Paris Inn and Suites

4pm check in Arrived @5. Had to ring bell for service. Waited 10 minutes for rm key to be made.staff was nice.room dated, but was clean. Definitely older motel. Felt safe. No issues. Would stay again.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This property had roaches and smelled of smoke, even though I requested a non smoking room. I brought the issue to staff and asked to speak to a manager to request a refund and was told one would not be available until Monday and they had no authority to process a refund. There was another couple complaining of roaches as well. Terrible hotel!!

The blanket on the made bed had something crusty all over it. There was a large clump of hair on the floor by the sink. The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The vent in the bathroom wasn't secured to the wall. Part of the ceiling above the shower was ready to crumble. No phone, iron or ironing board, as advertised. Smoke detector not secured. Holes in the curtains. Beds were hard as boards. No stopper in the sink, so don't drop anything! Not a good experience, at all. Extremely disappointed. Pictures on Hotels.com site were not even close to there real thing!

When I first got to my room there was a stain on my pillowcase where it looks like somebody had been sleeping and slobber. I let that slide. I went back down to the front desk, took the pillowcase. Told the lady if she would just give me some clean sheets that I would change my bed when I return to my room around 10:30 that night to go to bed when I got in the bed I kept feeling something biting me so when I got up, I had a bite on my arm and a bite on my chest as I was getting ready to get out the bed to go downstairs to show them a roach crawl across the floor so when I went downstairs to show , the lady my bites she said oh it could be a mosquito bite mind you I had a black ring around my arm with a red bite on the inside, then I told her that there was a roach crawling across the floor. She brushed it off like it was no concern. They only paid me for Saturday. I was gonna be there for two nights. She told me that I couldn’t get paid for that night because it was after 11 o’clock so I only received my money back from Saturday. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay there.

Needed new curtains and windows needed to have cobwebs removed otherwise room was clean. Watching TV was difficult.
