Problem with TV. remote and on-screen options not compatible. TV station listing out-of-whack with printed menu. Garbage in hallways. Elevator out-of-order.

Please update your website regarding the on-site cafe and bar. We only stayed here because of the convenience of onsite dining, but we were told it was closed indefinitely. This is an extended stay hotel, so many people living in the rooms with old garbage set outside most of the rooms in the hallways

Liked having kitchen facilities, as well as a laundry on site. Super hrlpful staff - Kaila was amazing!

Decided to book in as I was on the road late. Chose this site because it advertised a restaurant and bar. When I arrived I was told restaurant and bar wasn’t open due to lack of standing . Disappointed I went to a vending machine to try and get a bite to eat and found it was out of order.

The room was clean, comfortable, and in perfect condition. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and perfect for an overnight stay. We enjoyed the food from the restaurant next-door, so we didn’t have to leave the hotel to find something to eat for dinner.

This is a motel 6 in Hotel form. This feels like a newer property so for the moment its not too bad. Our room reeked of cigarettes and the shower curtain and air filters on the AC are in desperate need of cleaning. After such a long drive we made some dinner and went to bed. Pillows at this location still have some fluff and the bed was comfortable enough for a good nights sleep. We kept the AC/Heater off to help with the smoke smell. Easy parking and room for trailers. Wild horses can be seen at times around the property. Wifi was good. Worked for a pit stop on our way north. In a tech industrial area east of Reno so feels safe and area is quite.

Elevator out of order, no soap or shampoo in bathroom. Advertised attached bar & grill was not open. Noise from guests above us was nonstop. Other than that it was ok.

Staff were very friendly. The restaurant and bar are not open and have not been for a long time, at least one year. I would have stayed somewhere else had i known that.

The girl at the front was very pleasant (Kelly). She was the ONLY thing pleasant about the property! The room was so dirty I did not take my shoes off the first night! There was food splatter on almost every wall, but mostly in the kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen: counters & table were dirty. Kitchen floor was filthy w/crumbs, napkins, debris, & large dust bunnies under the refrigerator! Bathroom: Disgusting! Bathroom floor had not been cleaned. Hair, dirt, and other debris from prior guests on the floor. Pubic hair on the shower ceiling! There was black and brown dirt caked into the shower and all around the toilet. Nothing had been dusted or cleaned on the counters. The sink had a "slow drain" so clearly the maintenance team needs to clear the drain. Bedroom Area: The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses are not made with a fitted sheet which made it difficult to sleep. Similar to the other areas, nothing had been dusted and the floor was filthy. We were booked for a 2-day stay. Our thought was they would clean the next day. Nope. The room was untouched and therefore, we had to sleep in another night of filthy conditions. I cleaned the counters, walls, & floor in both the kitchen & bathroom. I got sick to my stomach cleaning since it was so disgusting! I took pictures I may send the health dept. as this can't be safe considering COVID! Moreover, as a "guest', I shouldn't have to clean to do basics like shower, eat, & walk around!!

We had to be moved due to our first room smelling so bad of weed we didn’t walk in. The second room, and the only other option, was so dirty. There was pet hair all over the floors and sticky stuff all over the countertop It took 2 of us 1 hr to clean and we still found trash later that night. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful though.

This hotel was disgusting. They need to sweep the floors. The sink and shower didn't drain. The tables and chairs in the room need to be wiped down between stays. I think the bed had dog hairs on it... We will NOT be staying here again.

A bit east of Sparks but very quiet area, very clean and well maintained property. office crew and all very friendly. Would for sure stay here again.

I saw all the great reviews and though ok! I’ll drive the extra ways to stay some where clean. The hall ways smelled like sanitizer and must. Then whe we got to the room… There were left over bits of food on the floor from the last guest. Dust everywhere on the mirrors and bed frame and wall behind bed. The table and chairs had crumbs and had sticky stuff. The coffe maker looked like it came right out of good will. And the BATHROOM! Mildew and grim all in the bowl. And there was a short hair on the toilet seat. And hairs all over the floor. And the shower floor was gross looking, and water got everywhere. Poor girl working over night had to clean out bathroom. But I couldn’t do it. We ended up leaving after 30 mins.

no daily room service, and the place was not super clean, despite it being relatively new. Also, I pointed out that the drain in the bathroom sink was running slow, and nothing was done about it

I liked the look of the property and rooms. My only negative was the bed was very firm.

