Quarto espaçoso, atendimento recepção regular, mas o café da manhã foi inacreditável, o horário era até as 9:00 da manhã, e as 9:00 em ponto apagaram as luzes enquanto lá estávamos, fecharam as cortinas do buffet e não permitiram nos servirmos de mais nada. Ficamos lá, comendo com luzes apagadas, todos os presentes extremamente indignados, nem atendente ou gerente, depois de questionados, fizeram qq coisa.

Great location, kind staff, easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Only issue I had was the room on the first floor, very near the front desk- super loud all evening, early morning...could hear it all: tables from an event being collapsed, then voices of staff/ visitors in the lobby, then breakfast being prepared. Lesson learned, just ask for a room further down the hall and crank up the fan on the hvac to block noise. I'd definitely stay here again.

The property sits in the middle of an active walkable community with restaurants, shops, and other activities. There is on-site parking that is well maintained, and clean. Breakfast was fresh, and the staff were kind.

Clean, in a great area, nice staff

We checked into hotel on a a Thursday evening. We came down for breakfast only to find out that breakfast ended at 9;00. Was shown the sign across the room from the desk which we did not obviously see when we checked in! Came down on Saturday at 9:40 for breakfast and there was no food left. Waited for a bit and finally more food came out. The same thing happened the next day when I came down at 9:15 but didnt wait as long. Also, I had no idea that there was water bottles by the front desk. Maybe you could either put a bottle in the rooms or offer a bottle with check in. I will be going back to Hilton Gardens.
