, so I asked to be moved. The only rooms available were their suites, but I had to pay the upcharge to move. Not my fault their hotspots don't extend to all the rooms

Room and convenience were great. The TV did not work so called the front desk to have them fix it. They spent over an hour in our room trying to fix it. Ended up moving us to a new room.

The hotel was nice and clean, and check-in was easy. When we first checked in, the television had no signal, but the gentleman working the front desk came and worked on it until it started working. He was very apologetic, and we appreciated his help. Everything else was great. We come to the Tulsa area, occasionally, and will certainly stay here again.

Nice out of the busyness. Excellent room if staying several days. Fridge, microwave, extra sink and nice counter space. Only thing I don’t care for, are the synthetic sheets. They make me sleep hot. Nothing better than 100% cotton.

Nice little hotel off Hwy 75 in Glenpool near Jenks. The little kitchenette was a nice touch. Very convenient for Jenks and south Tulsa. Will stay there again sometime.

The staff here is unfortunately very rude. I went to check in and I rang the bell at the desk because nobody was around. The lady who was working there came out, looked at me, didn’t communicate anything with a word or gesture and then turned around and walked away. Ten minutes later someone else came after I called the property repeatedly. When I mentioned what happened to the other employee she shrugged and seemed indifferent. Go somewhere else where they know basic customer service is my recommendation.

The staff at this location was extremely friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to park closer due to ice all over the parking lot. Being handicapped by arthritis this made me feel safe getting into the hotel. They also were very understanding when I failed to leave my room by checkout when I had confused the length of my stay. Very nice. Have and will stay again in future.

Upon arrival, I went to the front desk and rang the bell to check in. A gentleman came from behind a closed door, said hello and asked for ID and payment card. He scanned them, gave me keys, said thank you for staying with us, and I never saw him again. If you want a *very quiet* stay, as in, not even a person sitting at the front desk, this is your spot. It was decently clean, dated, but looked like they were trying to do updates here and there. If you are sensitive to scents, this is not your spot. There is a scent in the lobby that is also sprayed through the vents. I stayed one night and was developing a slight migraine by the time I left. That is the only thing that would prevent me from staying there again. The rooms are roomy. Not a 4 star but comfortable and clean.

I like the location. It’s right off the highway and close to gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. It is quiet here. Check in process was efficient and quick. Staff very kind. My only complaint is that the bathtub had hair in it from previous persons and the bathroom floor was also covered in hair. I had to wash the tub out before bathing. Very budget friendly. I have stayed many times here and always feel welcome and safe.

Clean room and property. Felt safe and secure. For the price, the room and bath were unusually modern and spacious. "Kitchenette" had sink and counter space, besides the room fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Small but friendly staff. Included breakfast was quite basic but OK except for weak coffee and frozen milk that day. We sometimes stay overnight in the area to visit family, so we will likely try this one again next time.

The room was located in a great area. There was shopping for incidentals at Walmart, and various restaurants were very close-by. Fuel was conveniently located as well. Over a great location. The room was comfortable, cleanliness was ok, a few dead bugs near the front door but overall, clean.

I stayed at hotel Glenpool for 3 days and it served my purpose well. Price was excellent. Room was big! The breakfast is convenient, I would add: whipped cream for waffles more fruit, and tea. There is plenty of shops and restaurants only minutes away. The conference center, ALF home is close-Maybe a $7 Uber ride. While these shops are close, you can see them from the front door, there is a highway that divides you, and you will need to walk around and under. TULSA airport is a quick 20 min / $20-25 away. ST FRANCIS 20 min. The staff I interacted with were very kind. Front desk was helpful and accommodating. I personally recommend HG if you need to stay in glenpool.

Nice little hotel off Hwy 75 in Glenpool near Jenks. The little kitchenette was a nice touch. Very convenient for Jenks and south Tulsa. Will stay there again sometime.

I have stayed at other properties in the area and this was my favorite. It is nice and has the best price compared to others in the area. The hotel was quiet, the room was spacious and the customer service was good. Check in and checkout were convenient and easy. The property was easy to access from the highway and there were plenty of dining options as well as a Walmart right across the highway. This will definitely be my go-to hotel when I need to stay in the area.

I stay here every year when I come to town for a conference. The cost is wonderful, the cleanliness is superb!!. This year the breakfast area was a bit lagging. Microwave broken, breakfast items emptied by 7:30am and coffee drained and no one around to manage the area during the peak time. Otherwise, my stay was great as always.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, we didn’t really hear any noises. Every once in a while we heard a door shut, but it wasn’t bad. The breakfast was very minimal, but we did eat and got full. The staff was very nice and the check in was very fast.

The room was fine and clean. The only hot breakfast item was waffles. Very limited choices for a Continental breakfast. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Good stay for the price.

Very good hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Very nice for the price! Would have liked a little hot breakfast but several cold things. Generally cheaper if you book at their websight. I got hotels.com and it was 15.00 higher

Everything was nice and acceptable. The only exception was the breakfast. One morning they were out of waffle batter and syrup and another day they were out of coffee. There was no one attending the kitchen.

The room was very nice. The staff was friendly. Parking area was well lit up and felt safe. Not much of a scenery but cozy. Only complaint we have is.. the breakfast selection was bare minimum and not much to choose from.

The only side chair was very uncomfortable, leaving only the desk chair. But the bed was comfortable and the temperatire was easy to regulate. The ice machine wasnt working though, and the vending machine was out of diet Coke. Breakfast was very lackluster...didnt end up eating there. But for comfort? I'd definitely return.

Lovely hotel. Lobby was beautiful and desk staff were very courteous and friendly. The rooms were nice and very clean and smelled great and in the 100+ heat, the a/c worked well. Very few hotels outside Tulsa accept pets, but no problem here. Continental breakfast was good. They did have a waffle maker, hot and cold cereal, good coffee, toast, yogurt and a small selection of fruit. I would have given it 5 stars EXCEPT there was mold on the ceiling above the bed (we were on the 2nd floor) and you could see where previous ceiling repairs had been made from an obviously catastrophic roof leak.. A well done repair should not be visible and this was off-putting. I would recommend and stay here again because it was the nicest place in the Supulpa/Jenks area that accepted pets.

Elevator needs maintenance, breakfast very basic, breakfast they use a shared gallon of milk, front desk almost never had a person, underwear laying around on ground near washer/dryer that is next to entrance door, bedroom floors felt sticky and the hallway smelt if a mix of weed and thai food.