People partying in parking lot started at 1pm and continued all night drinking loud music complained twice didnt seem to care. They were still at it when we left at 5 am

I've stayed at a couple hotels in this area on my way from WA to AZ & this is about the halfway point. Since I'm only staying 1 night on my way thru, I check in around 2-4pm & check out around 1am to be on my way. So top requests would be pet friendly, quiet, comfy & safe (young female traveling alone) with my dog & I felt this hotel hit all of those points pretty dang well! I would give 10 stars for quiet; it's a little ways off the main highway & was absolutely perfect for me, I've never gotten as much sleep in those few hours as I did here! It's pet friendly & only had to pay an extra $10 per night, no $50-100 deposit you don't get back or anything like that, so 10 stars there! I felt extremely safe the whole time, it appeared to be mostly construction workers who were staying; I only saw one other female, but everyone was extremely friendly & no weird vibes from anyone at all. The only thing here to mention would be that I did run into a coyote in the parking lot on my way to check out; it didn't approach me & gave me decent distance, so I wasn't scared, but just something to note. My only other little hiccup to mention is my room did smell very strongly of a specific indian cuisine spice, I was only there for less than 12 hours so it wasn't a big deal to me, although I may have asked for a different room if I was staying for a few days. And there is a pizza place connected to the bldg, great for convenience! Overall I loved this hotel & will be staying here everytime!

Was ok for a overnight, staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, with all the construction workers and their traffic at night it was pretty noisy all night. But can't beat the cost when the hotel down the street was triple the cost,

Employees are nice enough, but no one answers the phone when trying to request late check out, a hair dryer, dishes, etc. No one is manning the front desk. You go to the front desk after calling with no answer and you still have to wait for service. It’s super frustrating. The rates are too high/overpriced for not enough staff. Will chose to stay at Marriott property close by for only $10 more. -Much better hotel. The cost for motel 6 to Marriott should be a lot different than that. Motel 6 is low end, Marriott is not. Something for owners to think about. The prices at this property (Motel 6) are not justified, honestly. With more properties coming to this area I hope you adjust your rates accordingly.

Terrible customer service. My room has only been cleaned once in two weeks, even though I have scheduled it to be cleaned twice a week. Instead of getting clean sheets and towels, all that i have received are apologies.

I arrive at the property to check in, but it was available, since it was not cleaned. We waited for almost 2.5 hours. We also found TV not working and some of toiletries were not there. This is in a new development area, where construction is taking place.

The staff is amazing!! Very nice and professional. The room was good, loved the amenities in the room as I am not one that likes to spend money on dining out. Could do more on the outside but I would definitely stay here again. It was GREAT for a quick sports related trip to Reno.

Stay somewhere else! The manager, Kelly, lacks integrity, has poor customer service! Booked a non-refundable room through Expedia. When we arrived after 10pm the desk clerk (new to her job) admitted that she had just given away our room to someone else...the last room on the property, other than the most expensive room they had. It was their mistake so I asked if I could have the expensive room for the agreed upon price with Expedia. She said yes, but the manager later charged us an extra $50 for the larger room that we didn't want or need. Disappointed that she didn't honor what we were told. On the positive side, the room was clean. Bed was adequate. Property new, but no frills.

We arrived at 7pm after a 9 hour drive. No one was at the counter. 15 mins someone showed. She said our rooms weren’t ready. They just started cleaning them. The girls were nice, just under staffed. We had to wait almost 30 mins for the room.

Front desk super friendly and kind. I had left a notebook and they called me saying they found it when cleaning the room. Very grateful for the call as all my notes for this trip was in it. Luckily I was still in the area within 30 minutes.

I Like that the Property is a perfect Distance to the Big City..Too Far for the Riff Raff to Walk, and only about a 20 Minute drive to the City Center. The Hotel Room was Comfortable, Clean and Loaded for a Decent Price. I Prefer Carpet in my Hotel Room, other than that... Awesome Place

Nice newer suites. Clean and set up for working stays. In an industrial park, so choices on things are kind of limited. Hotel and rooms were great.

This hotel was around 20 minutes outside of sparks in a small business community. At first I was questioning the location but it turned out to be really nice and quiet. It had nearby food and gas, which was a plus. Pricing was great for the quality of room and service.

Generally it’s a hotel u probably only want to just stay for a night during the travel. Bigger Fridge is a plus. The location is pretty remote and not many dinners u can choose.

Front desk friendly. Building looks ok. No lobby, no coffee, morning breakfast . The Room:Bottom of door (interior) falling apart, not lit at the toilet, no champo,no conditioner. Towel where clean ,bad condition, probably came from the dollar store . Had to go down stairs and asked for a hair dryer??.Me been a travels, this hotel room rate should be around $50 not 181 i payd.i recommended to have the owner stay a night or two to find out what i am talking about Greetings Bernd.

Great place to rest our heads for a night as we drove through. Staff was great and very forward interfacing. Not much in terms of places to eat at this location, as the only real negative. But would definitely stay there again

Mattress definitely needs to be updated to a more comfortable suitable one. It was hard to enjoy. My trip hurting so bad after getting up every morning and not getting much rest just tossing and turning. I think that if the mattresses were upgraded than this location is very well rounded, and every aspect. The only other thing that would make it even better is if they offered breakfast.Lol
