Definitely not for the mobility impaired except possibly for the street level suite. You have to navigate a steep driveway without railings to reach the stairs to lake level or drive down to one of the lower level parking spots. Other than that the room was small , but nice. It was clean, quiet and well appointed. The dock seating area is outstanding. The view was beautiful. We didn’t discover the common area snack room until the following morning. We would have appreciated more than one small bottle of water each.

Fantastic. Perfectly clean, perfectly accommodating ( early check in), perfectly location. We loved, and took full advantage of the kayaks and the lovely deck. Very relaxing!!!

We just spent three delightful days and nights at the Waterfront Inn in Gig Harbor. When you\'re going to spend time in such a beautiful little harbor town, the best way to spend it is to find lodging with a view and that\'s close to dining and other things to do. The Waterfront Inn is right on... well... the waterfront! We stayed in the "Lighthouse" room, one of three one-bedroom rooms on the ground level. Each of these rooms have a small porch for sitting and beyond the porch it\'s just a short walk to their large pier, which also has multiple and comfortable chairs to just sit and enjoy the view. The room itself features a VERY comfortable bed and great pillows, plus two armchairs that all look out through the double doors (mostly glass) for a spectacular view. Amenities include a Keurig coffeemaker with multiple choices of coffee and tea pods, a small refrigerator, and a spacious bathroom. A door near the bathroom opens to a common area where you\'ll find ice, a microwave, another coffee maker, and various supplies, plus treats like breakfast bars and microwave popcorn packs. The room and everything about this little inn is in perfect/like new condition and super clean. With only a few rooms to rent, they only need a few parking places and some of them are on the street level and two of them are down the very steep but short driveway. Those two spots are easy to drive down to, but a little tricky to get out of. But our little 4X4 SUV had no trouble. Simply put... Great!

I love all the little extras that made the place special. We were lucky with the weather and were able to kayak around the harbor. The parking was tricky, but we had plenty of warning and instruction ahead of time. Beware of the steep driveway to reach the entrance. Definitely not accessible by all.

We had an amazing time. Extremely clean and comfortable and they were very responsive. Great location. Walkable all around the harbor. Enjoyed using the kayak they provided. The bath products smelled amazing. Appreciated the snacks in the common area.

Wonderful water-front property. They even had kayaks available for use. Sitting out on the pier in the evening watching the water and drinking complimentary hot chocolate was a highlight of the trip.

We had a really nice stay here. The room was clean and cozy and the views were spectacular. We saw a bald eagle and lots of wildlife outside our door. Parking is tricky, but other than that, it was a great stay.

Beautiful, clean and has everything we needed. Too bad we only stayed one night. Patsy was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. You know that owners put a lot of effort in making guest feel comfortable. Has its own dock that you can hang out and relax. Definitely one of the bst places we’ve stayed at in our travels.

This hotel was not what i was expecting. Everything was do it yourself with no housekeeping. And we were able to hear everything and everyone in the room next to us or below us. You can hear every little thing also from the common area. Cute room and location was convenient but would not stay again

Gorgeous water-facing room. So peaceful. We took our coffee out on to the pier in the morning. This was a perfect place to spend a romantic birthday. Very clean and quiet, too. Big, comfortable bed. Only tiny criticism is that the barn door on the bathroom bumps around a bit when you slide it open and closed. Great shower, though!

The stay was awesome! Very friendly owners. Excellent customer service: we received multiple reminders about our reservation and very clear instructions about parking and self checking. Room was clean, comfortable and very convenient: USB ports in night stand lamps, separate entrance, coffee machine, etc. Room design was very elegant and feels like home, not the hotel room. The view was spectacular. We were staying in Lighthouse room.

The Waterfront Inn was super cute and quaint. We felt right at home. Outside dock/lounge area was great. Great location to walk around. Check in/out was super easy, Patsy sent check in instructions on the morning of our stay and was super responsive. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Gig.

Patsy and Mike were incredibly accommodating and kind. The information upon check in was very clear. The space was GORGEOUS and the linens and bedding were top notch luxurious! And spectacular view of Gig Harbor! We loved it there and will definitely return!
Patsy and Mike were incredibly accommodating and kind. The information upon check in was very clear. The space was GORGEOUS and the linens and bedding were top notch luxurious! And spectacular view of Gig Harbor! We loved it there and will definitely return!

