This was a great little find in Eureka Springs. We found out after we checked in that this motel had recently been on an episode of “Motel Rescue” on HBO Max. What a great job they did! The rooms had been remodeled and were very clean. There was a nice community hospitality room with a pool table, tables, and a comfortable seating area. Outside is a nice fire pit and pool. It is on the tram route that will take you downtown and also near the Christ of the Ozarks and Passion Play. This is the least we have paid for a motel room in years, and honestly, I was a little afraid of what we’d find, but the reviews were all very good so we decided to give it a try. I’m glad we did! And now I can’t wait to watch this episode of Motel Rescue (season 2 episode 4) when we get home! Was happy to give this family owned and operated motel our business!

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and quickly responded to your needs. Clean pool. Beautiful pine trees on the property. We were surprised with a campfire in the evening and marshmallows to roast. Game room with pool table was a nice addition. I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay except I wish I would have thought to stay here sooner.

The outdoor pool and fire pit are nice and added to our enjoyment. My only suggestion would be to replace the security light at the fire pit area with low-key solar or tiki lighting because the bright light wrecks the mood.

The property was a little outdated, carpet looked clean but old and the bathroom toilet paper holder and baseboard was dusty. The staff was nice and we enjoyed the hospitality room. They had board games and a pool table.

Pool was closed so didn't get to use that. Staff was great. I had accidentally reserved a room for the following night. Staff was able to get us in and made the correction. It was nice having the air conditioner on and lights in the room when we got in.

We had to book the same day cuz original hotel lost our reservation. Country Mountain Inn was clean and conveniently located. Staff was friendly and did a great job recommending restaurants. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable.

The hotel is clean and the bedding is fantastic! The owner was so hands on and friendly. They offered a bonfire on Friday and Saturday night and gave us sticks and marshmallows to roast! I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!!

Friendly staff, price was good. Nice pool. Great room was good: games, pool table, sitting areas etc. But our room was dark, needs more lighting!! Also the rooms need a couple of chairs, no place to sit inside the room or outside the room.

The front desk staff was so friendly both at check-in and check out. We loved that the inn had a fire pit and other outdoor spaces to enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We had a lovely stay!

We really liked it here. It’s on a road going east out of town and it was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and quiet even though we were facing the road. the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean but very cool all the time. We still got in. Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s an older property but has been kept up well. We were there for 3 nights and would definitely go back.

Excellently updated classic "down & out" (doors toward parking) hotel. Wonderful gathering room. Convenient parking and room access from car. In an area with tight parking, this one was better than many. Welcoming staff. No complimentary breakfast but that was fine.

Stayed 5 days and was so quiet and peaceful. I was so looking forward to sitting around firepit. But town was under a burn ban. Love the stay and would recommend to others.

We asked to be on ground floor and away from the main road. They were very nice and accommodating. Nice place. We love the older hotels with bathtubs and parking outside your door. This place is great.

Excellently updated classic "down & out" (doors toward parking) hotel. Wonderful gathering room. Convenient parking and room access from car. In an area with tight parking, this one was better than many. Welcoming staff. No complimentary breakfast but that was fine.

The rooms were nice and clean, the ease of getting in and out of the parking lot was great for motorcycles and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice motel that really reminded me of my childhood. The new owners were great! The pool was great!! The new owners explained their vision for the future and it sounds great! Book this if you are in Eureka Springs!!!

Our two night stay at Country Mountain Inn was exactly what we needed. The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean and neatly decorated, and the pool was well maintained. Owners Daniel and Rob were onsite, super hospitable and really want their guests to have an amazing stay! Parking was easy, common areas are super cute, and the location is convenient to everything. Can't wait to go back!

They are new owners of an old hotel. They have big plans to increase amenities, but they need to get the basic maintenance up to par first. The shower head sprays water everywhere, ceiling, walls and out of control. It is my understanding that this is in about every room. They are fixing them as complaints are made. They just need to replace them all as they are old. Also getting the water to turn on or off was a guessing game. And setting the water temp was as bad. By day 3 we finally had to ask for room service and then they replaced the towels only. Mattresses also need to be replaced. Lighting in all hotels is always to dim, but this one was the worst. And to make that even darker, the walls were painted dark blue, almost black. Made you feel like you were in a cave. I know they mean well, but again fix the basic needs first, then work on the frills. Plumbing, beds, service, lighting!
