This was a getaway for our parents as a Christmas present. They really loved their stay. The room had everything they needed. Parking due to time of year was an advantage as parked outside on the road. My parents asked if they ordered a Chinese takeaway would the owners mind if they could have plates etc and eat it in their dining room, and nothing was too much trouble and the owners had set up the table for them to enjoy their evening meal. Breakfast was lovely too. The Townhouse is in a lovely location close to the south beach and flat walk to Tenby centre. They really enjoyed their stay, end of feb 2024.

Our stay at the Townhouse was perfect. Huw was friendly and always checking in to make sure we were ok. We were in room 4 which was nice, plenty of room and a nice view out to sea from the comfy leather chair. There were Fortnum & Mason tea bags as extras and KitKats by the front door… what more could you want? There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the cooked options were yummy. It was also noted, that the melon was separated from the fruit salad which is a game changer for those of us that don’t like melon! The Townhouse has convenient car parking behind and is in an ideal location to walk into town and the beach. We would recommend and would stay again.

Our room was lovely (Rm 5) with a fantastic sea view. Breakfast was great. The Townhouse is perfectly situated for visiting South Beach (2 mins walk) and for Castle Beach (5 mins walk) and the town centre (5-10 mins walk). There is paid parking in the large car park behind The Townhouse but we were lucky enough to find an on-road space on the next street. We were so impressed with Tenby and the welcome at The Townhouse.

The booking through Hotels.com was really simple. The price I paid was great and it was much cheaper than that advertised for the same room on bookings.com We had a family room, which had two rooms joining so the privacy between adults and children was excellent. The children had a single bed each (we have a 13 year old and a 6 ysar old). We had a bathroom with toilet and shower. It was very quiet in our room and you could barely hear the comings and goings of other guests or street traffic. The room and the venue was very clean. We were supplied with towels and bed linen. The welcome was lovely and our room was ready earlier than expected. There is a communal seating space with some games and books available however we did not use this space. The breakfast was amazing and set us up for the day. There was fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, juices, and cooked breakfast options available to name a few. Huw was even kind enough to make pancakes for the children, which were very much enjoyed. What a great place this is to stay with it being close to the main carpark, in a street across the road from the beach and just a few minutes walk from Tenby Town centre. We stay in Tenby often and we will certainly be booking here again. Just perfect.

What an amazing stay! The hotel was very clean, tidy and welcoming. The host was fab and couldn't do enough for us. The room was great. The bed was very comfy, bathroom clean and had a small fridge in the room with milk and biscuits. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was right by the beach and a short walk into the town centre. Will definitely stay again!

A traditional guest house with a lovely breakfast served. Only main downside was the tired fixtures and fittings (rusting radiator and toilet flush, toilet roll holder that was loose from the wall, dirty looking carpets in our room and up the stairs, the dining room had patches if white plaster where repairs were taking place etc). These aesthetic issues could easily be dealt with. The manager (Huw, who seemed to run the place single-handed) was nice and provided a warm welcome.

Couldn't get an answer at the property at first to check in despite advising of arrival time & ringing the tel no's on the board outside the property & texting when outside. On checkout couldnt easily find anyone to hand keys in. Other than this could not fault the stay.

The Townhouse is situated yards from South beach and a short distance to the Town Centre. My Wife and I had a lovely two night stay. Huw the owner made us very welcome , the room was spotless and very clean. The breakfast was out of this world and a good choice on the menu. I would definitely recommend this this B & B for a stay in Tenby.

My mother and I stayed at the Townhouse for a weekend and we had a lovely stay. Everything was very clean and Huw is an excellent host. The property is located just a few minutes walk from the beach with sea views, and is walking distance from High Street and Tenby Castle. Breakfast was included and you definitely do not want to miss out!

