While the hotel overall is excellent, the hotel does need to address the old wing. We have previously stayed in the new wing & have had no complaints & returned due to our great experience. This time however we were placed in the old wing which needs to be refurbished. Additionally we got very little sleep due to the paper thin walls through which I could hear the neighbours mobile phone pinging & their child crying. If staying at this hotel, request the new wing or the hotel needs to refurbish the old wing

Feel cheated by both the Expedia as have done booking for 4 and taken half course which is break fast and one meal where as the voucher shows only for 2 adults. The worst part is property manager knew that the voucher had written 2 but they didn’t inform us that the meals are there for 2 only and when we checked out raised a bill for meals of $140 whereas I paid $80 already for the same . Wasted almost an hour and later have to pay $100 extra . Really sad part, it’s not about money but the conduct.

Beautifully made five star Hotel in the heart of Kandy! The pool side was amazing. The buffet was had many delicious varieties of food and the spa was excellent.!! loved my stay over there. Must also add the staff was so very detailed oriented in enhancing their clients satisfaction

A beautiful brand new hotel!! Love the pool, the food was amazing. The staff was next level. Had the best cocktails near the pool, close to the town of Kandy. Great great stay
