Four Points by Sheraton Newark Christiana Wilmington

A little bit noisy and parking lot was tight if you can back late.

The property was very nice and clean. But there isnt enough parking and they need more baggage carts. But the bed waa comfortable and we were very happy staying there.

Staff went above and beyond to help us when one of our bags suffered a catastrophic structural integrity failure; escorted us to our room with said broken bag in tow! Rooms are decent, but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a Marriott chain hotel. Otherwise it’s hard to give this place a fair rating as we were only there one night. They could use a bit more parking space though.

Staff was great, very clean, amenities were excellent, restaurant, store,.. clean rooms. Will def stay here again. Wish the restaurant opened at 6 am on Sunday we had to leave before breakfast was served at 7. The ice machine on my floor was broken. Everything else was great !

The only negative thing was I found the parking lot was poorly layed out

Was not aware location did not have a pool. Room had an odor. Tried to increase temperature of air conditioner to eliminate stench. Just was hoping my experience was a pleasant one but was disappointed. However, staff was great but overall experience was greatly disappointing. Privacy wall could’ve been larger. No privacy. You’re exposed to others driving by.

Not good the Lobby was under construction And it smell fried food all over.

The rooms were nicely finished but the hotel lobby is undergoing a major renovation with the resulting noise, dust and lack of access to all elevators.

No pool was the only unsatisfying aspect

One elevator did not work but otherwise was a pleasant stay.

Had to have room changed because initial room smelled of mold. After room changed everything was great. Thank you

The room was spotless every staff member gave the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at an hotel Josiah worked at the front desk very well mannered customer service he went above and beyond I will definitely be staying here again

Room was clean and spotless. Everything was perfect! Staff members Gabriel and Daisy was very courteous friendly and professional in performing their duties. I truly felt welcome in your establishment by these two wonderful staff members. I highly recommend this facility to anyone! Thank you for your hospitality!

Room smelt of smoke.

There was feces all over a towel hung in bathroom and it was extremely traumatizing for my boyfriend because he only realized it after he used the towel

Room didn’t get serviced. Had to go to the front desk numerous times asking for clean towels and toilet paper.

The hotel room had so many lady bugs in the room. Not sure why they couldn’t change rooms

Room smelt like mold. Carpet was not properly vacuumed when we arrived. Spider in room. No fan in bathroom so carpet felt slimy on feet. Beds were too soft, unable to sleep, sore back.

We had a great stay. Room was nice and quiet. Great night sleep.

I was upset we had to switch rooms in the middle of our stay the tv wasnt working when we first got there which was a very inconvenient because we had our boys with us. Maintenence did come and finally got it working but it happening again no connection so we had to switch rooms only to find out the tv wasnt working in that room either so at this point we were over it so around 830pm when we got backbto our room it was finally working. Outside of that the staff team was very helpful in doing all that they could do. We also received breakfast passes which we were unable to use because be woke up late on sunday. We would book again the nexttime we visit thanks for listening in advance

The room was good but the air conditioning sounded like a train wreck all night long.

I didn't like that my hotel room didn't have a Smart TV, so I could view my paid streaming channels.

Very noisy outside the building…located at the corner of a red light. Lots of traffic noises. I’m on the 5th floor and can hear people talking and laughing in the parking lot. Inside the room - refrigerator is loud, can’t get any channels on the TV…called Front Desk, said they would send someone to check it/fix, no one came. Going to be a very long night!

The hotel was nice, but it was difficult to get any sleep. The doors slam when people come in and out. They dont require you to pull them shut, or have a soft close, they literally slam shut. We were woken up throughout the night from people coming and going and doors slamming. The direct TV kept pausing/freezing. We called to have it fixed, they rebooted the TV and 30 min later it was right back to freezing again. We also had to call the front desk at 3:00 am due to people yelling and cursing all down the hallways.

The hotel's sound insulation is very poor

Kind of basic. Rooms didn’t have quality sound proofing.

Every time I’ve stayed it has been so peaceful, enjoyable and relaxing! I love the atmosphere, the body wash and lotion because sometimes you forget something at home! The beds are amazing and the rooms are so comfortable and spacious!!

