The hotel was clean. The food in the restaurant was good. What wasn’t good was the $48 per day valet only parking, also the terrace was closed. The terrace being closed was a big disappointment.

Nice property but parking is terrible. The only option is valet and the valet person was no where to be found. Parked in a spot and ended up with a $75 parking ticket. The valet option is the only option for parking and they charge over $30 per car. I would probably never book this hotel again due to these issues.

9/10 definitely would come back again if I wanted to be in midtown. I do wish there were amenities on the property. I also had some slight issues with the state of the shower . There were some signs of aging/ deterioration

The best hotel I’ve ever booked through Expedia. Clean and super close to center stage. Parking is $42 valet. The hotel is clean and chic. They have filtered water on all of their floors. If you have the Hilton app you can download the digital room key as well.

The hotel only does valet parking for 42 dollars a night. They wouldn’t suggest any other parking but there’s plenty around the area, over the road it’s 2 dollars an hour. The room was very pleasant and comfortable. Bed was great but a typical American hotel with no duvet cover just two sheets. Bathroom was also great. Refillable water bottle from the filter station in the hall is a great idea but the filter needs cleaning badly. We had to go out and buy our own bottled water. Annoyingly there is a lot of construction going on outside the hotel and we got a room right above it. It woke us up at 6am, 6 hours before we were planning to check out. For the price owe paid I wouldn’t expect those rooms to be in use or at least advertise them at a reduced rate. We were accused twice of not paying a bar tab when we didn’t use the bar at all. Once by the front of house staff and then again via a phone call to our room at 10pm!! This left my partner and I feeling very annoyed. The room was great but the service was very much lacking and the construction outside is unworkable.

The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly. I did not like the inconvenience of the valet only experience. The valets were pretty quick retrieving cars but the link to request my vehicle never worked. I would like the option to park my own vehicle.

I really enjoyed my time here! The staff was incredibly friendly, and I especially loved the delicious coffee at the restaurant in the mornings. The rooms were spotless, and the bathroom was spacious with wonderful lighting—perfect for us ladies who love to see well! The location is peaceful and within walking distance to everything I needed. I'm already looking forward to returning soon!

The room was filthy. There’s mold everywhere in the bathroom. One the ceiling, in the grout, in the corners, just everywhere. The bathroom walls had spill and drip marks on the walls and the furniture. There were carpet stains. Disgusting.

Very clean and comfortable room; shower was amazing; loved the nespresso maker. The area was great, I felt very safe when going out for a morning run. Walkable to Piedmont Park, the belt line, and downtown. My only complaint is that the fridge wasn’t cold and I couldn’t figure out how to change the temperature.

Great hotel but it has another apartment building a couple meters/feet away from it so an entire side of the hotel faces directly into other building's windows so unless you close the drapes, there is no feeling of privacy. Everything else is good.

Room was nice. I liked the decor. The bathroom could use a deep clean. Loved the walk-in shower. Bed was comfy. There was some weird clicking noise that happened every 1/2 hour. I was on the top floor so no noise above me and hallway was fairly quiet. However you can hear traffic noise which is a constant sound which was fine as it was just white noise to me. However they are building another apt complex next to the hotel and I could hear the workers and clanging which started around 6am. So, I ended up using the earplugs provided. The staff was very friendly. Food was tasty. Overall, a nice stay and I would come back.

Stayed in room 1120. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. I thought the pillows were extra great! Room was quiet. It took me a minute to understand how to use the coffee maker. Overall this property was wonderful. The only thing that bothered us is the humidity in the rooms. After the first night we woke up and our shoes were damp as were any items that hadn’t been packed away in bags. Not sure why but it was a little weird.

Did have an issue with my reservation being marked as a no show, after I had I checked in, showed ID, paid the incidentals deposit, and was given room keys. Room was then given to someone else while I was occupying it. Was frustrating dealing with another guest trying to access my room in the middle of the night. Check in was well before night audit as well. Gives the impression this location is not well run

Reception was unfortunately was not initially friendly. Bartender at Xhibit restaurant was too caught up to get my order of drinks, the only upside to this situation was receiving 2 vouchers for breakfast and drinks after leaving the bar without empty handed. Used the 2 drink vouchers the next day, the drinks were terrible. Reggae Rum and Georgia Peach Tea. The room itself was great.