Beautiful, clean and has everything we needed. Too bad we only stayed one night. Patsy was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. You know that owners put a lot of effort in making guest feel comfortable. Has its own dock that you can hang out and relax. Definitely one of the bst places we’ve stayed at in our travels.

Excellent property and staff was helpful in getting us checked in via the self serve process. Love the view and the cleanliness and wonderful decorations. Comfortable and lovely decor! So happy we had a chance to stay here and would love to come back and will definitely recommend to others!

Great B and B without the breakfast….its a do it yourself stay. Came in on a Saturday and left Monday and didn’t see nor need any staff people. Parking is a little challenging, but doable. Not luxurious but very cozy and comfortable with shops,restaurants etc in walking distance. A great 1-3 night stay on the water in Gig Harbor

We had an amazing time. Extremely clean and comfortable and they were very responsive. Great location. Walkable all around the harbor. Enjoyed using the kayak they provided. The bath products smelled amazing. Appreciated the snacks in the common area.

Owners communicated before checking & provided so much info for parking & things to do, places to eat. It was a wonderful property with a patio & kayaks were included with the room. It was close to dining & all walkable. We definitely recommend staying here! Thank you

I had to DJ in Gig Harbor for New Year's, and the Waterfront Inn was the perfect stay! I was minutes away from everything by car. I could also walk to nearby restaurants a as well! The room was perfect! I highly recommend this place if you are staying in the Gig Harbor area!

Perfect location with dock access and incredible views from the harbor. Immaculate, well appointed rooms with fresh, comfortable decor. The walk down to the dock from upper level rooms is very steep and not for those with mobility issues. Consider a lower level room if you have mobility limitations. Property exceeded expectations.

The parking facilities were quite convenient and safe. However, it was somewhat challenging for two elderly ladies to navigate the steep incline. The view was truly stunning. We were slightly inconvenienced by being disturbed before 9:00 with the sounds of saws and construction work in progress, as we were facing the water. Overall, we were quite content with our experience and would certainly return.

We just spent three delightful days and nights at the Waterfront Inn in Gig Harbor. When you\'re going to spend time in such a beautiful little harbor town, the best way to spend it is to find lodging with a view and that\'s close to dining and other things to do. The Waterfront Inn is right on... well... the waterfront! We stayed in the "Lighthouse" room, one of three one-bedroom rooms on the ground level. Each of these rooms have a small porch for sitting and beyond the porch it\'s just a short walk to their large pier, which also has multiple and comfortable chairs to just sit and enjoy the view. The room itself features a VERY comfortable bed and great pillows, plus two armchairs that all look out through the double doors (mostly glass) for a spectacular view. Amenities include a Keurig coffeemaker with multiple choices of coffee and tea pods, a small refrigerator, and a spacious bathroom. A door near the bathroom opens to a common area where you\'ll find ice, a microwave, another coffee maker, and various supplies, plus treats like breakfast bars and microwave popcorn packs. The room and everything about this little inn is in perfect/like new condition and super clean. With only a few rooms to rent, they only need a few parking places and some of them are on the street level and two of them are down the very steep but short driveway. Those two spots are easy to drive down to, but a little tricky to get out of. But our little 4X4 SUV had no trouble. Simply put... Great!

We did not realize there was outdoor seating on the water until the morning of check out. Loved all the coffee options, beautiful shower, soft bed. The town was so much cuter than we expected and there was much to do.

Wonderful water-front property. They even had kayaks available for use. Sitting out on the pier in the evening watching the water and drinking complimentary hot chocolate was a highlight of the trip.

The parking was a challenge given the slope of the property. I am 79 years old and my wife is 75 years old. We learned that we had to ascend 15 or so steps with our luggage. This was a challenge, scary, and unpleasant. Unless you are in top shape physically I would avoid this hotel. This is an old house that was converted and they did an excellent job. It is very nice. It is clean and well maintained. It has a good view of the harbor.
