The hotel has no reception and online check in via a code, but it wasn't sent. To get into my room, I had to walk with heavy luggage 500m to a sister hotel to get a key and then walk back again. When leaving my 5th floor room I foubd the lift broken, so i had to carry my luggage down 3 flights of stairs, through a shopping centre then down 2 escalators to get to street level. I certainly wouldn't bother with this hotel.

I was slightly apprehensive about staying at a self-service hotel but I needn't have been - the text arrived with my key code and it all worked out very well. The room was lovely - bigger than I expected and with a very nice shower. It was quiet despite being in the centre of town and on top of a shopping centre, and very comfortable. The only additional thing that would have been useful would be somewhere to store luggage after you check out (I don't think there was anywhere!), but it's not far from the station where you can do that. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would come back!

Fik ikke tilsendt kode. Måtte op på det andet hotel, ligger heldigvis tæt på. Fik adgangskort. Kort og app fungerede ikke til at åbne døren på aftenstid. Så måtte igen op til receptionen på det andet hotel. Fik en kode. Heisen fungerer ikke. Og hotelværelset var på 5. Etage.

Lift broke when we checked out and it was such an inconvience lifting and carrying luggages from level 6 all the way down to the ground floor. Otherwise the room and amenities are decent for its price.

Convenient hotel to stay in. It is self check in. But all instructions are sent to you and are easy to follow. The lift was broken when we arrived but there was an employee stationed somewhere nearby to help with bags. Clean and quiet room.

空港から鉄道の終点まで乗り、駅からは歩いて3分程度なのでスーツケースを持っての移動にはとても便利です。同じビルの地下にスーパーがあり、買い物も便利。魚市場などの街中にも徒歩5分程度で、立地は最高です。部屋は古めですが、1LDKのマンションで広く、キッチン、冷蔵庫、ジャグジーバス、洗濯機もついていました。お値段は高いです。フロントがなく、鍵の受け取りが不安でしたが、姉妹ホテルで受け取り可能でしたが、そこまで重いスーツケースを持って行くのも大変なのでとりあえず指定の6階に上がり、届いたメールに従って、キーボックスに暗証番号を入れたら簡単にカードキーがとりだせました。チェックアウトはカードキーを箱にほりこむだけで簡単ですがフロントがないことが全てにおいて不安ではありました。そして、フロントがないため、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえません。タオルの交換もしてもらえません。バスタオルをもう少し多めに置いておいて欲しかったです。

The hotel is above a mall and does not have a lobby or any staff on site. They try to use an app for the door keys, but it didn't work so I had to walk to their sister hotel a few minutes away to get a physical key (seemed like that was fairly common). It also gets a bit noisy at night (the hotel has earplugs in the rooms already)

Alors nous étions au 5 eme étage il faut savoir qu’il y’a une BOÎTE de NUIT au 7 eme étage !!!!! Donc preparez-vous à voir pas mal de jeunes est l’ascenseur très occupés… mais nous étions ok quand nous avons pris la chambre la musique s’arrête à 3h du matin , le système de clé sur le téléphone c’est pas très pratique du tout …. Chambre propre spacieuse très bonne literie est Tram à 1mî a pied pratique pour partir à l’aéroport ou venir super

The hotel is clean and has roof top. However not easy to access and the reception is in a second building few minutes walking, which in the rainy Bergen is not that comfortable with luggages. Also there is not parking space, so again in case of rain you get wet together with luggages. Breakfast was not included (hotel room price was high) and anyway in the reception building (not were I stayed). The position is really good, closed to everything. In the room there are marketing things talking about environment and water saving, while soap and shampoos are served in plastic.. so a bit contradictory.

Unfortunately the electronic key for the phone did not work and I had to go to the reception at another hotel to get the keys. It is not possible to walk between the two with large bags which makes it very difficult. With no staff at this venue it just felt very strange. After check out our flight was late in the afternoon so we had a problem storing our bags as well, in this case the staff were helpful

Camera sporca e rumorosa. Il primo giorno gli asciugamani erano sporchi mentre il secondo ci hanno tolto i nostri ma non ne hanno rimessi. Le pulizie che venivano fatte ogni giorno consistevano nel rimettere apposto il letto. Il bagno mai pulito. La prima notte non abbiamo praticamente dormito perche c’erano ragazzi che urlavano e facevano confusione nel corridoio. Una cosa positiva la posizione

Very central location to the city & all the shopping. Check in & check out using the app was a huge issue. I would suggest the hotel to email guest check in details instead of text as people can change phone contact when travelling. Room was very clean however housekeeping half cleaned my room on day 2 of my stay- left all the used towels on my luggage.

