Comfort Inn & Suites Fishers - Indianapolis

The fridge for breakfast was locked. The lobby was pretty outdated and stunk horribly like fake perfume/air freshener. The elevator smelled like dust and death lol. Rooms had recently been updated, though, but had moisture issues with the plaster on the ceiling. They were removing (drilling out) old fan coil units upon arrival, with two old scrappers completing the job, which was quite welcoming and indicative of the experience. Fine if you're looking for a quick, cheap place to crash-that is it. Not great, I am shocked it had such high reviews.

I was concerned from reading reviews about the pool being operational. Because a couple months back it was not,but now was good. So before placing my reservation I called which is a hard thing to do just getting to front desk. They told me the pool was open. The water was about 50 degree's. My wife has a bad neck and back and when she can swim her body loosens up. I told her she would be swimming Friday and Saturday. Which did not happen. I brought it up to the front desk, they looked at me and texted I believe to someone. (maybe it was about to pool) But really never said anything to me. Very disappointed with situation and doubt will ever stay at a Comfort Inn again. Which is really sad because the rest was perfect. 2nd time with pool situation at Comfort Inn. I will not give them a third chance.

Updated room was nicer than anticipated

Well kept, clean, good breakfast and friendly staff.
