Since it was off season we were basically the only people there, so we had the place to ourselves, which was nice.There is a restaurant bar next to it called Goffys , that was nice to eat and relax. .

We stayed for two nights. The first morning was my oldest son's wedding so we were up at 7:00am ready to shower and get ready for the wedding only to find no hot water for the showers. We had no time to deal with that. Additionally the pull out couch bed was so thin and poor that my younger son was basically sleeping on the steel frame. The room with the bed had no direct A/C so the only A/C was pulled into the room by a fan fitted into the wall which was completely inadequate. The linens and towels were clean. It was 104 degrees outside.

Such a great experience staying here for the first time! My kids enjoyed every minute of it! They enjoyed the pool and we also did the 1 mile trail walk with our dog. The tiny home was perfect for all 5 of us. Plenty of activities to do in the camp area. It was peaceful and very relaxing. They even have areas to sit and make s’mores but we didn’t have the stuff for the fire(starter fluid/matches). We loved that it so close to Austin, San Marcos and other cities. We will definitely plan to visit again!