I have only 3 requirements for a good hotel stay. It has to be clean, have a nice shower and comfortable beds. We travelled as a family of 5, and though the main bed in the bedroom was comfortable, 3 of us were set up on a sofa bed and an extra bed, which was fine and expected. What we didn't expect was that these beds were impossible to sleep in. The sofa bed had an extremely thin mattress over metal bars, and it was very squeeky and noisy. The extra bed kept collapsing whenever we moved. It ended with the kids sleeping in the main bed and parents on the couch which was not a bed, and certainly not comfortable, but better than what they had set up for us. When I went to have a shower I looked straight into offices (or apartments?) with people in it who could clearly see us in the shower.... I chose to not shower. The apartment appeared clean, but the bins were full of rubbish. Also the check in process was abysmal, as we had to go to a different hotel to get our key and pay. The receptionist wrote a number that didn't make sense on the key card, so we have had to call them to clarify where we were going. After a long day of travelling with young children and a teenager with autism who didn't understand what was going on, this was an extra byrden we didn't need. Do not recommend. Next year we will stick with Ole Bull like always.

Rommet er greit og fint i seg selv, men renhold var ikke bra.

Ble lovet boblebad i annonsen, var kun dusj, så eg fikk en veldig skuffet sønn. Renhold var ikke grundig, mye flekker rundtom og en litt rar lukt, spesielt i gangen.

This hotel is terrible. There is no reception/staff working there, which they tell you shortly before you arrive, but in my case their notification asked me to email them my phone number to get an sms message with a link to get my mobile key. There are two problems with this. 1. I'm traveling international and my phone isn't receiving SMS atm so I would have never received the SMS. 2. The larger problem though was the email address they gave me to email was ---@----- this is not a valid email address even if I could receive SMS I couldn't give them my number to send it. I replied to their initial message letting them know that I did not receive a valid email address to send a number to. I got an automated message back saying they received it and I would receive an email soon.... I have already checked out and started flying home, I still have not received an email. During the stay the room looks fine but it has no AC and it was very hot, we had to open the windows to the busy street below that kept us up at night. The bathroom had by far the worst toilet paper I have ever used, like worse than any public toilet, it disintegrated at the smallest moisture. There was a small bit of blood on the sheets and there is no staff to complain to. In the morning house keeping asked if we wanted new towels as we were leaving, we said yes and they did not give us new towels or clean the room. The shower is absolutely horrid, it doesn't have a door and there is no central drain.

セルフチェックインタイプのホテル、モバイル対応だが 数百メートル先の姉妹ホテルでカードキー受取りも可能 立地は抜群で徒歩圏に十分すぎる程の様々な店舗がてんこ盛り状態、アクセスもトラム終点駅から徒歩3-4分 部屋はコンパクトなビジネスホテル仕様 不満点はトイレとシャワーが横並びなので床がびしょ濡れになること

This hotel is great location however my experience with the room this time was bad. It was weird showing and then having to use all the towels to dry the floor so I didn’t slip. Lot more noise during this stay. Maybe that’s because I stayed for 3 nights and on the 5th floor opposed to 6th floor last time.

Veldig mye bråk fra nattklubb. Ikke mulig å sove før etter kl. 03.00.

列車での到着だったため、最寄りの安価（周りに比べて）なホテルとして宿泊しました。電子キーのやり取りの仕方がわからなかったので、徒歩3分くらいの系列ホテルに最初から向かいチェックインをしました。部屋は綺麗でした。気になったのは入り口のキーの差し込み口を強く差し込まないと電気が点かないこと・シャワーの壁がない分、床が水浸しになってしまうことです。またシャワー室は暖かいが部屋は少し寒かったようです。チェックアウトはキーボックスに鍵を入れるだけなので簡単でした。

Enkelt hotell i nærheten av Torgallmenningen i Bergen. Eneste som er å utstette er at Airxondition ikke virket så det var badstue gjennom hele natten..