Service was brutal, checked into a room with a heating/cooling unit that didn’t work. Told front desk and received no help. Chose to leave a prepaid room and stay elsewhere. Shower had no water pressure at all.

It was a a stay from hell . I was humiliated mocked and made a spectacle by a female employee calling herself manager after I asked for compensation when the water was out for 11 hrs . The female employees at the reception mocked me and I a single female felt unsafe . It all started on Monday during my check in when there was a small notice that water will be out for 4 hrs in Tuesdays . I went to work without water and hoped that when I come back the water will be back . I came back at 5 and there was no water . Since I booked through expedía I called then on Tuesday and informed them . No help or any information was provided by the hotel and I had to call twice to get any information about the water. Again I had booked for 4 nights and on Wednesday when I came back from work I went to the reception. They said they are offering 20 Percebt discount on the stay . Since I had booked through Expedia I had already paid full . The lady at the reception said they will honor it if I extend the stay . As I had been at a new job and was exhausted I said I will come back . She noted down my room no in a red log book fully visible to me and everyone else . The next day when I went to book the stay there was another receptionist . She was completely clueless and when I mentioned that check the red book still visible she just didn’t . Then the humiliation began . A very tall woman came in and said she is the manger . She just began talking rudely with me . Kept on repeating on phrase “ I a

The BEST part about the stay was the employee Ms. Carolyn! She was absolutely AMAZING!! She made me feel safe an she knew the hotel policy like the back of her hand. I needed help was a few things an she answered quickly. Was extremely friendly an had a very sweet soul. She never lost patience at all with me or others. I wanted to find her boss to tell her how wonderful of a job she did an professional she is/was. I have to be sure to highlight Ms. Carolyn’s services because she deserves it. If I visit again I would hope she would be in a management position or even lead she was amazing! An I would come back just because of her personality over the PHONE AND IN PERSON. Thank you much Ms. Carolyn!!

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were pleasant. It was close to the hospital and parking was plentiful.

Easy access off I-95

Hotel was overall great but it was on a very busy and noisy intersection. I would stay there again.

Good place to stay if traveling to a distant destination. Right off 95 and easy to get to. They should invest in a continental breakfast service as not everyone wants a full breakfast for $15.

Clean, close to the airport and efficient

I absolutely loved my stay here!!! It’s conveniently located right off the highway, and not too far from the shopping mall and restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous as well!!!

Great place to stay for being close to Christiana Hospital if you have to be there at 5:30 am and you don’t live close by

They charge you for the breakfast. IT WAS HORRIBLE

Across the street from a mall. Breakfast was excellent and very affordable. The staff were very nice. Only complaint is we came back to the hotel Friday evening at 10:10 pm and the bar was already closed. Quiet at night, all we could hear were the frogs outside!

The bed felt like a pillow, I need one of those at home. At dinner time there was a Chicken Caesar salad that they were serving. It was great. It was a very nice escape to be able to focus on my virtual training.

Upon checkin front desk told me breakfast was extra even though I added during Expedia booking. Bar did not have ingredients to make Moscow mule. Restaurant did not have clam chowder and waited 15 minutes to inform us. Was at breakfast for restaurant at 6am. Server waited until 615 to tell us chef was not available and no hot breakfast was available today. It took another 15 minutes to bring out yogurt, bagels, and cereal. Wife had to ask several times for milk and plates. Sever rolled eyes and ignored first request. Wife had to go into kitchen and ask again. 640 am we gave up on breakfast and checked out very disappointed with service and staff responsiveness.

Was close to Delaware Park, front desk was welcoming and helpful on the phone . The bar was lacking ingredients for drinks. Bartender was attentive and apologized for lacking ingredients for our drinks. Food from the kitchen was poor at best. Lacked ingredients for food on menu, burgers were burnt.

The best thing we enjoyed about this stay was dining. Although the menu was limited the chef had a great amount of pride and concern for her customers. She’s definitely a keeper and should be recognized as such.

Nice stay. Desk man very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The mattress was just ok. Towels could have been better. The breakfast was good since it came with the room but I’m glad I didn’t spend extra on it.

Everyone was very nice. The restaurant/bar staff were wonderful!
