Absolutely loved the house! Big open rooms! The bedrooms were very spacious, great closet space! We had a couple of inconveniences but with Lynzee's assistance every thing was handled greatly! Would love to stay again.

Proximity to beach is the value. If you plan on vacation built around maximum beach time then this is good place. Master bathroom is in need of a lot of repairs. Furniture is not nice or comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances all work.

Close to the beach.

We had a great time at the house. Location was the main thing...right next to bike path and not far from the beach or other sites in Sea Pines. The house itself was somewhat dated and had a couple of issues, however, the rooms were large and comfortable. Also included were washer/dryer, dishwasher, grill and a fully stocked kitchen. All in all, we had an awesome week.

Loved the property and location. It does need some maintenance throughout.