I am very disappointed with my stay at Canopy by Hilton Atlanta. I paid for a city view room, and was told the room would be serviced. After a long day I returned to a room that hasn't been touched by housekeeping. The front desk staff said there was no one available to service the room so I could be moved to another room. This room was smaller and not a cityview room, so I paid for a lesser room and poor service. Despite speaking to multiple staff members none of my concerns were addressed and when speaking to housekeeping the woman was rude and acted as if I was bothering her by asking for a face cloth,which never showed up by the way. In addition, she left a filthy rag on the sink after half cleaning the room. I've never had such a ridiculous experience at any Hilton property. To add to the insult, my brother stayed at the property as well and his room was serviced immediately without him having to ask. Needless to say, I won't be returning and would appreciate being compensated in some way for a weekend ruined.

I am very disappointed with my stay at Canopy by Hilton Atlanta. I paid for a city view room, and was told the room would be serviced. After a long day I returned to a room that hasn't been touched by housekeeping. The front desk staff said there was no one available to service the room so I could be moved to another room. This room was smaller and not a cityview room, so I paid for a lesser room and poor service. Despite speaking to multiple staff members none of my concerns were addressed and when speaking to housekeeping the woman was rude and acted as if I was bothering her by asking for a face cloth,which never showed up by the way. In addition, she left a filthy rag on the sink after half cleaning the room. I've never had such a ridiculous experience at any Hilton property. To add to the insult, my brother stayed at the property as well and his room was serviced immediately without him having to ask. Needless to say, I won't be returning and would appreciate being compensated in some way for a weekend ruined.

I was visiting my dad at Piedmont hospital and Canopy was a reasonable and convenient location. Easy Uber to the hospital. Excellent accommodations, high marks for staff and they have a decent restaurant on site.

Very clean and quiet hotel in a walkable area. Close to MARTA. Staff was friendly. MetroFresh, delicious cafe, is two blocks away. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend.

The actual hotel was great, clean room, & nice staff. The exhibition restaurant & bar was a different story, 1st it took at least 20 minutes to just get a drink, we were starving so we ordered right away cuz we finally had someone's attention, it took about 45 minutes to an hour to get our food. We were told that the kitchen was not staffed, so finally we got our meal, it was absolutely delicious, we ate & they did comp 4 drinks for us which was amazing but don't think ill be going back

Nowhere on the property's website or on Expedia was it mentioned that valet parking was the only option and it cost an additional $48 per night. The breakfast "buffet" is laughable compared to most cheaper options. Options this morning were eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, oatmeal and a small selection of breads/bagels. Not bad quality, but for $18 per person with one drink (no refills) each, it was not worth it. The bar was well stocked and the bartenders were polite, but the few other employees we encountered during our stay including our "server" at breakfast were not very polite. Overall, it was conveniently located nearby the Center Stage Theater, but I would not stay here again.

Great location, clean and updated rooms. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing is that our room key got deactivated during our stay. That was a minor inconvenience that was easily fixed. Also, the lemon pepper wings at Xhibit was amazing! My fiancé enjoyed his food as well.

The valet check in process was hectic and confusing. When the valet took the car, we thought he was moving it to clear space for other cars, but he drove it into the gated valet area. Was just a pain to deal with. The room amenities were completely unacceptable for this level of hotel. Prior to booking, I called to make sure the hotel had fridges in the rooms as was listed on the property page. I was told they did. However, upon arriving to the room I saw a note about the “fridge” in question being more of a cooler, in that it does not get to fridge temps and you need to put ice in it if you want things colder. So basically they lied to me on the phone. I wanted a fridge, not an ice box. The AC in the room regularly made clicking sounds and honestly wasn’t great. The lights in the bathroom were on a motion sensor, which is a completely wild and irresponsible choice on the part of the hotel. There was no signage regarding this and no way to override it. It would literally turn off during our showers and we had to stop and wave our hands around to get it back on. We noticed also that the bedding was very unusual, with what looked like a mattress pad that was ripped, and way more sheets than necessary. The basic amenities were neglected in favor of the hotel “looking nice”. I’d never stay here again if you paid me. It only gets 2 stars because it wasn’t infested with bedbugs or something.