For såvidt helt ok plass å bo - Rommene er vel 6 av 10 i kvalitet ! Magic hotell Exhibition avdelingene ligger i 5 og 6 etasje i et kjøpe senteret ! Hotellet burde ha bedre check in instruksjoner når en bestiller - m informasjon at en får en sms m check instruksjoner! Jeg ringte på forhånd og fikk dette pga av anmeldelser jeg hadde lest / så check in var null problem ! Du bør også ha en tall kode til skyvedør fra gateplan - siden den stenger kl 24:00 ! Denne fikk du ikke på sms - så jeg måtte ringe til hotellet for å få den ! Kanskje vel litt mye styr for å få alt på plass ! Men rommene er helt ok - rene - veldig bra location - butikker all around - gå avstand til alt ! Hoved hotellet te magic ligger 3 minutter gå tur fra denne plasseringen ! Veldig bra frokost !

Check in hopeless. No key available. No reception on site. Had to wait an hour to get access. Phone. Contact was unhelpful and disinterested.

Kommer til hotellet og her var det selv-innsjekking. Ut i fra hva som stod skrevet på plakaten på hvordan en skulle gå frem var det vanskelig å forstå. Her er et stort forbedringspotensial. ( slik jeg ser det) Heldigvis var det mulig å få snakke med en resepsjonist i et annet bygg og som var veldig hjelpsom og da løste alt seg.

Overall, a great stay! Self-check-in was easy once I got the code, and the staff at the sister hotel were super helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only minor thing is no on-site staff, but otherwise really good experience!

International phone numbers, or specifically from the US, do not receive the text message with your card key number so you'll have to call the hotel for the key card. They were very quick to answer though and everything was clean and tidy! Great for the price

Just one problem,couldn’t download the room key,so had to go there sister hotel to get a key card ,this hotel doesn’t have a reception (?I new that but virtually impossible to download the room key ,and I wasn’t alone,friends were in the same hotel with the same problem)

It was the worst checkin experience. I needed to go to another sister hotel to get the access key.

This was a perfect stay in Bergen. I actually rebooked this hotel for another stay after returning to Bergen. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Sentralt, enkelt å få tak i betjening, tiltross for at det ikke er resepsjon. Hadde problemer med å lukke døre, fikk nytt rom på få minutter.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is superb - a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk to the harbour area and light rail station to the airport. The hotel sits above a shopping complex, and a large supermarket on the ground floor (Rema 1000). It was a bit difficult to find, but the mall staff were very helpful in helping me to locate the hotel within the shopping mall. The rooms are very comfortable, have funky decor/lighting and had everything I needed for a good night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable with an amazing duvet and lovely pillows. The shower was exceptional and bathroom was spic and span! The staff were very lovely and offered me free breakfast because of a problem they were having with their app (this was very much appreciated!). The breakfast was so amazing, with so many varieties and options to choose from. Loved the scrambled eggs, bacon, cheeses, yum! Anything you could possibly want for breakfast, they had on offer. Free coffee and tea in the hallway, which was an added bonus. Check-in and check-out were efficient. I appreciated having a large flatscreen tv in my room as well as an electric kettle. There was also a desk, chair, luggage storage bench and hangers. Toiletries included: bar soap, shampoo bottles, and body lotion. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels provided. Air conditioning was great and wifi signal was strong throughout! Just a superb hotel overall! Staff made my stay exceptionally comfortable!

Perfect location, inside a shopping mall in the heart of the city, practically next to the final train station that goes to the airport. You can walk everywhere. Easy access, hosts respond quickly, and the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. A safe and quiet place.

bergen駅からもさほど遠く無く、briggenも近く、空港へのtram駅も近く、建物内にsuper marketがあり便利。 check-inの為のSMSの受信は何故か出来なかったが、近くの系列hotelで問題無くcheck-inが出来、キーカードも入手出来た。 wifiも問題無く使えた。部屋に冷蔵庫があればなお良い。 check-outは1Fのmail boxにキーカードを入れ、退出した旨連絡するだけでよかった。

The location of this property is excellent, short walk to all key places of interest. However, the instructions on how to find the exact location is very confusing and very hard to understand. My recommendation is for the property to provide future guests with a map to aid in finding the entrance.

