Mangrove Marina and Resort Aqualodge Houseboats

The staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. My only issue was that the houseboat needed some refurbishing and TV/internet upgrades.

We were happy with our stay in the Manatee. We were celebrating a 50th birthday on a girls' trip and it was the perfect place for it. It's in a great location, and listening to the water lapping beneath us as we slept was lovely. We spent time enjoying the sun on the rooftop. Our only complaint (and definitely not your fault) was that we were there during the cold snap and there were no extra blankets. We went out and bought blankets so we could sleep at night in the unseasonably cold weather. I just suggest that you have some blankets for use during chillier times. There is no heat on the houseboat (I'm sure it would be seldom used). My other suggestion would be that you post a couple of things in the bathroom. First, there were five of us there and only one could shower (and a short one) at a time. If we waited 45 minutes or so, another could shower. Maybe if you had signage that indicated that. We supplemented by going to the shower by the pool. (Not convenient.) Second, post that no hairdryers or curling tools may be used on the houseboat. The info is in the check-in information, but I'm sure could be easily overlooked upon arriving. Overall, we had a delightful stay :).

Everything was good, cleaning, bar , pool and service was excellent

Loved staying here with my boys. The boat house experience was great and comfortable. But the best was the beach bar on the marina where the kids could play games, swim in the pool and I could relax with a drink. Will stay here again!
