The hotel was very clean and decor seemed very well maintained. Great outdoor space and plenty of casual seating around the lobby. Would stay here again. Close to great shopping.

Beautiful place, except the pool. Water was green and unswimmable which our kids were looking forward too for months. Front desk staff did accommodate some and told us we could use the pool at the sister hotel Berlin Resorts, about a 10min drive each way. Kids still got to swim but it broke our party up(grandparents and such who didnt plan on swimming but would have watched). They werent going to leave again. That was disappointing to find out after arriving. It was one of the more important parts for us with the kids. Breakfast was good and room was clean though. check in was easy.

The pool was visibly dirty. We stayed 2 nights. My Sis really wanted a nice pool. This was not nice. The overall hotel was nice and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast eggs were not good at all. Don't taste like scrambled eggs. Other than that, the breakfast was good. Just a bit disappointed.

As mentioned in other reviews only one elevator works and can wait a bit when it gets busy. Shower had a bit of mold in it, but otherwise clean. I’ve seen it mentioned rooms are sound proof but they are not at all. Breakfast was good. Overall still would recommend and stay at again.

Staff was friendly. Shower and bathroom had some mold in the tub. The air conditioner was loud and woke us up multiple times in the night. Bed was a little hard. It wasnt terrible but it wasnt comfortable.

This was a very nice, clean hotel! Loved the lobby! The room with jacuzzi tub was great and was very spacious! Bed was very comfortable and great pillows! The breakfast was wonderful with variety of choices! Highly recommended!

We booked last minute getaway weekend on a Wednesday . James was kind enough to call us to let us know the hotel was hosting a prom the night of our stay. So there was going to be a lot of prom age kids and all the fun that goes with that. We thank him so much calling. Will look to reserve there next time.

One of the nicer hotels that i have stayed. Jaime was always pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was amazingly delicious. The entire hotel was clean and the outside patio area was great for relaxing !!!

It was a quiet hotel and clean. However, the stay was very boring as there is not a restaurant or pub in the hotel. The indoor pool is small and doesn't have a hot tub. Whoever designed this hotel should have added a restaurant or pub. Would not stay here again.

Hotel was great, breakfast was much better than the other hotel we have stayed at in Berlin. We will definitely be staying here when we visit the area.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now, and chose it again the second time we were in the area because of our great experience the first time. The staff is so nice, it is so clean, and the bed was very comfortable (a must for me). We would definitely choose this hotel again for accommodations.

I will never again stay in this hotel. This is my first and only time ever staying there. The pool was dirty. The room was dirty. The water in the shower had too much softener in it. It was just horrible. The staff was extremely rude and I think all of that I could’ve overlooked, but there were two things that just stood out to me that were unacceptable. One is the fact that we purchased what we assumed was a Suite room and it ended up just being a regular room that somebody shoved a refrigerator and microwave into I have actually stayed in bigger standard rooms than this room. My other problem is when we got home and we were putting our stuff away. I have a little bag of snacks that I take with me because I have dietary issues so I have to be careful with what I eat, and this bag was kept on top of the dresser the whole time, and you could clearly see that something had been eating into it honestly look like a mouse to me, but who knows but that just did it for me I will never again stay in this place.