Great location close to the Bergen city center. Tram is 5 minutes away.

Die zentrale Lage, sodass Anreise vom Flughafen und die Besichtigung der Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos / einfach möglich waren. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants quasi direkt vor der Tür. Am Wochenende Nachts etwas lauter durch die Bässe des darüber liegenden Nachtclubs und gröhlender Jugendlicher auf der Strasse. Jedoch bei geschlossen Fenstern und mit Ohropax erträglich. Dies war bei der Buchung klar und deswegen nur nochmals für etwas Geräuschempfindlichere Personen erwähnt. Bei einem nochmaligen Bergen-Besuch würde ich diese Unterkunft trotzdem wieder wählen (gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis).

Super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, insbesondere auch, wenn man vom Flughafen kommt bzw. zum Flughafen muss. Quasi direkt vor der Tür sind Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, um die Ecke befindet sich auch ein Park. Der Hafen ist fußläufig sehr schnell erreichbar. Das digitale Schlüsselkartenprinzip funktioniert super und ist unkompliziert. Nachts sollte man nur die Fenster schließen, da es (zumindest während unserer Übernachtung) auf der Straße laut war (dauerhafter Kehrmaschinenlärm oder Ähnliches).

I collected a key from the nearby sister hotel after arriving late at night and was pleased with the ease of access. The hotel was modern and so comfortable and clean. I did have to return to the other hotel to collect cups to drink tea from as the were none in the room. Highly recommend this great value hotel

Helt ok opphold for å ha et sentralt sted å overnatte og dusje, men ikke så mye mer. Ingen frokost, og ikke kjøleskap. De glemte å rengjøre rommet en av dagene, og nøkkelkortet virket plutselig ikke. Men det var enkelt å få hjelp ved å ringe nummeret som jeg hadde fått tilsendt på mail.

Rommet var som forventa, men badet var trangt. Ok seng. Synes det var kjipt at det ikkje var te/ kaffe på rommet når det var både vannkoker og kopp. Hvem tenker på å ta det med seg på hotell? Oppdaga det ikke før om morgenen når eg ville starte dagen med en kaffekopp.

Vi ble ved tidlig innsjekk gratis oppgradert til superior rom, da vårt egentlige rom ikke var ledig ennå. Resepsjonisten Ann Heidi var gjennom hele oppholdet vårt meget hyggelig og service vennlig. Frokosten her er blant det beste som finnes på hoteller. Vi skal tilbake til dette hotellet ved neste Bergens tur.

Flott budsjetthotell, fin frokost og utmerket beliggenhet. Noe nattestøy.

Greit rom. TV’n med kanal utbytte eller valg kunne vært bedre. Rommet kunne hatt ett lite kjøleskap for oppbevaring av drikke. Det manglet kaffe / te til vannkoker som stod der. Ellers: bra beliggenhet, gå avstand til det meste.

Albergo completamente automatico (senza reception in loco, la chiave arriva sul cellulare ma è possibile anche avere una chiave fisica andando a fare check-in altrove) situato in pieno centro di Bergen e sopra un centro commerciale dotato di tutto (supermercato, farmacia, caffetteria, e negozio che fa panini stile subway) a cui si può accedere senza uscire in strada. Le camere sono moderne ma molto piccole ed essenziali, il bagno cmq è dotato di una doccia dignitosa ed in pratica le uniche cose presenti sono il letto ed una tv dotata di Chromecast che permette quindi di streammare i propri contenuti dal cellulare (non tutte le app lo supportano though). Ottimo per viaggi di lavoro o turismo abbastanza mordi e fuggi. La cosa più carente è l'armadio che in pratica sono due gruccie nascoste dietro lo specchio. In due potrebbe essere necessario muoversi uno alla volta. Tutto sommato però lo consiglio per chi non ha troppe pretese e spirito di adattamento. PS: Il tram da e per l'aeroporto ferma a 50m.