We loved our stay with Huw, nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was amazing and gluten free. The beds were so comfortable and the room and facilities were great even a fridge in the room. Loved it. Would definatly stay again. Thank you Huw ❤

The townhouse is a great place to stop. You will not be disappointed, the room we stopped in had great view of the beach. Room was spacious clean and comfortable with good size on suite bathroom. You get a great filling breakfast which has the best scrambled egg I’ve ever tasted. It’s a very short walk to the beach and the town were there’s plenty restaurants pubs and shops. Lots to see and visit in Tenby and near by. Highly recommend The Townhouse as place for you stop in Tenby.

Had a wonderful stay at The Townhouse. Our host, Hugh, was marvellous. A perfect mix of friendly, helpful and discreet. His property is lovely. It is a beautiful old townhouse (as the name suggests) and whilst it has some small areas that need a little attention, it is full of character and very homely. We booked a small double room on the top floor and were really surprised at how lovely it was and it had everything we could have possible needed. The ensuite was beautiful. Hugh's breakfasts were absolutely gorgeous and his 'daily special' was a real treat. I wish we lived nearer, as I would regularly pop in just for breakfast if I could. Thank you so much Hugh, for an idyllic stay in your lovely home. We hope to return next year.

Room was perfect for a couple of days break. Shower was a bit small but managable. As well as tea and coffee facilities we had water and chocolate in our fridge. Cooked breakfast from Huw was outstanding

We loved our stay with Huw, nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was amazing and gluten free. The beds were so comfortable and the room and facilities were great even a fridge in the room. Loved it. Would definatly stay again. Thank you Huw ❤

Excellent, clean modern accommodation, close to South beach & town centre. Only improvement would be check in & check out. Couldn't get an answer at the property at first to check in despite advising of arrival time & ringing the tel no's on the board outside the property & texting when outside. On checkout couldnt easily find anyone to hand keys in. Other than this could not fault the stay.

Had a wonderful stay at The Townhouse. Our host, Hugh, was marvellous. A perfect mix of friendly, helpful and discreet. His property is lovely. It is a beautiful old townhouse (as the name suggests) and whilst it has some small areas that need a little attention, it is full of character and very homely. We booked a small double room on the top floor and were really surprised at how lovely it was and it had everything we could have possible needed. The ensuite was beautiful. Hugh's breakfasts were absolutely gorgeous and his 'daily special' was a real treat. I wish we lived nearer, as I would regularly pop in just for breakfast if I could. Thank you so much Hugh, for an idyllic stay in your lovely home. We hope to return next year.

What an amazing stay! The hotel was very clean, tidy and welcoming. The host was fab and couldn't do enough for us. The room was great. The bed was very comfy, bathroom clean and had a small fridge in the room with milk and biscuits. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was right by the beach and a short walk into the town centre. Will definitely stay again!

Our room was lovely (Rm 5) with a fantastic sea view. Breakfast was great. The Townhouse is perfectly situated for visiting South Beach (2 mins walk) and for Castle Beach (5 mins walk) and the town centre (5-10 mins walk). There is paid parking in the large car park behind The Townhouse but we were lucky enough to find an on-road space on the next street. We were so impressed with Tenby and the welcome at The Townhouse.

My mother and I stayed at the Townhouse for a weekend and we had a lovely stay. Everything was very clean and Huw is an excellent host. The property is located just a few minutes walk from the beach with sea views, and is walking distance from High Street and Tenby Castle. Breakfast was included and you definitely do not want to miss out!

Room was perfect for a couple of days break. Shower was a bit small but managable. As well as tea and coffee facilities we had water and chocolate in our fridge. Cooked breakfast from Huw was outstanding

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour profiter de là ville de Tenby. Là chambre familiale est d’une très bonne taille, très propre et joliment décorée. Le frigo est bien apprécié ainsi qu’un ventilateur pour les journées plus chaudes. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, très généreux et cuisiné à la commande. Le personnel est très gentil. Je recommande cet établissement.

Ample sized room, bed was very comfy and the bathroom looked like it had a recent refit. Breakfast was superb, location was 50 metres from the seafront and parking was conveniently behind the B&B (paid parking) Would love to come back!
